Abstract
汽车热管取暖装置，利用汽车发动机排出的废气
接入高温热交换器为热源，通过热管将高温热交换器
中的热量传递给装于驾驶室内的低温热交换器，用风
机将热风送至车室内，利用汽车排出的废气做热源，
具有温度高，热量大的特点，这种取暖装置可广泛用
于多种车辆的驾驶室玻璃除霜或车室内取暖。
Description
本实用新型属于汽车附件类。
现有的汽车取暖装置，多为利用汽车发动机的冷却水（热水）为热源，通过管路接入热交换器，用风机将热风送入驾驶室玻璃除霜或车室内取暖，这种以发动机热水为热源的取暖装置，因热源温度较低、热量小，取暖效果不够理想。
本实用新型的目的：提供一种热源温度较高，热量较大的汽车热管取暖装置。
本实用新型的技术方案：利用发动机排气岐管排出的废气为热源，采用传热性能高的热管（吸热端、绝热端、散热端）为导热元件，将热管的吸热端装于热源中，通过热管的吸热端吸收热源中的热量，经热管散热端用风机送至车室内，达到取暖的要求。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。图中高温热交换器1，作为热源，吸收由发动机排气岐管3，排出的废气余热，热管吸热端2，在1中吸收热量，热管吸热端的肋片4，用以增加传热面积，热管绝热端5，由高温热交换器中吸热后传递给低温热交换器6，装于车室内，热管散热端7，吸收低温热交换器的热量，热管散热端的肋片8，风机9，将低温热交换器中的热风通过风管10，送入驾驶室玻璃除霜或车室内，达到取暖的要求，绝缘材料11，把高温热交换器外壳保温，减少了热损失。
上述装置的热管是一个两端封闭内部真空，並装入导热介质的传热元件。热管的热交换是这样实现的：热管吸热端2，受热后，导热介质发生相变，液态变为汽态，通过热管绝热端5，迅速传递到热管散热端7，当热管散热端7热量散失后，温度降低，导热介质由汽态回到液态，重新吸收热量，反复多次。
这种取暖装置，可广泛用于多种车辆，尤其在北方地区，可较好的满足汽车驾驶室玻璃除霜和车室内取暖，同时由于利用了发动机废气余热，而降低了废气排出的温度，亦降低了噪音，减少了环境污染。
Claims (1)
- 热管取暖装置应该是由带助片4的热管吸热端2，通过绝热端5相联通的带助片8的热管散热端，用于鼓风的风机9和风管10构成其中吸热端2装于高温热交换器1内，散热端7装于低温热交换器6内。
