本实用新型是一种车辆通风器,具有通风量大, 行车阻力小,优越于目前普通采用的切式通风器和车 德800型通风器。该新型通风器采用流线低阻和扩 大负压排风原理设计,由风帽、连接导筒、连接螺栓、 格栅或防尘板组成。

Description

本实用新型是一种车辆通风器。
铁路车辆采用自然通风器已有近百年历史、且型式繁多。目前我国普遍采用的是切式通风器和东德800型通风器。切式通风器已在苏联、东欧和我国广为应用,成为主型通风器。它为双圆柱形结构,其行车阻力大,通风效率低。东德800型通风器,为楔形结构,虽行车阻力减少,但其缝隙排风小,通风效率甚低,并有雨雪直接落入通风器内部问题。
为此,本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种新型的通风器,具有行车阻力小,通风效率高,结构简单,重量轻,便于制造和检修的特点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:所述的车辆通风器采用流线低阻和扩大负压排风原理设计,由风帽、连接导筒、连接螺栓、格栅或防尘板组成;风帽顶部设计为流线形,流线外形具有最低的运行阻力;连接导筒既作通风排气通道,并制成扩大负压区的曲面外形,从而列车运行时尽量利用负压差,通风排气量和效率显著提高;风帽内设格栅或防尘板具有防雀防鼠功能。
本实用新型的效果:所述的车辆通风器采用新的设计后,通风量较切式通风器有很大提高,对改善车内空气环境,保证广大旅客和乘务人员身心健康具有积极的社会效益。每辆客车的通风器行车阻力较切式通风器大量减少,节约机车能耗显著。新的通风器总高较切式通风器约下降数十毫米,有利于提高客室净空高,增加车内容积。结构简化,便于制造,适合玻璃钢,钢板模压和铸造等制作。由于行车阻力小,通风效率高,该型通风器为旅客列车的自然通风开辟了新途径。
下面借助附图对本实用新型的设计作进一步描述。

参见附图,车辆通风器由风帽1、连接导筒2、连接螺栓4、格栅3和防尘板5组成,风帽1的顶部纵断面为流线形,横断面为椭圆形、或其它二次曲线、特例圆形。连接导筒2的外形为星形曲面、其它二次曲面或棱形结构。风帽1与连接导筒2用连接螺栓4联接。风帽1的下沿距车顶面60毫米。通风器在车辆运行时,流线顶部空气阻力小。星形曲面的导筒迎风分劈,将空气沿星形面外扩,形成导筒后方扩大负压区,应用压差通风,将车内污浊空气排出车外。图2可以看出,三种通风器的风洞试验通风特性曲线,6为切式通风器的通风特性曲线,7为新型通风器的通风特性曲线,8为东德800型通风器的通风特性曲线。图3中9为切式通风器的空气阻力特性曲线,10为新型通风器的空气阻力特性曲线,由此可见,新型通风器的通风量大,行车空气阻力较小,可以改善客车空气品质,减少列车阻力,优于切式和东德800型通风器。另外这种车辆新型通风器可采用玻璃钢、钢板模压或铸造制成。

1、一种车辆通风器,由风帽、连接导筒、连接螺栓、格栅和防尘板组成,其特征在于:风帽顶部纵断面设计成流线形,横断面为二次曲线,连接导筒的外形为星形曲面。
