Abstract
一种电连接器,用于收容一种电子卡,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,其中,该电接器还设有固持装置,该固持装置设有卡持片和焊接片,该卡持片和焊接片分别卡持于绝缘本体上,通过卡持片和焊接片的双重固定,使得电连接器的组装更加牢固。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关于一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种收容电子卡的电连接器。
【背景技术】
对于需要固定到电路板上的设备,通常借助一定的固持装置,如焊接装置等。如台湾专利公告第421982号,其揭示了一种连接装置。参见该专利第一图,其设有一种固持装置5,该固持装置5可于对应的收容部10中作上下移动,因此固持装置5和框体7之间的组装不是很牢固,尤其是当其组合整体向下翻转时,框体7有可能与固持装置5分离。
因此有必要采用新型的固持装置以克服现有技术的前述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种组装牢固的电连接器。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,用于收容一种电子卡,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,其中,该电接器还设有固持装置,该固持装置设有卡持片和焊接片,该卡持片和焊接片分别卡持于绝缘本体上。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器具有如下有益效果:固持装置设有卡持片和焊接片,卡持片和焊接片分别卡于绝缘本体上,因而可以使得电连接器的组装更加牢固。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型电连接器1用于收容一种电子卡,在本实施例中为SIM卡(未图示),其包括绝缘本体2、收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子3,卡于绝缘本体2两侧的固持装置4。
绝缘本体2的整体形状像似一个削去四个角的矩形体,其沿着纵向方向相对的两端开设有端子收容槽20,与纵向相对的横向两端开设有一对卡槽21。其中端子收容槽20内设有固持导电端子3的固持槽200。卡槽21于绝缘本体的横向两侧向下凹陷,其包括矩形部210和梯形部211两部分,其中矩形部210的底部较梯形部211的底部更深。
固持装置4为一体成型结构,对称地卡合于绝缘本体2的横向两侧,其包括主体部40,从主体部40上向同一方向弯折而成的顶盖41、卡持片42以及焊接片43。其中顶盖41呈条形状,从主体部40的顶部弯折并位于绝缘本体2两侧的上方,用来固定所收容的电子卡。每个固持装置4具有两只焊接片43,分别于主体部40的底部两端分别向绝缘本体2的底部弯折并卡在绝缘本体2底部的凹槽(未标示)中。在两只焊接片43及主体部40的大致中间位置形成一个缺口(未标示),卡持片42从该缺口上方弯折延伸并卡合于卡槽21中,其前端卡入到卡槽21的矩形部210中。
导电端子3分成对称的两排并分别收容于绝缘本体2上的端子收容槽20中,每一个导电端子3包括与电子卡达成电性连接的接触部30(参图4)、固持于固持槽200中的固持部31以及焊接到电路板上的焊接部32。
由于本实用新型电连接器1采用的固持装置4具有卡持片41和焊接片42双重固持作用,所以将其安装到电路板上后,其在垂直和水平方向均得到了很好的固定,不会因为翻转、移动等而使其之间发生相对移动。
Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,用于收容一种电子卡,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,其中,该电接器还设有固持装置,该固持装置设有卡持片和焊接片,该卡持片和焊接片分别卡持于绝缘本体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体上表面和底部分别开设有卡槽和凹槽,卡持片和焊接片分别卡于卡槽和凹槽中。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡槽具有矩形部和梯形部,矩形部的底部深于梯形部的底部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置还包括一个主体部,上述卡持片和焊接片分别从主体部延伸出来。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置还设有一个从主体部上端弯折而来的顶盖,卡持片位于顶盖和焊接片之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置中间设有一个缺口,卡持片于缺口的上方延伸。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子对称收容于绝缘本体上的端子收容槽中。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置位于绝缘本体的两侧。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子设有固持部,绝缘本体设有收容所述固持部的固持槽。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置具有两只焊接片,分别位于固持装置的底部两端。
