Meanwhile, the cutting quality is unstable, and the problems of incomplete cutting, no position reaching and even no separation from the wire core caused by incomplete cutting of part of the insulating layer are easily caused when the wire core is cut in the vicinity of the cutting, so that the subsequent connection quality is not reliable; if the insulation layer is cut cleanly and thoroughly, the cutting edge of the wire stripping blade, namely the tool tip, needs to be close to the wire core as much as possible, so that the problem that the wire core is easy to cut simultaneously exists, and if the wire core is cut, the wire core is damaged, and the wire core is seriously scrapped, so that the relative position and the distance between the wire stripping blade and a cut point need to be adjusted, and the stress of the wire stripping blade is ensured to be in the tangential direction of the point.

The tool is lifted to a cable to be stripped to a work area through the insulating rod, the cable penetrates through the center of the rotating assembly and between the clamping blocks A, B, a preparation button of a remote controller is pressed, and the tool acts on the wire clamping mechanism to start to hold tightly. When the working button of the remote controller is pressed to send a working command, the clamping block A, B of the wire clamping and stripping assembly clamps the wire, the rotating assembly starts to rotate, and simultaneously the blade is fed. The blade is controlled to feed by the board card A, and the board cards B and C control the rotating motor to rotate to drive the wire clamping and stripping mechanism to rotate so as to repeatedly detect wire cores by the sensor. After the sensor detects the wire core, the board card A controls the feed motor to rotate to drive the tool rest to retreat for a certain distance to strip the wire. The tool is hung on a cable by a person, the tool can automatically move the wire stripping distance, the wire stripping can be automatically stopped after the standard is reached, at the moment, the tool is unlocked and taken down by pressing a reset button of the remote controller, and the wire stripping is completed.

The wire stripping tool for the operation of the 10KV distribution network live-wire work insulating rod according to claim 1, wherein the wire clamping mechanism comprises a holding bracket, a wire clamping power driving mechanism, a band knife assembly and a non-band knife assembly, the wire clamping power driving mechanism is connected with the holding bracket, the band knife assembly and the non-band knife assembly are connected with the wire clamping power driving mechanism, and the wire clamping power driving mechanism drives the band knife assembly and the non-band knife assembly to simultaneously clamp or simultaneously loosen the insulated wire.

The wire stripping tool for 10KV distribution network live working insulating rod operation as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating housing, a rotating plate, a rotating motor and two auxiliary idle wheels, the wire clamping mechanism is connected with the rotating plate, the two auxiliary idle wheels are installed in the rotating plate, the motor is connected to the rotating plate through screws, the rotating housing is connected with the rotating plate, the rotating plate is connected with a fixed gear ring and rotates around the fixed gear ring, one end of a power output shaft of the motor is provided with a driving gear, the driving gear is meshed with the two auxiliary idle wheels, and the two auxiliary idle wheels are meshed with an incomplete gear to realize the rotating motion of the rotating part;
the holding motor is connected to the holding bracket, and a motor shaft of the holding motor is connected with a screw rod;
the clasping bracket is connected with the rotating plate;

a threaded hole of the band knife assembly is arranged below the band knife assembly, and the band knife assembly is in threaded fit connection with the lead screw and moves left and right synchronously with the lead screw; and a non-band knife assembly threaded hole is formed below the non-band knife assembly, the rotating direction is opposite to that of the band knife assembly, and the non-band knife assembly is in threaded fit connection with the lead screw and moves on the lead screw synchronously and in the opposite direction with the band knife assembly.
