Abstract
本实用新型公开一种整体式扇叶,包括扇叶连接盘和设置在扇叶连接盘周围等距环绕着扇叶连接盘设置的扇叶本体。扇叶本体和扇叶连接盘也为一体成型而成。通过使用整体式的扇叶设计,使得出风角度可以由上到下覆盖一个锥形的区域,同等规格下,风力相较一般的常规扇叶来说相对要更大,覆盖范围也更大,从而带给客户更好的吹风效果,以及更好的使用效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及风扇领域,特别涉及一种整体式扇叶。
背景技术
现有的扇叶,根据其进气方式,大多分为两种,一种是在侧边进气的叶轮式扇叶。主要用在一些工业上,以及一些需要风力集中和功率更大的工作场景,另外一种就是背后进气前面出气的常规扇叶。这种扇叶一般在家用的额座扇以及吊扇等常规风扇上使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种吹风效果好的整体式扇叶。
本实用新型提出一种整体式扇叶,包括扇叶连接盘和设置在所述扇叶连接盘周围等距环绕着所述扇叶连接盘设置的扇叶本体,其特征在于,所述扇叶本体包括上扇叶和下扇叶,所述上扇叶向下弯折,所述下扇叶向上弯折,所述上扇叶底部和所述下扇叶顶部连接,从而形成兜帽形的所述扇叶本体。
优选地,所述上扇叶和所述下扇叶为一体成型而成。
优选地,所述扇叶本体和所述扇叶连接盘为一体成型而成。
优选地,所述扇叶连接盘中间设置有连接孔,所述扇叶连接盘通过所述连接孔和电机的输出轴连接。
优选地,所述扇叶连接盘中间的所述连接孔周围设置有多个扇叶固定孔,通过所述扇叶固定孔将扇叶连接盘固定在输出轴上,防止扇叶前后移动。

参照图1至图2,提出本实用新型的整体式扇叶的一实施例:
一种整体式扇叶,包括扇叶连接盘1和设置在扇叶连接盘1周围等距环绕着扇叶连接盘1设置的扇叶本体2。
扇叶本体2共有三个,扇叶本体2包括上扇叶和下扇叶,上扇叶向下弯折,下扇叶向上弯折,上扇叶底部和下扇叶顶部连接,从而形成兜帽形的扇叶本体。其中上扇叶和下扇叶为一体成型而成。扇叶本体2和扇叶连接盘1也为一体成型而成。
扇叶连接盘1中间设置有连接孔11,扇叶连接盘1通过连接孔11和电机输出轴连接,扇叶连接盘1中间的的连接孔11周围设置有多个扇叶固定孔12,通过使用扇叶固定孔12将扇叶连接盘1和前盖连接固定,从而将扇叶连接盘1固定在输出轴上,防止扇叶前后移动。
通过使用整体式的扇叶设计,使得出风角度可以由上到下覆盖一个锥形的区域,同等规格下,风力相较一般的常规扇叶来说相对要更大,覆盖范围也更大,从而带给客户更好的吹风效果,以及更好的使用效果。

1.一种整体式扇叶,包括扇叶连接盘和设置在所述扇叶连接盘周围等距环绕着所述扇叶连接盘设置的扇叶本体,其特征在于,所述扇叶本体包括上扇叶和下扇叶,所述上扇叶向下弯折,所述下扇叶向上弯折,所述上扇叶底部和所述下扇叶顶部连接,从而形成兜帽形的所述扇叶本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体式扇叶,其特征在于,所述上扇叶和所述下扇叶为一体成型而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的整体式扇叶,其特征在于,所述扇叶本体和所述扇叶连接盘为一体成型而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的整体式扇叶,其特征在于,所述扇叶连接盘中间设置有连接孔,所述扇叶连接盘通过所述连接孔和电机的输出轴连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的整体式扇叶,其特征在于,所述扇叶连接盘中间的所述连接孔周围设置有多个扇叶固定孔,通过所述扇叶固定孔将扇叶连接盘固定在输出轴上,防止扇叶前后移动。
