Abstract

这是一种新结构的打桩机行走及转向装置，它在 前、后地轮管与机架的连接处装设了行走支架，地轮 管左右段上开有插销孔，中段上套装一个地轮管滑 架，该滑架和行走支架内安装有滑轮。钢绳穿绕在滑 轮上，卷筒正转卷绕纲绳，机架即沿地轮管移动。当 在地轮管左或右段上插入定位销，启动卷扬机即可实 现相应的转向。

Description

本实用新型涉及打桩机的行走机构，特别是一种不用挂钩的行走、转向装置。
传统的打桩机行走机构，均采用四只挂钩，当从转向变为行走时都要靠工人手持挂钩从机架移到地轮管上，反之即从地轮管移到机架上。这一过程不但劳动强度较大，而且常有发生钢绳绞断工人手指的事故。
本实用新型的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种无挂钩行走、转向装置，它能便捷、安全地实现桩机的移动和转向。本实用新型的目的通过以下措施达到：地轮管与机架间装设了行走支架，在地轮管的左右段各有相同规格的插销孔，中段上套装有一个地轮管滑架。
行走支架固定在机架上，其内装设的行走滑轮和地轮管滑架内的滑轮既可水平、也可垂直安装。

图中（1）系前地轮管、在中段有一只可转动的滑架（13），滑架上装有四只滑轮（14），（2）系地轮管插销孔，对称分布在地轮管左、右段上，它有两个作用，一是作转向定位插销孔，可插入定位销（15）；二是对地轮管起加强筋作用；（3）是行走支架，共有四件，每件在里侧各装有四只行走滑轮（4），见图2的A－A剖视图。行走滑轮可水平安装，也可垂直安装。可以和地轮管滑架上的滑轮同一规格，（5）是为钢绳导向的过轮（左右各安装一个），左右钢绳（6）各自穿绕在行走支架和地轮管滑架的滑轮（4，14）上，双绕时行速度等于1／8绳速，当需要行走速度快时，只需穿绕单环绳，这时行走速度等于1／4绳速，见图4、5所示。（7）是桩机底盘（机架），行走支架分别装在机架的前后左角和右角四处，行走支架又由地轮管支撑，（8）是双筒卷扬机，（11）是电机，（12）是后地轮管，和前地轮管相同，可互换。（9）是左移动钢绳卷筒，卷筒正转时纲绳被卷进卷筒内，机架即在地轮管上向左移动。如果在前地轮管左段销孔内插入相应的定位销（15），启动卷扬机即带动机器向左转向。（10）是右移动钢绳卷筒，工作原理和左卷筒相同，作用方向相反，当前后地轮管行程用完后，利用后千斤顶和沉管加压分别抬起机架，启动相应的左右移动卷筒，即可把地轮管送至所需的位置，重复行走、转向的过程。图3中的（16）是地轮管滑架导轨，它与机架相联，作用是保证地轮管滑架只能随地轮管左右移动，而不能随地轮管一同转动。地轮管则可在滑架内转动。

Claims (2)

1、一种打桩机无挂钩行走、转向装置，包括前后地轮管(1、12)支撑的机架(7)，钢绳(6)，卷筒(9，10)和电机(11)等部件，其特征在于地轮管与机架间装设了行走支架(3)，在地轮管的左右段各有相同规格的插销孔(2)，中段上套装有一个地轮管滑架(13)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于行走支架固定在机架上，其内装设的行走滑轮（4）和地轮管滑架内的滑轮（14）既可水平、也可垂直安装。
