Abstract

一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体和安装于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,绝缘本体底部设有可将电连接器组接于板体的卡柱,所述卡柱在纵截面方向上设有开口部,该开口部将卡柱分隔成若干卡臂,卡臂的内侧设有可抵挡卡柱向内过度变形的凸部。当卡臂头部受挤压达到一定程度时,该凸部则相互抵靠防止卡柱的进一步变形,以达到保护电连接器固定结构并延长其使用寿命的目的。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种具有固定结构的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国专利公告第CN2428805Y号揭示了一种习知的具有可卡扣于电路板对应孔洞的圆柱状卡部的电连接器,该电连接器卡部设置于所述绝缘本体底面上,纵截面方向对称挖有矩形槽以形成两扣臂。此种卡扣装置利用塑料自身的弹性安装至电路板。安装时由于不存在其它外力的参与,电连接器卡部沿着对应孔洞边缘装入卡扣,没有多余的变形,一般不会发生故障。然而,这种卡部在拆卸时,需要从电路板背面挤压头部,由于没有行程上的限制,卡部按压过度从而导致断裂破坏的情况时有发生。
因此,有必要提供一种改进的电连接器,以克服上述的缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题为:提供一种电连接器,以保护电连接器固定结构并延长其使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的一种技术方案为:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体和安装于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,绝缘本体底部设有可将电连接器组接于板体的卡柱,所述卡柱在纵截面方向上设有开口部,该开口部将卡柱分隔成若干卡臂,卡臂的内侧设有可抵挡卡柱向内过度变形的凸部。
与现有技术相比,所述电连接器设置于卡臂内侧的凸部,通过硬抵靠挡止住卡臂往内运动的空间,防止按压时行程过大导致变形或破坏,从而更有效地保护固定结构。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至第4,本实用新型的电连接器100包括绝缘本体1和安装于绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2。绝缘本体1一侧面开设有收容槽10及与收容槽10平行隔开的固定槽11,导电端子2自该侧面装入绝缘本体1收容槽10,导电端子2的干涉部20及固定翼21收容于所述固定槽11中。绝缘本体1底部12上还设有可将电连接器100组接于板体(未图示)对应孔洞(未图示)的卡柱13。
请参阅图1至图4,该卡柱13具有圆锥或圆台状的头部130以及较头部130末端细的柱状基部131,头部130的圆锥或圆台状结构可以方便地导引所述卡柱13伸入板体(未图示)对应孔洞(未图示),卡柱13在纵截面方向上设有一个贯穿头部130及基部131的开口部132,为达成头部130较佳弹性效果,本实施例的开口部132为V型开口部。该开口部132关于卡柱13纵截面的轴线对称,并将卡柱13分隔成两个卡臂133,所述卡臂133自基部131到头部130的宽度越来越小,使得卡臂133具有更好的弹性弯曲性能。同时,卡臂133的内侧靠近头部130的区域对称设有两个凸部134,该实施例中的凸部134为凸条结构,凸条的方向与所述收容槽10的端子装入方向平行,此举可便于相应的模具设计。当卡柱13的头部130受挤压达到一定程度时,该凸部134则相互抵靠,以防止卡柱13的进一步变形。所述卡柱13在凸部134两侧还凹设有切口135,此同样可以优化由于增加的凸部134带来的相应模具设计变更。
此外,上述实施例设置的关于卡柱13纵截面的轴线对称的V型开口部132,在实际应用中会根据情况作一些改变。比如,当卡柱13的轴线偏向对应孔洞(未图示)外侧时,外侧卡臂136的弹性变形会较内侧卡臂137更大,此时的V型开口部132则可以偏距卡柱13纵截面的轴线外侧一定距离,以保证外侧卡臂136相对较佳的弹性。反之,当卡柱13的轴线偏向对应孔洞(未图示)内侧时,V型开口部132同样可以偏距卡柱13纵截面的轴线内侧一定距离。当然,针对不同卡臂133的弹性设变还可以通过V型开口部132与卡柱13纵截面的轴线不同的张角来实现。
上述描述的是本实用新型的较佳实施例,当然并不限于此。例如,在本实施例中,绝缘本体1仅由一个V型开口部133将卡柱13分割成两个卡臂(136,137),以完成卡柱13两个方向的收缩与扩张;在其它一些实施例中,也可在不同的纵截面上设置多个V型开口部133以将卡柱13分割成多个卡臂,如Y状,X状等,此亦可实现本创作的功效。此外,在本实施例中,凸部134是设置于所有两个卡臂(136,137)内侧的,在其它一些实施例中,凸部134也可以仅设置于其中一个或部分卡臂上,此同样可以实现本实用新型的效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体和安装于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,绝缘本体底部设有可将电连接器组接于板体的卡柱,所述卡柱在纵截面方向上设有开口部,该开口部将卡柱分隔成若干卡臂,其特征在于:卡臂的内侧设有可抵挡卡柱向内过度变形的凸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡柱具有圆锥或圆台状的头部以及较头部末端细的柱状基部,所述开口部为V型开口部并贯穿头部及基部设置,所述凸部位于卡柱内侧靠近头部的区域。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡柱在不同的纵截面方向上设有一个或多个开口部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述开口部关于卡柱纵截面的轴线对称。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述开口部关于卡柱纵截面的轴线偏距一定距离。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述开口部关于卡柱纵截面轴线的张角不同。
7.如权利要求4至6项中任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述凸部设于开口部的一侧或多侧。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述凸部呈凸条状,且凸条的方向与所述收容槽的端子装入方向平行。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡柱在凸部两侧凹设有切口。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体侧面开设有收容槽及固定槽,导电端子自侧面装入绝缘本体收容槽,导电端子干涉部及固定翼收容于固定槽中。
