In this embodiment, a position sensor 15B for sensing the position of the slider 8B is disposed on the guide rail 7B, and a sensing block 16B matched with the position sensor 15B is disposed on the slider 8. Specifically, in this embodiment, two position sensors 15B are disposed at two end portions of the guide rail 7 to limit the movement positions of the fixing frame and the adsorption mechanism, and prevent the fixing frame and the adsorption mechanism from being excessively moved to cause collision with other components. The guide rail 7 is also provided at both ends thereof with stopper portions for stopping the slider 8.
3. Material conveying equipment A
The material is in this embodiment referred to as an empty material tray or a material tray reloaded with product.
Referring to fig. 4 to 10, the material conveying apparatus AA of the present embodiment mainly includes a vertical material conveying device for vertically moving the material and a horizontal material conveying device for horizontally conveying the material, the horizontal material conveying device is disposed on a base 42A, and the base 42 is disposed on the supporting frame G. The vertical material conveying device and the transverse material conveying device can be used independently, can be used in combination or can be integrated to other equipment for use. The concrete structure is as follows:
as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the vertical material conveying apparatus in this embodiment includes a first fixing plate 1A, a supporting frame for placing materials, a first driving mechanism for driving the supporting frame to move, and a sorting mechanism for sorting the materials. A fixed frame 19A is arranged on the first fixed plate 1A, the fixed frame 19A is rectangular, linear guide rails 12A are arranged on two sides of a long edge of the fixed frame 19A, sliding blocks 13A are arranged on the linear guide rails 12A, and the bearing frame is fixedly arranged on the sliding blocks 13A. The cooperation of the linear guide 12A and the slide 13A allows the racking frame to move smoothly along the linear guide 12A with the material. In this embodiment, four sliding blocks 13A are disposed on the vertical plate 6A corresponding to the two linear guide rails 12A, so that the material is more stably moved by the supporting frame. The slide 13A and the racking frame are shown disassembled in the figures for clarity. In this embodiment, a tow chain 20A is disposed on the first fixing plate 1A, a connecting lug 21A connected with the tow chain 20A is further disposed on the vertical plate 6A, and an electric wire, a transmission line, a signal line, etc. are disposed in the tow chain 20A.
The first driving mechanism includes a first driving motor 2A, a first gear 3A located at an end of an output shaft of the first driving motor 2A, and a first rack 4A fixed on the first fixing plate 1A, an extending direction of the first rack 4A is the same as a moving direction of the material, and the output shaft of the first driving motor 2A is perpendicular to the first fixing plate 1A, as shown in fig. 8. The first rack 4A and the first gear 3A are both located inside the rectangle. First driving motor 2A power take off drives first gear 3A and rotates, through the rack and pinion cooperation, because first rack 4A is fixed, first driving motor 2A reciprocates along first rack 4A, drives the bearing frame and removes, realizes the lift of material.
Bearing frame includes diaphragm 5A and riser 6A and the reinforcing plate 7A of connecting diaphragm 5A and riser 6A that mutually perpendicular set up, and first driving motor 2A fixes on riser 6A, and first gear 3A and first driving motor 2A are located riser 6A's both sides respectively, set up the hole that supplies first driving motor 2A output shaft to pass on riser 6A. The reinforcing plate 7A is perpendicular to the transverse plate 5A and the vertical plate 6A, and therefore strength of the bearing frame is improved. Riser 6A and the parallel arrangement of first fixed plate 1A, diaphragm 5A and riser 6A and the perpendicular setting of first fixed plate 1A, diaphragm 5A are used for the bearing material, and riser 6A is used for being connected diaphragm 5A and first actuating mechanism and realizes removing.
In this embodiment, through-hole 14A has been seted up on diaphragm 5A, and the last material inductor 15A that corresponds through-hole 14A and be used for detecting whether have the material on diaphragm 5A that corresponds of diaphragm 5A. The material sensor 15A can control the lifting action when materials exist or do not exist, and the automation degree of the device is further improved.
The material is placed in material tray 16A, material tray 16A's size in this embodiment is greater than diaphragm 5A's size, there is certain distance between diaphragm 5A's both sides apart from material tray 16A's both sides, conveniently get and put the material, also conveniently jointly use vertical material conveyer and horizontal material transmission device, make material tray 16A can follow vertical material conveyer and convey horizontal material transmission device on, and carry out the removal of horizontal direction by the drive of the relevant part on the horizontal material transmission device.
The vertical material transfer device of this embodiment also includes an upper limit mechanism and a lower limit mechanism. Specifically, the upper end of the first fixing plate 1A is provided with a stop block 8A, and a limiting block 9A is arranged on the vertical plate 6A corresponding to the stop block 8A. In this embodiment, the bilateral symmetry of first fixed plate 1A is provided with dog 8A, and the bilateral symmetry of riser 6A is provided with stopper 9A. Through stopper 9A and dog 8A, prevent that bearing frame and material from excessively shifting up, cause the material to drop or the device to damage. The bottom of first fixed plate 1A is provided with and is provided with the limiting plate 10A perpendicular with first fixed plate 1A, is provided with spacing post 11A on the limiting plate 10A. The limiting column 11A is located right below the vertical plate 6A and used for preventing the vertical plate 6A from excessively moving downwards. The limiting column 11A can be cylindrical, rectangular or the like, and the limiting column 11A and the limiting block 9A can be arranged by wrapping a rubber block outside metal, so that a buffering effect is achieved.
The first fixing plate 1A is provided with a first position sensor 17A for sensing the position of the supporting frame, and the vertical plate 6A is provided with a sensing block 18A matched with the first position sensor 17A. The first position sensor 17A is also a position to further ensure the lifting or lowering of the racking frame, preventing it from being excessively lifted or lowered. The first position sensor 17A may be a slotted photoelectric sensor that is activated to stop the motion of the support frame when sensing the presence of the sensing block 18A in the slot, as is known or conventional in the art. In other embodiments, the first position sensor 17A may be implemented by other means known or conventional in the art.
In the embodiment, the structures of some parts of the vertical material conveying device, such as the position sensors, the stoppers, the limiting blocks, the limiting plates, the limiting columns, the gear racks and the like, are the same as or similar to those of the cartridge clip type material conveying device C, and the lifting principle is also the same.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the sorting mechanism in this embodiment is correspondingly disposed on both sides of the material or material tray 16A in the length direction, the sorting mechanism includes a clamping rod 43A and a clamping rod driver 44A for driving the clamping rod 43A to move, the size of the clamping rod 43A is matched with the size of the material or material tray 16A, when the material moves to the plane corresponding to the clamping rod 43A, the clamping rod driver 44A drives the clamping rod 43A to clamp the short edge of the material or material tray 16A, so as to push the material or material tray 16A to move to the set position, so as to ensure that the material or material tray 16A corresponds to the position of the material or material tray 16A below the material or material tray, then the clamping rod driver 44A drives the clamping rod 43A to separate from the material or material tray 16A, the vertical material conveying device drives the supporting frame to move up or down, and the clamping rod driver 44A drives the clamping rod 43A to repeat the arrangement action. The arrangement mechanism can ensure the consistency of the positions of a pile of materials in the up-down direction so as to stack more materials at one time, and the materials are more stable and can not fall off in the conveying process.
As shown in fig. 4-5 and fig. 9-10, the transverse material conveying device in this embodiment includes a first vertical plate 22A and a second vertical plate 23A that are disposed opposite to each other, a bottom plate 33A that is disposed perpendicular to the first vertical plate 22A and the second vertical plate 23A, a conveying mechanism that is disposed on the first vertical plate 22A and the second vertical plate 23A and used for driving the material to move, a second driving mechanism that is used for driving the conveying mechanism to operate, a safety mechanism that is disposed on the bottom plate 33A, and a tension adjusting mechanism, where the first vertical plate 22A and the second vertical plate 23A are both symmetrically provided with the conveying mechanism to drive both sides of the material to move simultaneously.
The transmission mechanism comprises a first rotating wheel 24A, a second rotating wheel 25A and a transmission belt 26A sleeved between the first rotating wheel 24A and the second rotating wheel 25A, and the transmission belt 26A is in contact with the material or the material tray 16A to drive the material or the material tray to move.
The second driving mechanism comprises a transmission shaft 27A connected between the two transmission mechanisms on the first vertical plate 22A and the second vertical plate 23A, and a second driving motor 29A for driving the transmission shaft 27A to rotate along the axial direction thereof, and two ends of the transmission shaft 27A are provided with driving wheels 28A contacted with the transmission belt 26A. Drive transmission shaft 27A through second driving motor 29A and rotate, and then drive the operation of the transmission device on first riser 22A and the second riser 23A for two transmission device derive from same power take off, rotate in step, have reduced the fault rate, have prolonged the life of device, have also guaranteed the steady movement of material. The transmission shaft 27A is provided with a fixed pulley 36A, and a driving belt 37A is provided between the fixed pulley 36A and the output shaft of the second drive motor 29A. The fixed wheel 36A is located between the two driving wheels 28A of the transmission shaft 27A and rotates synchronously with the transmission shaft 27A, and the second driving motor 29A drives the transmission shaft 27A to transmit power through the output shaft of the driving motor, the driving belt 37A and the fixed wheel 36A.
The tension adjusting mechanism of the embodiment comprises a first adjusting wheel 30A and a second adjusting wheel 31A which are movably arranged on the vertical plate, and the first adjusting wheel 30A and the second adjusting wheel 31A are positioned at two sides of the driving wheel 28A. The vertical plate is provided with a mounting hole 32A for mounting the first adjusting wheel 30A and the second adjusting wheel 31A, the mounting hole 32A is a strip-shaped hole, and the extending direction of the strip-shaped hole is the same as that of the conveying belt 26A. The arrangement of the strip-shaped holes is convenient for adjusting the installation positions of the first adjusting wheel 30A and the second adjusting wheel 31A, so that the tightness degree of the conveying belt can be adjusted. The first and second regulating wheels 30A and 31A are higher than the driving wheel 28A in height, and the driving wheel 28A is located on the inner side of the conveying belt 26A, and the first and second regulating wheels 30A and 31A are located on the outer side of the conveying belt 26A. That is, the driving wheel 28A is located at the inner side of the conveying belt 26A and presses the conveying belt 26A downward, the first adjusting wheel 30A and the second adjusting wheel 31A are located at the outer side of the conveying belt 26A and pushes the conveying belt 26A upward, the first adjusting wheel 30A, the second adjusting wheel 31A and the driving wheel 28A are located at three vertexes of a triangle, and the tightness of the conveying belt 26A is adjusted by adjusting the installation positions of the first adjusting wheel 30A and the second adjusting wheel 31A in the installation hole 32A, so that the conveying belt 26A is prevented from being too loose to drive materials to move.
The safety mechanism comprises a lifting plate 34A and a lifting motor 35A driving the lifting plate 34A to move, and a certain direction of the lifting plate 34A is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying belt 26A. Two or more groups of materials can exist on the conveying belt 26A at the same time, and the safety mechanism is used for lifting the lifting plate 34A through the lifting motor 35A to prevent the materials or the devices from being damaged due to collision between two groups of materials or between multiple groups of materials. When the material needs to pass through the position above the lifting plate 34A, the lifting motor 35A controls the lifting plate 34A to fall for the material to pass through.
A second position sensor 41A for detecting the position of the material is further arranged on the vertical plate. In this embodiment, the second position sensor 41A may be respectively disposed in a group corresponding to the front and rear end portions of the vertical plate, and is used for controlling the front and rear positions of the material operation, so as to prevent the material from dropping due to excessive forward movement or backward movement. The second position sensor 41A may employ the same slot photosensor as the first position sensor 17A or other options in the art.
A supporting plate 38A is further disposed between the upper portion and the lower portion of the conveying belt 26A, the width of the supporting plate 38A matches with the width of the conveying belt 26A, preferably, the same width, both ends of the supporting plate 38A are inclined surfaces, and the length extending direction of the supporting plate is the same as the extending direction of the conveying belt 26A. The support plate 38A is used for supporting the conveyor belt 26A and the material under the condition that the material is too heavy, preventing the material from falling, and also preventing the material from damaging the conveyor belt 26A. And the inclined plane is arranged to facilitate the materials to stably advance along with the conveying belt 26A, so that the materials are prevented from being blocked by the end face of the supporting block when just contacting the conveying belt 26A.
The front end of the vertical plate is provided with a baffle 39A higher than the top surface of the vertical plate, and the top of the vertical plate is also provided with a limiting bending plate 40A used for preventing the material from inclining to the side edge. Baffle 39A is used for preventing that the material from surpassing the front end of riser and dropping, and spacing board 40A of bending is used for preventing that the material from dropping to both sides slope after too high.
The rear end of transmission band 26A, the rear end of riser all is close to first fixed plate 1A, and distance between two transmission bands 26A and material tray 16A's size phase-match, transmission band 26A's width is less than or equal to the distance of material tray 16A both sides apart from diaphragm 5A both sides, such setting up makes material tray 16A contact on the bearing frame can transition smoothly to the conveyer belt after the conveyer belt on, become the horizontal motion by the motion of vertical lift, the process is steady.
The working principle and the working process of the shaping device of the embodiment are briefly described as follows:
the cartridge clip type material conveying device C or the material conveying equipment A sends out a material tray reloaded with products, the grabbing manipulator H grabs corresponding products to be shaped and then sends the products into the hot pressing device D, after hot pressing, the grabbing manipulator H takes out the shaped products and places the products on the cooling device E for cooling, and then the cooled products are placed on the conveyor belt F in a corresponding mode, and the products are placed back into the material tray 26 of the cartridge clip type material conveying device C or placed in the material tray 16A corresponding to the material conveying equipment A.
For ease of understanding and description, each device is described independently below:
the operation principle and the operation process of the clip type material conveying device C of the present embodiment will be briefly described by taking the material tray 26 out of the storage bin 2 as an example: firstly, the storage bin 2 is placed on the lifting plate 13, the telescopic driver 11 is started, and the telescopic driver 11 drives the pull rod 12 to move above the pull groove 7 of the corresponding material tray 26 through the fixed guide rail 9 and the movable slide block 10.
And starting the motor 6, driving the moving plate 3 to move upwards through the gear 5 and the rack 4 mechanism, driving the lifting plate 13 and the storage bin 2 to move upwards, accommodating the pull rod 12 in the pull groove 7, closing the motor 6, and stopping the moving plate 3, the lifting plate 13 and the storage bin 2 from moving.
Restart flexible driver 11, drive and remove slider 10 and to the direction removal of keeping away from storage silo 2, through fixing pull rod 12 and the cooperation of draw groove 7 on removing slider 10, pull the position that corresponds with material tray 26 in storage silo 2, take away material tray 26 through artifical or other equipment that are independent of this device outside, also can directly take away the product in the material tray 26, later send material tray 26 back to in the storage silo 2 through flexible driver 11. The motor 6 is then activated and the above steps are repeated, so that the material tray 26 of the storage silo 2 or the product thereon can be completely pulled out of the storage silo 2.
Taking the material taking as an example, the material tray 26 is put into the storage bin 2 by the above device, which is substantially the reverse of the above process, and is not described herein again.
The working process and the working principle of the plastic tray taking and placing device B in this embodiment are briefly described as follows:
first, the vacuum-pumping device is started to make the inside of the adsorption tray 6 slightly negative. The lifting driver 10 is started, and the lower end part of the piston rod 12 of the lifting driver 10 moves downwards to drive the lifting plate 11, the vertical frame 3 and the fixing plate 2 to move downwards. When the adsorption plate 6 on the fixing plate 2 is attached to the plastic tray, the plastic tray is sucked. Thereafter, the plastic pallet is lifted by the lift driver 10, contrary to the above-described lowering process. And in the process of rising, the transverse movement of the adsorption mechanism can be carried out simultaneously.
Specifically, when the adsorption mechanism needs lateral shifting, driving motor 14 starts, drives the nut block on the lead screw to move through rotating the lead screw, and then drives slider 8 to move along guide rail 7, fixes mount, adsorption mechanism lateral shifting on slider 8, realizes the lateral shifting of plastics tray.
When adsorption apparatus moves to predetermined position, drive fixed plate 2 through lift driver 10 and descend, remove adsorbed material tray to predetermined position, evacuation equipment stop work, ordinary pressure or slight positive pressure in the adsorption disc 6 for the plastics tray is placed in predetermined position.
In the above description, the steps are described separately for the sake of better clarity, but in actual use, each step does not need to be performed separately, for example, the lifting operation can be performed while moving transversely, so as to improve efficiency.
The working process and principle of the material conveying equipment A for conveying shaped products are briefly described as follows:
first, the material trays 16A loaded with the shaped product are sequentially placed on the supporting frame, and the clamp lever driver 44A drives the clamp lever 43A to arrange the material in the horizontal position, so that the material trays 16A are positioned in the vertical direction. And a material tray 16A is arranged, the first driving motor 2A drives the gear 3A to move downwards along the rack 4A, the bearing frame is driven to move downwards by the thickness of the material tray 16A, then the discharging equipment continues discharging, and the steps are repeated until the set number of trays are placed on the bearing frame.
Afterwards, the first driving motor 2A drives the supporting frame and the material to move downwards through the rack-and-pinion mechanism, and when the material tray 16A contacts the conveying belt 26A, the first driving motor 2A can stop moving and also can continue to move downwards a little to facilitate the material tray 16A to transit to the conveying belt. Meanwhile, the second driving motor 29A is started, or the second driving motor 29A is started before so as to realize seamless docking, and efficiency is improved. The second driving motor 29A drives the transmission shaft 27A to rotate, and the transmission shaft 27A drives the transmission belt 26A to continuously run through the driving wheels 28A at the two ends of the transmission shaft 27A, so as to realize the movement of the material tray 16A on the transmission belt 26A. When the material moves to the baffle 39A, there is a material taking mechanism or manpower to take the material.
When the material speed that vertical material conveyer transported gets is too fast, and get on the horizontal material transmission device material speed when too slow, the former one pushes away the material and can pass through safety mechanism, and later elevator motor 35A drive lifter plate 34A rises, stops the one pile of material formation in the back, prevents that one pile of material in the back from moving forward and one pile of material in the front from colliding, has promoted whole process's security. If the feeding or receiving manner from bottom to top is adopted during use, the process is generally opposite to the above, and the description is omitted.
Components not specifically described in the above embodiments, such as position sensors, etc., may be implemented by means and components known or conventional in the art.

A shaping device, characterized by: the device comprises a supporting frame, and a cartridge clip type material conveying device, a plastic tray taking and placing device, material conveying equipment, a grabbing device, a hot pressing device and a conveying belt which are arranged on the supporting frame; the cartridge clip type material conveying device comprises two upright plates which are oppositely arranged, a storage bin which is positioned between the two upright plates, a lifting mechanism which is used for driving the storage bin to lift, and a telescopic mechanism which is used for pulling materials out of the storage bin; the plastic tray taking and placing device comprises a support fixed on a support frame, an adsorption mechanism, a guide mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the adsorption mechanism, the guide mechanism and the driving mechanism are arranged on the support; the material conveying equipment comprises a vertical material conveying device and a transverse material conveying device which are arranged vertically; the gripping device comprises a gripping manipulator.

An orthopaedic device according to claim 1, wherein: the lifting mechanism of the cartridge clip type material conveying device comprises a moving plate, a rack arranged on the vertical plate, a gear matched with the rack and a motor driving the gear to rotate, wherein the motor is fixed on the moving plate, an output shaft of the motor is vertical to and penetrates through the moving plate, the motor and the gear are located on two sides of the moving plate, and the extending direction of the rack is consistent with the lifting direction of the storage bin.

A shaping device according to claim 2, wherein: the telescopic mechanism comprises a fixed rod, a fixed guide rail fixed on the fixed rod, a movable sliding block positioned on the fixed guide rail, a telescopic driver used for driving the movable sliding block to move and a pull rod fixed on the movable sliding block, and the pull rod is used for being matched with the pull groove to pull the material out of the storage bin; the pull groove is a T-shaped groove, and one end of the pull rod, which is close to the T-shaped groove, is T-shaped.

An orthopaedic device according to claim 1, wherein: the adsorption mechanism of the plastic tray taking and placing device comprises a lifting assembly, a fixed plate connected below the lifting assembly and adsorption feet fixed on the fixed plate; the guide mechanism comprises a guide rail, a sliding block and a fixing frame, the sliding block is arranged on the guide rail in a sliding mode, the fixing frame is fixed on the sliding block, the fixing frame is connected with the lifting assembly, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the fixing frame to move along the guide rail.

An orthopaedic device according to claim 4, wherein: the fixed plate is provided with a vertical frame which is perpendicular to the fixed plate, the vertical frame is connected with the lifting assembly, the lifting assembly comprises a lifting driver which is fixed on the fixed frame and a lifting plate which is fixed on the vertical frame, and the lifting plate is connected with a piston rod of the lifting driver; the lifting plate comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, one side of the vertical part, which is far away from the horizontal part, is fixedly connected with the vertical frame, one side of the vertical part, which is close to the horizontal part, is provided with a groove, the lifting driver is provided with a bulge matched with the groove, and the horizontal part is connected with the lower end part of a piston rod of the lifting driver.

An orthopaedic device according to claim 4, wherein: the driving mechanism comprises a screw rod, a driving motor and a nut block, the screw rod is driven to rotate along the axial direction of the driving motor, the nut block is sleeved on the screw rod, and the nut block is fixedly connected with the sliding block.

An orthopaedic device according to claim 1, wherein: the vertical material conveying device of the material conveying equipment comprises a first fixing plate, a bearing frame for placing materials and a first driving mechanism for driving the bearing frame to move, wherein the first driving mechanism comprises a first driving motor, a first gear positioned at the end part of an output shaft of the first driving motor and a first rack fixed on the first fixing plate, the extending direction of the first rack is the same as the moving direction of the materials, and the output shaft of the first driving motor is perpendicular to the fixing plate; the transverse material conveying device comprises a vertical plate, a bottom plate, a conveying mechanism and a second driving mechanism, wherein the bottom plate is perpendicular to the vertical plate, the conveying mechanism is arranged on the vertical plate, the second driving mechanism is used for driving the conveying mechanism to operate, the vertical plate comprises a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate which are oppositely arranged, the conveying mechanism is arranged on each of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, and comprises a first rotating wheel, a second rotating wheel and a conveying belt sleeved between the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel; the second driving mechanism comprises a transmission shaft connected between the two transmission mechanisms and a second driving motor used for driving the transmission shaft to rotate along the axial direction of the transmission shaft, and driving wheels in contact with the transmission belts are arranged at two ends of the transmission shaft.

An orthopaedic device according to claim 7, wherein: the transverse material conveying device further comprises a tension adjusting mechanism, the tension adjusting mechanism comprises a first adjusting wheel and a second adjusting wheel which are movably arranged on the vertical plate, and the first adjusting wheel and the second adjusting wheel are located on two sides of the driving wheel; the height of the first adjusting wheel and the height of the second adjusting wheel are higher than that of the driving wheel, the driving wheel is positioned on the inner side of the conveying belt, and the first adjusting wheel and the second adjusting wheel are positioned on the outer side of the conveying belt; the vertical plate is provided with mounting holes for mounting the first adjusting wheel and the second adjusting wheel, the mounting holes are strip-shaped holes, and the extending direction of the strip-shaped holes is the same as that of the conveying belt.

An orthopaedic device according to claim 1, wherein: the hot-pressing device comprises an upper die, a lower die, a driving mechanism for driving the upper die to move and a heating mechanism for heating the upper die and/or the lower die, wherein a groove matched with a product is formed in the lower die.

A shaping device according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that: the shaping equipment further comprises a cooling mechanism used for cooling the shaped product, the cooling mechanism comprises a cooling groove arranged on the supporting frame and a cooling fan located below the cooling groove, and the cooling groove is matched with the product.
