背景技术
固态发酵，将带有酒精分的固态酒酪，在蒸馏器中蒸馏，是我国白酒生产的独特形式，也是形成白酒风味的主要关键。蒸馏是白酒工艺最后工序，与出酒率及产品质量关系密切。目前行业中使用的发酵池就是地下池中加入生物发酵菌料、粮食作物和糠壳，但是实践过程中发现发酵池中不同区域的发酵速度不同，池体内壁附近发酵速度快，而池体物料中心位置发酵速度慢，导致池体中物料整体发酵不均匀，严重影响了固态发酵的生产效率。

本实用新型提供了一种白酒固态均匀发酵池，以解决现有技术存在的物料发酵不均匀的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种白酒固态均匀发酵池，包括发酵池体，在发酵池体中的发酵物料中下部均匀放置若干排酵泥块。
上述上下相邻的酵泥块的间距控制在13厘米~16厘米。
