Abstract
一种用于加工带内花键类零件用的芯轴,其技术
方案要点是筒形弹性瓣卡的下部槽中装有二片可由
胀杆分开的半键,筒内有一下端带有锥形头部的胀
杆,并依次装有胀套、弹簧、钢球、压套、钢球、上压套、
钢球和螺母。使用本实用新型可以高精度、高效率的
加工带内花键的零件。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种机床零件,特别是一种内花键零件用芯轴。
现有技术如中国专利CN88216959.9“内花键键侧磨床”中用来固定加工零件用的芯轴,是采用弹性瓣卡,下端由锥柄与回转工作台固定。由于固定零件时瓣卡只有上端与零件接触,因此定位精度不够高,下端由锥柄固定无定位装置,初始定位工作比较麻烦,效率不够高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高精度、高效加工带内花键零件用芯轴。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:筒形弹性瓣卡的下部槽中装有二片可由涨杆分开的半键;筒内有一下端带有锥形头部的涨杆,并依次装有涨套、弹簧、钢球、压套、钢球、上压套、钢球和螺母;筒形弹性瓣卡的花键至少有两个键中间有通槽。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

在图1-5中,筒型弹性瓣卡8下端开口槽中安有二个半键11,弹性瓣卡8的内部有上端带螺纹、下端是锥形头部的涨杆10,并依次安装有涨套9、弹簧7、钢球6、压套5、钢球4、上压套3、钢球2和螺母1。弹性瓣卡8的上部外表面制成花键形,有两个以上相对键中间开口。涨套8的下端带有锥面,上压套3和压套5外圆有倒角,钢球2、4和6分别放在螺母、上压套3与压套5外表面倒角间形成的槽内。工作时,先将半键11放入回转工作台4的中心孔中,需要加工的零件放在弹性瓣卡8上部。旋转螺母1,通过钢球2、4、6和上压套3、压套5、涨套9与涨杆10的锥形头部共同涨开瓣卡11,使芯轴能精确地固定在回转工作台上,随着螺母的继续旋转,上压套3和压套5的倒角推动钢球2、4、和6使弹性瓣卡8的卡瓣涨开,紧固住零件。相反方向旋转螺母,就可以取下零件和芯轴。
使用本实用新型芯轴可以快速地、精确地固定住零件,并且可以很方便地取下芯轴,因此可以提高加工带花键零件的生产效率。
Claims (2)
1、一种由弹性瓣卡组成的内花键零件用芯轴,其特征是筒形弹性瓣卡的下部槽中装有二片可由涨杆分开的半键,筒内有一下端带有锥形头部的涨杆,并依次装有涨套、弹簧、钢球、压套、钢球、上压套、钢球和螺母。
2、根据权利要求1所述的芯轴,其特征是筒形弹性瓣卡的花键至少有两个相对的、中间开有通槽。
