本实用新型涉及磷石膏砂浆浆料压滤干燥系统。
背景技术
湖北宜昌盛产一些低品位磷矿，本地的磷矿生产企业会产生一些磷石膏废料，而磷石膏废料堆积会严重破坏生态环境，不仅污染地下水资源，还会造成土地资源的浪费，因此本公司将磷石膏废料加入的混凝土砌块中，以将废料回收利用，基于此，本公司开发出一种磷石膏废料回收系统。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供磷石膏砂浆浆料压滤干燥系统，能够对磷石膏砂浆废浆料进行干燥回收。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型要解决的技术方案为：
磷石膏砂浆浆料压滤干燥系统，包括沉淀池、压滤机、螺旋输送机、空心桨叶干燥机和皮带输送机，沉淀池底部通过排料管连通压滤机进料口，排料管上安装有泥浆泵，螺旋输送机进料口设置在压滤机滤饼排料口下方，螺旋输送机排料口连通空心桨叶干燥机进料口，空心桨叶干燥机排料口连通皮带输送机进料口。
还包括螺旋洗砂机，螺旋洗砂机溢流口连通沉淀池进液口，沉淀池清水口通过返水管连通螺旋洗砂机，在返水管上安装有水泵。
空心桨叶干燥机包括蒸汽支管，蒸汽管与蒸发釜蒸汽总管连通，在蒸汽支管上安装有电磁阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是：磷石膏废料洗涤调质成浆料后送入到沉淀池，由沉淀池将沉淀出浆料送入压滤机压滤，压滤出的磷石膏废料干燥成粉料后参入混凝土砌块生产，由此将磷石膏废料进行回收利用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，磷石膏砂浆浆料压滤干燥系统，包括沉淀池3、压滤机5、螺旋输送机6、空心桨叶干燥机7和皮带输送机9，磷石膏浆料送入到沉淀池3沉淀，沉淀在沉淀池3底部的磷石膏浆料排料管和泥浆泵4送入压滤机5，压滤机5将磷石膏泥浆进行固液分离，分离出的固态物料由螺旋输送机6送入到空心桨叶干燥机7进行干燥后，空心桨叶干燥机7干燥后的磷石膏粉料由皮带输送机9送入存料仓存储备用。
还包括螺旋洗砂机1，螺旋洗砂机1溢流口连通沉淀池3进液口，沉淀池3清水口通过返水管连通螺旋洗砂机1，在返水管上安装有水泵2。通过螺旋洗砂机1对磷石膏废料进行洗涤，洗涤调质效率高，同时能够对沉淀分离出的水进行回收重复使用。
空心桨叶干燥机7包括蒸汽支管，蒸汽管与蒸发釜蒸汽总管连通，在蒸汽支管上安装有电磁阀8。砌块蒸压釜的尾气送入到空心桨叶干燥机7对压滤后的磷石膏进行干燥，让蒸压釜尾气回收利用，降低企业生产成本。

1.磷石膏砂浆浆料压滤干燥系统，其特征在于：包括沉淀池（3）、压滤机（5）、螺旋输送机（6）、空心桨叶干燥机（7）和皮带输送机（9），沉淀池（3）底部通过排料管连通压滤机（5）进料口，排料管上安装有泥浆泵（4），螺旋输送机（6）进料口设置在压滤机（5）滤饼排料口下方，螺旋输送机（6）排料口连通空心桨叶干燥机（7）进料口，空心桨叶干燥机（7）排料口连通皮带输送机（9）进料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磷石膏砂浆浆料压滤干燥系统，其特征在于：还包括螺旋洗砂机（1），螺旋洗砂机（1）溢流口连通沉淀池（3）进液口，沉淀池（3）清水口通过返水管连通螺旋洗砂机（1），在返水管上安装有水泵（2）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的磷石膏砂浆浆料压滤干燥系统，其特征在于：空心桨叶干燥机（7）包括蒸汽支管，蒸汽管与蒸发釜蒸汽总管连通，在蒸汽支管上安装有电磁阀（8）。
