本实用新型公开一种SIM卡连接器,包含一绝缘本体,以及复数个前排端子;所述绝缘本体包含复数个前排端子槽,以及至少一个对称设置的限位槽;所述前排端子包含一前排接触弹片,以及一前排端子本体;其中,所述前排端子本体包含一固定部,一缓冲部,以及一连接所述固定部与所述缓冲部的第一转折部,所述缓冲部平行地设置于所述固定部的上方,致所述前排端子组装于所述前排端子槽中的尺寸缩短,且所述缓冲部的两侧分别对称向外平行延伸并靠近所述第一转折部一端的一翼片,所述翼片限位于所述限位槽之间缓冲所述前排接触弹片的应力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种SIM连接器,尤其是涉及一种SIM卡连接器中的端子结构。
背景技术
随着手机智能的开展使得关于SIM卡(Subscriber Identity Model,用户识别模块)连接器的需求也逐渐增多。且手机的更新换代使得SIM卡座不断换新。为使手机内存添加、电池加大且使更密布的主板排布释放空间,微型SIM卡连接器已成有助于企业出产更轻盈的产品,进而使SIM卡连接器已成为企业亟欲达成的目标。
请参阅图5和图6,已知SIM卡连接器100’上的前排端子20’与后排端子30’结构一致并插入绝缘本体10’中的端子本体20’、 30’设计的较长,致使其SIM卡连接器100’体积都很大。且前排端子20’与后排端子30’的接触弹片24’、34’方向相反,而SIM卡连接器100’的插入方向与后排端子30’的接触弹片31’方向一致,致使前排端子20’下压时接触弹片24’容易接触到焊接区域22’而导致卡端子的现象。
因此,提供一有效防止卡端子现象并能够缩短端子本体组装于端子槽中的尺寸的端子结构的SIM卡连接器尤其重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种SIM卡连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种SIM卡连接器,包含一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体包含复数个相对设置于所述绝缘本体前后端并与外部空间相连通的前排端子槽与后排端子槽;且所述前排端子槽的两侧壁上设有至少一个对称设置的限位槽;复数个从所述绝缘本体后端方向插入所述后排端子槽中的后排端子,且所述后排端子包含一倾斜往所述绝缘本体后端方向延伸并外露于所述绝缘本体上表面的后排接触弹片;以及复数个从所述绝缘本体前端方向插入所述前排端子槽中的前排端子,所述前排端子包含一组装于所述前排端子槽中的前排端子本体,一外露于所述绝缘本体下表面的前排焊接部,以及一外露于所述绝缘本体上表面并倾斜延伸方向与所述后排接触弹片方向一致的前排接触弹片;其中,所述前排端子本体包含一设置呈U型弯折的第一转折部,一设于所述第一转折部一端并连接所述前排焊接部的固定部,以及一设于所述第一转折部另一端并靠近所述前排接触弹片的缓冲部,透过所述第一转折部使所述缓冲部平行设置于所述固定部的上方;且所述缓冲部两侧设有对称设置平行向外延伸的一翼片,所述翼片靠近所述第一转折部并配合装设于所述限位槽间距之间缓冲所述前排接触弹片的应力。
作为进一步改进,所述前排端子本体包含一设置于所述前排接触弹片与所述缓冲部之间的第二转折部,且所述第二转折部与所述第一转折部的折弯方向相反,使所述前排端子呈一连续弯曲状。
作为进一步改进,所述限位槽设置于所述前排端子槽两条平行的边上并向所述前排端子槽的边上凹进去,且所述限位槽平行地向所述端子槽的开口方向延伸;透过所述翼片的上表面与下表面并不与所述限位槽相抵顶,使所述翼片限位于所述限位槽之间上下移动。
作为进一步改进,所述固定部的两侧分别设有一干涉齿,所述干涉齿呈对称设置并凸出于所述固定部的侧面;所述前排端子槽的两侧面对应所述干涉齿分别设有一第一卡扣槽,所述第一卡扣槽向所述前排端子槽的侧面凹进去并平行地向所述端子槽的开口方向延伸,且所述第一卡扣槽平行于所述限位槽并设置于所述限位槽的下方;所述干涉齿抵顶于所述第一卡扣槽中。
作为进一步改进,所述后排端子包含一组装于所述后排端子槽中的后排端子本体,一沿所述后排端子本体一端延伸并外露于所述绝缘本体下表面的后排焊接部,以及一沿所述后排端子本体一端弯折向上延伸并连接所述后排接触弹片的转折部,透过所述转折部使所述后排接触弹片外露于所述绝缘本体上表面并倾斜往所述绝缘本体后端延伸。

请参阅图1和图4,本实用新型揭示一种SIM卡连接器100,包含一呈方形的绝缘本体10,数个前排端子20以及数个后排端子 30。所述绝缘本体10包含复数个相对设置于所述绝缘本体10前端与后端并与外部空间相连通的前排端子槽11以及后排端子槽12。具体地,所述前排端子槽11与所述后排端子槽12分别沿所述绝缘本体10前端侧缘与后端侧缘向所述绝缘本体10的中部凹陷,使所述前排端子槽11与后排端子槽12均呈一U型结构13且开口方向分别朝向所述绝缘本体10的前端与后端。其中,所述后排端子30 从所述绝缘本体10的后端插入组装于所述后排端子槽30中,所述前排端子20从所述绝缘本体10的前端插入组装于所述前排端子槽 11中。为方便说明,在本说明书中定义所述绝缘本体10的侧缘是指连接上表面与下表面之间的过渡面,所述绝缘本体10的后端为先插入对接件的一端,所述绝缘本体10的前端为相对所述绝缘本体10的后端的一端。
请参阅图2和图3,在本实施例中,所述后排端子30包含一组装于所述后排端子槽12中的后排端子本体31,一沿所述后排端子本体31一端延伸并外露于所述绝缘本体10下表面的后排焊接部 32,一沿所述后排端子本体31另一端弯折向上延伸的转折部33,以及一沿所述转折部33的一端倾斜向上延伸的后排接触弹片34,使所述后排接触弹片34外露于所述绝缘本体10上表面并倾斜往所述绝缘本体10后端延伸。所述前排端子20包含一组装于所述前排端子槽11中的前排端子本体21,一外露于所述绝缘本体10下表面的前排焊接部22,以及一外露于所述绝缘本体10上表面的并倾斜延伸方向与所述后排接触弹片34的方向一致的前排接触弹片24。
请再参阅图2和图3为使所述前排接触弹片24与所述后排接触弹片34分别插入所述前排端子槽11与所述后排端子槽12时的延伸方向一致,进而避免插入时所述前排接触弹片24接触到所述前排焊接部22;且同时亦达到缩短所述前排端子本体21组装于所述前排端子槽11中的尺寸的效果。在这一较佳的实施例中,所述前排端子本体21包含一设置呈U型弯折的第一转折部23,一设于所述第一转折部23一端并连接所述前排焊接部22的固定部25,一设于所述第一转折部23另一端并靠近所述前排接触弹片24的缓冲部26,以及一设置于所述前排接触弹片24与所述缓冲部26之间的第二转折部27,且所述第二转折部27与所述第一转折部23的折弯方向相反,使所述前排端子20呈一连续弯曲状。其中,透过所述第一转折部23使所述缓冲部26平行设置于所述固定部25的上方,使达到缩短所述前排端子本体21组装于所述前排端子槽11中的尺寸的效果,并能够使所述前排接触弹片24的延伸方向与所述后排接触弹片34的延伸方向保持一致;再透过所述第二转折部27使所述前排接触弹片24沿所述第二转折部27的一端倾斜往上延伸。且所述前排接触弹片24与所述后排接触弹片34的上表面均设有一凸包24a、34a以提高与一对接件接触时的应力强度以及减少接触时对所述前片接触弹片24与所述后排接触弹片34的上表面的磨耗。所述前排焊接部22与所述后排焊接部32分别与所述绝缘本体10表面的一电路板40焊接。
请一并参阅图2至图4,为进一步确保所述前排接触弹片24插入对接件时,所述前排接触弹片24在受力下压的作用下,避免所述缓冲部26下压位移并且避免永久变形。在此实施例中,所述缓冲部26与所述前排端子槽11相邻的两个侧面分别设有一翼片26a,所述翼片26a自所述缓冲部26的两侧对称平行向外延伸并凸出于所述缓冲部26的侧面,且所述翼片26a靠近所述第一转折部23一端。所述前排端子槽11的两侧分别对应所述翼片26a设有一限位槽11a,所述限位槽11a向所述前排端子槽11的侧面凹进去,且所述限位槽11a平行地向所述前排端子槽11的开口方向延伸,所述翼片26a配合组装于所述限位槽11a中,且所述翼片26a的上表面与下表面并不与所述限位槽11a相抵顶,使所述翼片26a限位于所述限位槽11a之间上下移动。透过所述翼片26a设置靠近于所述第一转折部23的一端,使当所述前排接触弹片24下压时所受到的应力相对较小,进而避免所述前排端子20因应力过大而导致端子永久变形。
请再一并参阅图2至图4,为使所述前排端子20在组装于所述前排端子槽11时能够提供良好的保持力,避免与对插件于插入或拔出时使所述前排端子20位移,而影响所述SIM卡连接器100的使用功能。在此实施例中,所述固定部25两侧分别设有一干涉齿 25a,所述干涉齿25a呈对称设置并平行延伸凸出于所述固定部25 的侧面;所述前排端子槽11的两侧面对应所述干涉齿25a分别设有一第一卡扣槽11b,所述第一卡扣槽11b向所述前排端子槽11的侧面凹进去并平行地向所述前排端子槽11的开口方向延伸,且所述第一卡扣槽11b平行于所述限位槽11a。所述干涉齿25a抵顶并卡扣于所述第一卡扣槽11b中,使所述前排端子20稳固地插装于所述前排端子槽11中,形成过盈配合,不易松脱。

1.一种SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:包含一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体包含复数个相对设置于所述绝缘本体前后端并与外部空间相连通的前排端子槽与后排端子槽;且所述前排端子槽的两侧壁上设有至少一个对称设置的限位槽;
复数个从所述绝缘本体后端方向插入所述后排端子槽中的后排端子,且所述后排端子包含一倾斜往所述绝缘本体后端方向延伸并外露于所述绝缘本体上表面的后排接触弹片;
以及复数个从绝缘本体前端方向插入所述前排端子槽中的前排端子,所述前排端子包含一组装于所述前排端子槽中的前排端子本体,一外露于所述绝缘本体下表面的前排焊接部,以及一外露于所述绝缘本体上表面并倾斜延伸方向与所述后排接触弹片方向一致的前排接触弹片;其中,所述前排端子本体包含一设置呈U型弯折的第一转折部,一设于所述第一转折部一端并连接所述前排焊接部的固定部,以及一设于所述第一转折部另一端并靠近所述前排接触弹片的缓冲部,透过所述第一转折部使所述缓冲部平行设置于所述固定部的上方;且所述缓冲部两侧设有对称设置平行向外延伸的一翼片,所述翼片靠近所述第一转折部并配合装设于所述限位槽间距之间缓冲所述前排接触弹片的应力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:所述前排端子本体包含一设置于所述前排接触弹片与所述缓冲部之间的第二转折部,且所述第二转折部与所述第一转折部的折弯方向相反,使所述前排端子呈一连续弯曲状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:所述限位槽设置于所述前排端子槽两条平行的边上并向所述前排端子槽的边上凹进去,且所述限位槽平行地向所述端子槽的开口方向延伸;透过所述翼片的上表面与下表面并不与所述限位槽相抵顶,使所述翼片限位于所述限位槽之间上下移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:所述固定部的两侧分别设有一干涉齿,所述干涉齿呈对称设置并凸出于所述固定部的侧面;所述前排端子槽的两侧面对应所述干涉齿分别设有一第一卡扣槽,所述第一卡扣槽向所述前排端子槽的侧面凹进去并平行地向所述端子槽的开口方向延伸,且所述第一卡扣槽平行于所述限位槽并设置于所述限位槽的下方;所述干涉齿抵顶于所述第一卡扣槽中。
