Abstract

滑柱压杆
技术领域
本实用新型涉及加强汽车前后悬架的机械汽车工程。
背景技术
普通的乘用车必须具有4轮配置,其中每个车轮必须安装悬架系统。悬架系统设计为支撑汽车向与地面接触的车轮传递的负载。
车辆的前悬包括减震滑柱总成,减震滑柱总成具有位于减震器套筒的顶端,的螺旋弹簧,而该减震器套筒与车轮一起安装在下端。
当遇到路面坑洼或隆起时,车轮和减震滑柱总成吸收从路面到车体滑柱支座的冲击力,而这种冲击力会造成与滑柱支座相连的车体部分的疲劳(裂纹)或弯折。
当车轮左转或右转时,位于弯道内侧的车体会因离心力而上升,造成车轮对地面压力的减小以及车轮贴地性的降低,从而导致因转向不足或转向过度造成的打滑和碰撞事故。
由于以上问题,本领域需要一种技术方案减轻滑柱支座顶部承受的应力,从而增加滑柱支座的稳定性以避免与滑柱支座相连的车体弯曲并增加车轮贴地的稳固性。
就现有设计而言,滑柱推杆包括钢板制成的安装板1,该安装板1被切割成圆形以匹配滑柱支座的顶部。安装板1的中央部分被切成圆形,该中央部分大到足以使减震器轴的尖端露出该中心孔。在安装板1的周缘开设有孔5使得可以插入与减震器轴盖固定连接且与螺母一起安装的螺钉。由诸如不锈钢、碳钢或铝制成的呈扁平或圆管形的滑柱推杆2与焊接在安装板1内周缘的凸耳4固定连接。
根据上述设计,力会经由滑柱推杆在水平方向上传递至两个相对侧,这无助于将压力作用在滑柱支座的顶端从而无法将压力传递到车轮以保持车轮的稳固贴地;另外车身在弯道上会左右晃动,从而无法减轻车轮失去贴地性的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了新的滑柱压杆设计。滑柱压杆安装在滑柱支座的顶部以抵抗与滑柱支座相连的车身的扭转,并在车轮因凹凸不平或波浪形路面而上下颠簸时或车辆在弯道行驶时对车轮产生反力,从而使车轮稳固贴地。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种滑柱压杆,包括安装板,滑柱压杆由扁平铝杆制成,其中所述扁平铝杆的厚度为3/8英寸,宽度为2或21/2英寸,并弯折成鸟翼形或拉伸的字面M形;
其中所述滑柱压杆的长度取决于车辆滑柱支座两侧之间的距离;在所述铝杆的两端垂直焊接有铝板,所述铝板开设有两个孔,其中U形凸耳基座上开设有2个孔以通过螺钉将铝板与U形凸耳安装在一起,其中所述U形凸耳由钢板制成,焊接在安装板的顶部;所述安装板由钢板制成,切割成圆形,其中央部分的圆孔使得滑柱杆的尖端露出;焊接在安装板顶部的所述U形凸耳具有两翼,所述两翼延伸穿过安装板的周缘以将减震器轴的尖端包围在翼形凸耳中间;在安装孔的周缘开设有孔,孔的位置与待安装的现有的位于减震滑柱总成顶部的螺钉相匹配。

具体实施方式
如图1-图12所示,根据本公开,安装在车辆滑柱支座顶盖上的滑柱压杆包括钢板制成的安装板1,该安装板切割成圆形以匹配滑柱支座的顶部,安装板的中央被切割成圆形,该圆形孔大到足以使减震器轴的尖端从开孔的中心露出。该安装板1的周缘开设有安装孔5,安装孔5的位置与待安装的现有技术的滑柱螺钉安装件相匹配。在安装板1的顶端焊接有U形钢板制成的U形凸耳4(翼状),该U形凸耳焊接在安装板1的内周缘,其中该U形翼延伸到对侧以将滑柱轴的尖端包围在翼形凸耳中间。这些翼形凸耳加强了作用在滑柱支座顶盖上的反力。在U形凸耳4的基座开设有两个孔3以通过螺钉6与滑柱压杆安装在一起。
由金属(比如铝)制成的滑柱压杆2弯折成鸟翼状或拉伸的字母M形。在滑柱压杆2的两端呈直角,与开设有两个孔3的铝板焊接在一起,其中U形凸耳4基座上开设有2个孔3以通过螺钉6将铝板与U形凸耳安装在一起。

1.一种滑柱压杆,其特征在于,包括安装板(1),滑柱压杆(2)由扁平铝杆制成,其中所述扁平铝杆的厚度为3/8英寸,宽度为2或21/2英寸,并弯折成鸟翼形或拉伸的字面M形;
