已有的离心泵,叶轮多装在悬臂式的轴上,加之叶轮本身铸造质量不均、排水道断面不规整、光滑,使泵在高速旋转时容易发生偏心振动和悬臂轴的圆周摆动,使泵容易损坏。此外,已有离心泵的零件品种数量也较多,制造装配维修比较麻烦,使用起来发生故障的可能性也大些。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作可靠程度高,零件数量少,运转性能稳定,生产成本低的离心泵。
本实用新型以如下方式实现其目的:传动轴1与叶轮轮体6为一整体零件轴承4和11分别安装在叶轮轮体6的轴向两端,轴承压盖3和轴承座8分别位于泵壳13的两端,位于泵壳内表面的排水道7的横断面逐渐由小到大。
本实用新型的离心泵结构简单,零件少,重量轻,制造成成本低,仅有四个铸件,其余均为标准件,且因设计合理,运转平稳,工作可靠,维修保养工作量小,效率高,完全达到了予期要求。

图1是本离心泵的结构示意图。
传动轴1与叶轮轮体6为一整体零件,可采用铸件。传动轴和叶轮轮体支承在轴承4和11上,二轴承分别位于叶轮轮体的二侧。轴承压盖3和轴承座8分别位于轴承4和轴承11的外侧,并分别与泵壳13连接,轴承座8还兼有泵封盖的功能。位于泵壳内表面的排水道7的横截面从头到尾逐渐由小变大。本实用新型的标准件还有螺钉2,密封圈5、14、16、17。运转时,传送介质由泵入口15进入叶轮轮体6内,再被叶轮打入排水道7,最后经输出管道法兰9排出泵外。排气孔10用以排气,连接螺孔12用以连接吸水管。通过底板18可将泵固定在所需场所。
