Description
【技术领域】
[0001] 本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种板对板连接器。
【背景技术】
[0002] 与本发明相关的现有技术可参照中国台湾专利公告M373059,其揭示的电接器包括绝缘本体及导电端子,绝缘本体具有相互平行的上、下对接面,贯穿上、下对接面设置有若干收容所述导电端子的端子槽,端子槽侧壁上设置有固持槽,该固持槽同样贯穿上下对接面,其宽度设置较端子槽略宽;导电端子具有连接部,连接部两侧设有对称的固持臂、连接部两端分别设置一弹性部,弹性部自由末端分别延伸出一接触部,所述导电端子固持部固持于固持槽内,其弹臂分别突伸出绝缘本体上、下对接面,当该电连接器电性连接于电路板时,导电端子和电路板之间存在一定压接力,有可能使导电端子受压从固持槽内脱落出来。
[0003] 所以,有必要设计一种电连接器以克服前述之不足。
【发明内容】
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器,其可使导电端子更好地保持于绝缘本体。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明揭示了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及固定于绝缘本体的导电端子,绝缘本体定义了第一对接面、第二对接面及若干贯穿第一对接面与第二对接面的端子槽,导电端子包括保持于端子槽内的中部及分别突出于第一、第二对接面的第一、第二接触部,所述导电端子进一步包括阻挡部及弹性部,所述端子槽内设有将弹性部挡止于第一对接面内的第一凸部及将阻挡部挡止于第二对接面内的第二凸部,所述第一凸部与第二凸部之间的距离大于阻挡部与弹性部之间的距离。
[0006] 与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器有如下功效:第一、第二凸部可防止导电端子脱离绝缘本体,且导电端子可相对绝缘本体弹性摆动。

【具体实施方式】
[0012] 请参照图1、图2及图5,本发明电连接器100用于电路板200、300对接,从而实现两电路板的数据传输。电连接器100包括纵长绝缘本体10及固定于绝缘本体的导电端子 2。
[0013] 绝缘本体定义了第一对接面101及与之相对的第二对接面102及两排贯穿第一、第二对接面的端子槽11,两排导电端子2a、2b保持于该等端子槽内。端子槽11包括正交的第一子槽111及第二子槽112。
[0014] 参照图3及图4,导电端子2包括中部21及分别自中部两端延伸形成的第一接触部22、第二接触部23,其中中部21垂直于第一、第二接触部。所述第一、第二接触部22、23分别突出于第一、第二对接面,以与电路板200、300对接。中部21相对的两侧分别延伸出阻挡部24及弹性部25。阻挡部24呈平板状且与中部21共面,其包括向第一对接面101延伸的第一阻挡部241及向第二对接面102延伸的第二阻挡部242。弹性部25则呈弹性突起状,其包括向第一对接面101延伸的第一弹性部251及向第二对接面102延伸的第二弹性部252。第一弹性部251朝向第一对接面101设置,所述第二阻挡部242朝向第二对接面设置 102。
[0015] 导电端子的中部21收容于第一子槽111内,阻挡部24及弹性部25则收容于第二子槽112内。端子槽11设有靠近第一对接面101的第一凸部114及靠近第二对接面102的第二凸部113,第一凸部114将弹性部挡止于第一对接面101内,而第二凸部113将阻挡部挡止于第二对接面102内。第一凸部114位于弹性部25与第一对接面101之间,第二凸部113位于阻挡部24与第二对接面102之间,以用于限制导电端子的阻挡部24及弹性部25,以防导电端子2脱离绝缘本体10。
[0016] 导电端子2自第一对接面101垂直安装于绝缘本体10,结合图5,第一弹性部251贴靠于端子槽11的内壁面(即朝向内壁面弯折),第二弹性部252则与内壁面间隔开来(背离内壁面弯折),以利于导电端子2安装时跨过第一突肋114。而阻挡部则之间沿第二子槽112向下滑动,直至第一弹性部也越过第一凸部114,并抵顶于第一凸部114的下侧。从图2可以清楚地看出,第一凸部与第二凸部之间的距离大于弹性部25与阻挡部24之间的距离,从而使弹性部及阻挡部在第一对接面111与第二对接面112之间滑动,从而使导电端子的接触部22可相对绝缘本体弹性摆动。
[0017] 在与电路板200、300对接时,导电端子的第一弹性部251及阻挡部24均会与内壁面产生摩擦,提供一定的对接手感。而第一、第二凸部则允许导电端子2可相对端子槽上下运动,既在对接时提供了足够的弹性保持力,又可防止导电端子2脱离绝缘本体10。
