Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型潜水泵。其主要特点为平衡鼓外缘均布制有防砂叶片,泵体筒壁为直筒且同出水节和连接架为螺纹连接。本实用新型结构简单,有效防止砂粒等杂质进入传动轴内且导叶和叶轮间的间隙可直观调节,结构十分简单,安装拆卸方便。

新型潜水泵
本实用新型涉及一种新型潜水泵。
目前所使用的各类潜水泵,由于扬程和流量的要求一般为多级潜水泵,因此所产生的轴向力也很大。这就要求必须在出水节内设置平衡鼓以承载轴向力。由于平衡鼓与密封环间有间隙,因此砂粒或杂质仍不可避免的进入传动轴内,使传动轴受到磨损而报废;另外多级潜水泵一般是通过拉条或连接螺栓把叶轮和导叶所组成的提水单元连接在一起形成的,造成安装和拆卸及间隙调节的不便。通过新颖性检索,也未发现有解决上述问题的专利。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种结构简单、安装拆卸方便、叶轮导叶间间隙可直观调节、有效防止杂质进入传动轴的新型潜水泵。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
置于出水节内的平衡鼓外缘均布制有防砂叶片,泵体筒壁为直筒且同出水节和连接架螺纹连接。
防砂叶片可以为3个、4个、5个、6个、8个。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
1.在平衡鼓外缘均布制有防砂叶片,工作时其外缘为低压密封,有效防止砂粒等杂质进入传动轴内;
2.泵体筒壁为直筒,且叶轮、导叶直接套装在传动轴上,直观方便地调节轴套即可调节叶轮、导叶间隙。泵体与出水节、连接架为螺纹连接,工艺性好,安装拆卸方便,泵水效率高,扬程和流量也有很大提高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例做进一步详述:
电机14带动传动轴8旋转,连接架12支持电机机体和每一组单元的叶轮10和导叶9,每一组单元的叶轮、导叶均通过轴套7装在传动轴上,并在出水节1内的平衡室内用螺母子以紧固,叶轮通过键与传动轴进行径向固定。本实施例中为两组叶轮和导叶,也可根据流量和扬程需要增加。泵体11为直筒并通过螺纹与出水节和连接架固定连接。出水节的平衡室内有固装在传动轴上的平衡鼓3,并通过装在平衡室内的密封环4相密封。在平衡鼓外缘均布制有防砂叶片5,该防砂叶片可以为3个、4个、5个、6个、8个。平衡室上还制有一连通出水节外的渗漏孔2。阀瓣6通过轴套装在传动轴上进行轴向移动,起单向阀作用。
本实用新型工作原理为:
水从进水节13进入,把水提升至泵体内,推开阀瓣,平衡鼓与传动轴同步旋转、防砂叶片处产生低压密封,有效防止泄漏,砂粒以及杂质不能进入平衡室内的传动轴上。

1.一种新型潜水泵,由叶轮、导叶、泵体、连接架、出水节、进水节、电机、传动轴、阀瓣、平衡鼓构成,其特征在于:置于出水节内的平衡鼓外缘均布制有防砂叶片。泵体筒壁为直筒且同出水节和连接架螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型潜水泵,其特征在于:防砂叶片可以为3个、4个、5个、6个、8个。
