The horizontal paper-clamping board collecting and releasing machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a movable moving device, wherein the moving device can be matched with the feeding and discharging device or the releasing device to move and feed, a first accommodating cavity for accommodating the moving device is arranged below the feeding and discharging device on the machine frame, and a second accommodating cavity for accommodating the moving device is arranged below the releasing device.

The horizontal paper-clamping board collecting and releasing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the loading and unloading device comprises a lifting mechanism and a carrying piece in transmission connection with the lifting mechanism, the carrying piece is used for placing a carrying frame or a tray for carrying a PCB, an avoiding portion matched with the moving device is arranged on the carrying piece, and the carrying piece can enter the moving device through the avoiding portion so as to place the carrying frame or the tray on the moving device.
