Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and it is not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications to the present embodiment as required without making a contribution, but all the embodiments are protected by the patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the utility model relates to a collating machine, it includes: the paper feeding device comprises a frame 10, a variable pitch motion mechanism 20, a paper pushing mechanism 30, a paper moving mechanism and a paper lifting mechanism 60. The paper lifting mechanism 60 is disposed on the frame 10 and is used for stacking sheets of paper with uniform page numbers. The paper pushing mechanism 30 is disposed on the frame 10 and is used for driving paper to be placed according to page numbers. The pitch-variable movement mechanism 20 is disposed on the frame 10 and is used for driving the paper pushing mechanism 30 and the paper sucking mechanism 40 to move synchronously.
Based on the structure, the collating machine of the utility model firstly starts the paper lifting mechanism 60 and conveys the paper to the moving range of the paper absorbing mechanism 40 in the using process; then starting the variable pitch movement mechanism 20, and driving the paper suction movement mechanism to move to a position where paper can be sucked by using the variable pitch movement mechanism 20; then the variable pitch motion mechanism 20 drives the paper grabbing mechanism 50 to transfer the paper to the paper pushing mechanism 30; finally, the pitch-variable movement mechanism 20 drives the paper-pushing movement mechanism to move and drive the paper to be stacked according to the page number. Based on this, the utility model has less structure of the whole parts and is easy to be replaced; meanwhile, the paper suction mechanism 40, the paper grabbing mechanism 50 and the paper pushing mechanism 30 are driven through the mechanical transmission relationship among the pitch-variable movement mechanism 20, the paper suction mechanism 40, the paper grabbing mechanism 50 and the paper pushing mechanism 30, so that the use of sensors can be reduced, and the stability and the synchronism of the transmission process are ensured.
As an example, the lifting mechanisms are arranged into six groups; arranging the paper suction mechanisms 40 into six groups, wherein each group of paper suction mechanisms 40 corresponds to the paper stacked on the corresponding lifting mechanism; arranging the paper grabbing mechanisms 50 into six groups, wherein each group corresponds to one paper absorbing mechanism 40; meanwhile, the paper pushing mechanism 30 is provided with six compartments, and each compartment corresponds to one paper grasping mechanism 50.
As an example, when the number of gathering machines needed is large, two or more gathering machines can be combined to form a large gathering machine.
To further reduce the use of sensors, the paper moving mechanism of the present embodiment includes: and a paper sucking mechanism 40 disposed on the frame 10 and used for sucking the paper on the paper lifting mechanism 60. And a paper catching mechanism 50 provided on the frame 10 and configured to convey the paper sucked by the paper suction mechanism 40 to the paper pushing mechanism 30. Based on the above structure, the conventional paper moving mechanism uses only the suction mechanism 40 in the process of conveying the paper. First, the paper suction mechanism 40 is moved to a range where the paper can be sucked (in the present invention, the paper is moved downward in the vertical direction); then, returning to the original position (moving upward in the vertical direction); thereafter, the sheet is conveyed to the sheet pushing mechanism 30. Therefore, in the conventional paper moving mechanism, a plurality of sensors are required to change the moving direction of the paper suction mechanism 40, and if the number of the sensors is too large, the structure is too complicated and easy to damage. And the utility model discloses in, will move the paper mechanism and set up to inhale paper mechanism 40 and grab paper mechanism 50, wherein inhale paper mechanism 40 and only move in vertical direction, grab paper mechanism 50 and only move in the horizontal direction, can simplify the process of mechanism's motion from this, reduce the use of sensor, increase the durability of device.
To ensure the use effect of the pitch movement mechanism 20, the pitch movement mechanism 20 of the present embodiment includes: a sliding device 21, a swinging device 22 and a driving device 23 which are arranged on the frame 10. The drive device 23 is used to drive the oscillating device 22. The oscillating device 22 is in driving connection with the sliding device 21. The swinging device 22 is in transmission connection with the paper suction mechanism 40, the swinging device 22 is fixedly connected with the paper pushing mechanism 30, and the sliding device 21 is in transmission connection with the paper grabbing mechanism 50. Based on the above structure, the swing device 22 is driven by the driving device 23, and the slide device 21 is driven by the swing device 22. The swinging device 22 is in transmission connection with the paper suction mechanism 40, so that the swinging device 22 drives the paper suction mechanism 40 to move in the moving process; meanwhile, the swinging device 22 is fixedly connected with the paper pushing mechanism 30, so that the swinging device 22 can drive the paper pushing mechanism 30 to move in the moving process; in addition, since the swing device 22 and the sliding device 21 are both in transmission connection with the paper catching mechanism 50, the swing device 22 drives the paper catching mechanism 50 to move during the movement process. Therefore, the paper suction mechanism 40, the paper pushing mechanism 30 and the paper grabbing mechanism 50 can be driven simultaneously by one driving device 23, so that the structure of the collating machine is simplified, the weight of the collating machine is reduced, and the collating machine is convenient to mount and carry.
To ensure the action and effect of the driving device 23, the driving device 23 of the present embodiment includes: a transmission rod 231, a variable pitch motor 232 and a linkage rod 232. One end of the transmission rod 231 is fixed on the swinging device 22 and the other end is fixed at one end of the linkage rod 232. The transmission shaft of the variable pitch motor 232 is fixed at the other end of the linkage rod 232. Based on the above structure, since one end of the linkage rod 232 is fixed on the transmission rod 231 and the other end is fixed on the transmission shaft of the pitch-variable motor 232, starting the pitch-variable motor 232 can drive the swing device 22.
To ensure the action effect of the oscillating device 22, the oscillating device 22 of the present embodiment includes: the rotating shaft is connected to the swing seat 221 on the frame 10 and near one side of the paper suction mechanism 40. One end of the connecting rod 222 is fixed on the swing seat 221 and the other end passes through the second driven slider 213. A first driving slider 223 slidably coupled to the link 222. The rotating shaft is connected to the second driving slider 224 of the first driving slider 223, and the second driving slider 224 is fixed on the transmission rod 231. A fastening ring 225 fixed to the link 222. And a first wire rope 226 having one end fixed to the fastening ring 225 and the other end divided into two strands, one strand of the first wire rope 226 being fixed to one end of the paper suction mechanism 40 and the other strand being fixed to the other end of the paper suction mechanism 40.
Based on the above structure, since the second driving slider 224 is fixed on the transmission rod 231, the second driving slider 224 can be driven to move after the motor is started. The second driving slide 224 is connected to the first driving slide 223 through a rotating shaft; meanwhile, the first driving slider 223 is slidably connected to the connecting rod 222; in addition, one end of the connecting rod 222 is fixed on the swing seat 221 and the swing seat 221 is connected to the frame 10; therefore, the link 222 can be driven to swing. Since the fastening ring 225 is fixed on the connecting rod 222, the fastening ring 225 can be driven to displace in the pushing direction of the paper, so as to drive the first wire rope 226. When the fastening ring 225 and the paper pushing direction are the same, the first steel wire rope 226 is loosened, and the paper suction mechanism 40 does not move; when the fastening ring 225 is opposite to the pushing direction of the paper, the first wire rope 226 is tightened and drives the paper sucking mechanism 40 to move to a side close to the paper lifting mechanism 60. Thereby causing the oscillating device 22 to move the paper suction mechanism 40.
To ensure the use effect of the sliding device 21, the sliding device 21 of the present embodiment includes: a carriage 211 fixedly provided on the frame 10 on a side remote from the paper suction mechanism 40. A first passive slide 212 slidably attached to the carriage 211. And a second passive slider 213 disposed on the first passive slider 212 and connected to the first passive slider 212 via a rotation shaft, wherein the second passive slider 213 is slidably connected to the connecting rod 222. And a second wire rope 214 having one end fixed to one end of the first passive slider 212 and the other end fixed to the side of the paper grasping mechanism 50 close to the paper suction mechanism 40. A third steel wire rope 215 with one end fixed at the other end of the passive sliding block and the other end fixed at one side of the paper grabbing mechanism 50 far away from the paper suction mechanism 40. Based on the above structure, since the second passive slider 213 is slidably connected to the link 222, the second passive slider 213 can be driven to swing during the swing of the link 222. Meanwhile, the second passive slider 213 is pivotally connected to the first passive slider 212, so that the first passive slider 212 can be driven. Meanwhile, since the first passive slider 212 is slidably connected to the sliding frame 211, the first passive slider 212 slides relative to the sliding frame 211. Since one end of each of the second wire rope 214 and the third wire rope 215 is connected to the first passive slider 212 and the other end is fixed to the paper gripping mechanism 50, the paper gripping mechanism 50 can be driven to move. Based on this, in the process that the fastening ring 225 drives the paper suction mechanism 40 to move to the side close to the paper lifting mechanism 60 through the first steel wire rope 226, the first driven sliding block 212 drives the paper grabbing mechanism 50 to move to the side close to the paper suction mechanism 40 through the third steel wire rope 215; conversely, when the paper suction mechanism 40 moves away from the paper lifting mechanism 60, the paper gripping mechanism 50 moves away from the paper suction mechanism 40.
To ensure the use effect of the pushing plate 32, the paper pushing mechanism 30 of the present embodiment includes: and a limiting plate 31 fixed on the frame 10 for accommodating the paper. And a push plate 32 disposed at one side of the limit plate 31 and slidably connected to the limit plate 31, wherein the push plate 32 is fixedly connected to the second driving slider 224 and is used for pushing the paper to move to one side. Based on the above structure, as an embodiment, when the paper lifting mechanism 60 and the paper grabbing mechanism 50 are both provided with six groups, six stacks of paper (respectively numbered one-six) are stacked on the paper lifting mechanism 60, and the paper pages in each stack of paper are the same, and the limiting plate 31 is provided with six cells corresponding to the six paper grabbing mechanisms 50; the page numbers of the six piles of paper stacked on the paper lifting mechanism 60 are gradually increased, the page number of the paper on the side, far away from the limiting plate 31, of the paper lifting mechanism 60 is smaller, and the page number of the paper on the side, close to the limiting plate 31, of the paper lifting mechanism 60 is smaller. Based on this, the paper suction mechanism 40 and the paper grabbing mechanism 50 jointly transport six sheets of paper of the first round to the limiting plate 31, and when the push plate 32 moves to the side close to the variable-pitch motor 232 along with the second driving slider 224, the push plate pushes away the six sheets of paper, and simultaneously drives the paper still staying on the limiting plate 31 to move to the side close to the variable-pitch motor 232 by one grid position. Then, the pushing plate 32 is driven to return under the action of the second driving slider 224, meanwhile, the second round of paper is conveyed to the limiting plate 31 and covers the original paper, and the pushing plate 32 only pushes the paper on the lowest layer to move in the process of moving to the side close to the variable pitch motor 232, so that the paper with the page number five can be pushed away and covers the paper with the page number six which is pushed away when the pushing plate 32 moves for the second time; therefore, in the process that the push plate 32 reciprocates back and forth, all six sheets of paper can be pushed away from the limiting plate 31, and the six sheets of paper are sequenced according to the page numbers from one to six from top to bottom.
In order to prevent the paper from moving towards one side far away from the pitch motor 232, a limiting block 311 for preventing the paper from moving towards one side far away from the pitch motor 232 is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the limiting plate 31 of the embodiment far away from the ground, and the limiting block 311 is wedge-shaped and is gradually raised from the height of one end far away from the pitch motor 232 to the height of one side close to the pitch motor 232. Based on the above structure, during the reciprocating motion of the pushing plate 32, the paper may be driven to move towards the side far away from the variable pitch motor 232, so that the paper sequencing process may be disturbed; by arranging the limiting block 311 and setting the limiting block 311 to be wedge-shaped, the paper can move one grid along the surface of the limiting block 311 in the process that the paper moves to one side close to the variable pitch motor 232; in the process of moving the paper to the side far away from the pitch motor 232, the limiting block 311 limits the paper to prevent the paper from moving.
In order to ensure the use effect of the paper suction mechanism 40, the paper suction mechanism 40 of the present embodiment includes: the pipe frame 41 is connected to the frame 10 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, and two ends of the pipe frame 41 are fixedly connected by a strand of a first cable 226. And a spring 44 having one end abutting against the pipe frame 41 and the other end abutting against the stopper plate 31. And the suction nozzles 42 are fixedly arranged on the pipe frame 41 and are close to one side of the paper pushing mechanism 30, and the suction nozzles 42 are provided with a plurality of suction nozzles which are uniformly distributed on the support along the paper conveying direction. And an air pump 43 fixedly provided on the frame 10 and used for driving the suction nozzle 42 to suck the paper.
To ensure the use effect of the paper gripping mechanism 50, the paper gripping mechanism 50 of the present embodiment includes: the device comprises a sliding rod 51 fixed on the frame 10, a movable frame 52 connected with the sliding rod 51 in a sliding mode (an electromagnet is embedded on the movable frame 52), and a clamping jaw 53 hinged on the movable frame 52, wherein a second steel wire rope 214 and a third steel wire rope 215 are fixed on the movable frame 52. Based on the above structure, the second wire rope 214 and the third wire rope 215 drive the movable frame 52 to move along the slide rod 51, and when the movable frame is close to the suction nozzle 42, the electromagnet is electrified, so that the movable frame 52 can adsorb the clamping jaw 53, and the paper can be grasped; meanwhile, when the movable frame 52 moves away from the suction nozzle 42, the electromagnet is de-energized, so that the paper can naturally fall onto the restriction plate 31.
To ensure the use effect of the paper lifting motion mechanism, as a preferable solution, the paper lifting mechanism 60 of the present embodiment includes: and a platen 61 slidably attached to the frame 10 in a vertical direction. A lifting motor 62 fixedly arranged on the frame 10. And a fourth wire rope 63 having one end fixed to the bedplate 61 and the other end wound around the transmission shaft of the lifting motor 62, wherein the fourth wire rope 63 is provided with two wires and is aligned to the two ends of the bedplate 61.
To prevent the platen 61 from being excessively lifted, the paper lifting mechanism 60 of the present embodiment preferably further includes: and the two limit switches 64 are fixedly arranged on the frame 10 and are positioned in the outline range of the bedplate 61, and the two limit switches 64 are distributed on two sides of the bedplate 61 along the vertical direction in an aligned mode.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustration and not limitation, and other modifications or equivalent replacements made by those skilled in the art to the technical solution of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the claims of the present invention as long as they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
