Abstract

一种利用导叶和压水室组合,适用于卧式和立式单级、二级的离心水泵。该水泵采用圆筒形泵体外壳,将导叶与螺旋形构件固定在一起后装入圆筒形泵体中,形成螺旋形压水室,起到涡室的功能。本实用新型制造工艺简单,成本低,使用效率高。

                              技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种离心式水泵,尤其是一种包括导叶和压水室组成的离心泵。
                              背景技术
传统的卧式和立式单级或二级水泵,是由电机带动,电机轴伸入泵体内与叶轮等运动件连接,压水室采用涡室结构,通过电机高速运转,水从泵体进水口进入到压水室内,再从出水口流出,达到抽水目的。这类水泵在铸件水泵生产中是较理想的,但在生产工艺过程中,涡室的加工相当困难,同时也很难达到设计要求,并且生产效率不高,增加水泵的生产制造成本。
                              发明内容
本实用新型目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,改进传统水泵的涡室结构,使之可采用冲压拉深工艺制作,具有工艺简单,加工容易,成本低的特点。
本实用新型目的实现的方案是:改进现有离心水泵的涡室状压水室结构,将泵体外壳制成圆筒形,把导叶与螺旋形构件用螺栓固定后装到伸入圆筒形泵体的电机轴上构成压水室。由于使用导叶及螺旋形的压水室组合结构,使得泵体的制造非常简单,仅是一个圆柱形筒体。同时在导叶处设立一个“O”型橡胶密封圈,减少了平衡轴向力的回水量,一方面可以减少水泵的制造精度,降低水泵的制造费用,另一方面减少水泵的回水量,提高水泵的效率,起到节省能源,减少电机功率作用。
本实用新型结构适用于卧式、立式单级、二级离心水泵,同时适应于水冷直联式水泵。

                           具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,该实施例水泵由入水管1、叶轮2、导叶5、O型橡胶密封圈3、螺旋形构件7、圆筒形泵体外壳6、出水管10、联接座8及电机9等组成。泵体的联接座8与电机9连成一体,电机轴11伸入泵体内。导叶5与螺旋形构件7用螺栓4固定在一起,装入O型橡胶密封圈3及橡胶垫使其成为一整体后,再装到电机轴11上。在电机轴11端用圆螺母固定有叶轮2。圆筒形泵体外壳6用螺栓固定在联接座8上。泵体的入水口和出水口均采用圆筒式结构表现为图1所示的入水管1和出水管10形式。
工作时,电机9高速旋转,带动叶轮2高速旋转,使从入水管1进入的水获得能量,成为压力水,通过导叶5收集压力水,进入到螺旋形构件7组成的螺旋形压水室中,从出水管10流出,达到抽水的目的。

Claims (3)

1、一种新型离心水泵,泵体与电机(9)连成一体,电机轴(11)伸入泵体内连接叶轮等运动件,泵体包括压水室、入水口和出水口,其特征在于泵体外壳(6)圆筒形,导叶(5)与螺旋形构件(7)用螺栓(4)固定后装到伸入泵体的电机轴(11)上构成压水室。
2、按照权利要求1所述的新型离心水泵,其特征在于入水口和出水口均采用圆筒式入水管(1)和出水管(10)结构。
3、按照权利要求1所述的新型离心水泵,其特征是在导叶(5)处设立一个“O”型橡胶密封圈(3)。
