背景技术
当前,汽车自动控制驾驶技术得到不断的发展,许多汽车制造厂家制造的汽车开始搭载高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS,Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)。ADAS是利用安装于车上的各式各样的传感器,在第一时间收集车内外的环境数据,进行静、动态物体的辨识、侦测与追踪等技术上的处理,从而能够让驾驶者在最快的时间察觉可能发生的危险,以引起注意和提高安全性的主动安全技术。ADAS的操控组件则直接影响用户体验。
在现有技术的设计中,ADAS包括疲劳检测模块、追随前车行驶辅助模块、主动变道辅助模块等操控模块,通过让用户触碰方向盘上的按钮来完成疲劳检测的激活。对于这样的设计,尽管用户不用晃动方向盘,但当用户进入长时间的巡航状态时仍然需要频繁抬手激活方向盘上方按钮,这打断了用户在使用ADAS时候获得的舒适度。
此外,在有些汽车制造厂家的车辆上设计的ADAS中,一些操控模块(如疲劳检测模块)的激活机构设置在汽车的方向盘上,要求用户通过晃动方向盘的方式完成疲劳检测,以及在方向盘的诸多按钮中操作完成对ADAS相关功能的设置。这种解决方案存在明显的隐患,尤其是通过晃动方向盘去激活疲劳检测的交互行为容易因用户剧烈晃动影响行车安全。而过多的按钮聚集在方向盘上也容易引发误操作,甚至阻碍用户去尝试使用ADAS的决心。
在研究汽车自动驾驶分级L1-L3的用户使用ADAS体验时发现,当用户处于L2阶段的自动驾驶监视状态时(开启道路保持、自动跟停,用户双脚离开刹车和油门,双手可离开方向盘但保持目视前方的状态),系统仍然要求用户在方向盘上进行行驶表现的设置和疲劳检测的激活。从用户体验的角度,这种交互将会为用户带来极大不便。
发明内容

根据本实用新型的实施例,所述触摸感应机构被设置在所述操纵杆的上方。
根据本实用新型的实施例,所述操控组件被设置在车辆的中央通道上以便于操作。所述操控组件也可被设置在车辆的中央通道上紧邻座椅扶手的位置。
根据本实用新型的实施例,提供一种高级驾驶辅助系统,包括:根据本实用新型的上述任一实施例的操控组件;传感器模块,被配置为检测驾驶员、车辆和/或其它车辆的状态;以及控制模块,被配置为接收所述操控组件发出的操控信号和所述传感器模块所检测到的传感器数据,并根据所述操控信号和所述传感器数据执行相应的驾驶辅助控制操作。
根据本实用新型的高级驾驶辅助系统及其操控组件,通过将所述操控组件独立设置为在整体上为竖直的方向上的操纵杆,可以使用户对多个用于ADAS的操控模块进行轻松方便的操控,既可确保操控安全性,又能显著改善用户的操控体验。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本实用新型的实施例的高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS) 及其操控组件的结构方框图。图1中的ADAS包括操控组件10、ADAS 控制模块20和传感器模块30。操控组件10包括限速调节模块11、并线指示模块12、车距调节模块13和疲劳检测激活模块14。传感器模块30包括多个传感器,例如可包括摄像头、雷达传感器、激光和超声波传感器等,可以探测光、热、压力或其它用于监测汽车状态的变量(如车速),也可以检测驾驶员的状态、与外部车辆之间的距离、外部车辆的车速等。这些传感器通常位于车辆的前后保险杠、侧视镜、驾驶杆内部或者挡风玻璃上。ADAS控制模块20可接收操控组件10 中的各个模块发出的操控信号和传感器模块30中的各个传感器所检测到的传感器数据,并根据操控信号和传感器数据执行相应的驾驶辅助控制操作,包括控制车辆限速、控制车辆在适当时机向左右车道并线、调节车辆与前车之间的距离以及针对驾驶员的疲劳检测。
本领域技术人员应该理解,操控组件10还可包括其它的用于 ADAS、且需要用户干预的操控模块,并不限于上述的四个模块11-14。
图2示出根据本实用新型的实施例的操控组件10的外形图。如图2所示,操控组件10是在整体上为竖直的方向上独立设置的操纵杆,这使得用户在进行ADAS操作时不仅方便操作,而且不易触碰到车辆的其它操控部件(如方向盘等)而导致误操作。在该操纵杆内至少可以包含限速调节模块11中的前后移动感应机构、并线指示模块12中的左右移动感应机构、车距调节模块13中的旋转感应机构、以及疲劳检测激活模块14中的触摸感应机构。例如,限速调节模块 11中的前后移动感应机构、以及并线指示模块12中的左右移动感应机构可设置在操纵杆10的底部,车距调节模块13中的旋转感应机构、以及疲劳检测激活模块14中的触摸感应机构可设置在操纵杆10的上部或顶部。限速调节模块11、并线指示模块12、车距调节模块13和疲劳检测激活模块14的电路部分(即操控信号生成部分)可以设置在操纵杆10之外。当相应的感应机构感应到操纵杆10的操控动作后,即可由相应的电路产生相应的操控信号并传送给ADAS控制模块20。控制模块20将根据所接收的操控信号和传感器模块传送的传感器数据来执行相应的驾驶辅助控制操作。
图3示出图2中的操控组件10的顶部俯视图,即图中心部位的圆形部分,周边的箭头及文字说明用于描述用户操控操纵杆的方向及其相应的操控功能;圆形部分中间的(虚线所指示的)一个小圆指示用于激活疲劳检测的触摸按钮。可以看出,操控组件10可位于车辆的中央通道上以便于操作,例如位于车辆档位(图上方)与驾驶员座椅的座椅扶手(图下方)之间的位置,这个位置靠近驾驶员的右手肘托的前方。优选地,操控组件10可位于车辆的中央通道上紧邻驾驶员的座椅扶手的位置以便于操作。当用户开启了ADAS模式(包含:自适应巡航控ACC+自动车道保持辅助LKA)之后,将会把驾驶的任务交付给ADAS,而自身的任务切换成监控状态。处在这种监控状态下,用户将通过右手肘托旁边的操控组件10向前或向后推即可调节ACC的最高限速加减;通过左右晃动操控组件10,可给ADAS指示并线需求,ADAS会根据传感器模块30所检测到的周围车况决定最佳变道时机,并控制自动并线操作;通过顺时针或者逆时针旋转操控组件10,可控制ACC过程中距离前车的最小距离。同时ADAS将会在自动驾驶时定期对用户进行疲劳检测,用户只需轻触操控组件10 顶部的检测按钮(如图3中的虚线所指),便可以激活并通过此次针对驾驶员的疲劳检测。
通过研究用户在开启ADAS之后的状态发现,尤其是在高速行驶时,他们会自然进入一种比较放松的模式,手会自然离开方向盘,脚离开油门或刹车踏板,胳膊会靠在手托上,相对不便于再次与前方操作区域交互。本实用新型的实施例针对此刻用户的状态变化,通过在操纵杆内集成ADAS操控功能模块并将其设置在右手容易触碰的区域,达到让用户同时处在放松的模式下又可以有效操控汽车的自动驾驶状态,如通过简单地进行操纵杆10的前推后推(如图3中的向上、向下箭头所指)、左推右推(如图3中的向左、向右箭头所指)、顺时针或逆时针旋钮(如图3中的弧线箭头所示),即可改变最高上限速度、修改跟前车车距、变道等);由此可以优化人与系统/机器的交互,给尤其在长途行驶中使用ADAS的用户带来更舒适轻松的体验。
为了使用户在调节车辆限速时能迅速调节至期望的限速,可以将限速调节模块11进一步被配置为当其中前后移动感应机构感应到操纵杆10的向前推、或向后推之动作是较长时间的长推动作时,产生使车辆最高限速为增速10公里/小时、或减速10公里/小时的控制信号;当其中的前后移动感应机构感应到操纵杆10的向前推、向后推之动作是较短时间的短推动作时,产生使车辆最高限速为增速1公里 /小时、或减速1公里/小时的控制信号。
车距调节模块13可设置成当其中的旋转感应机构感应到操纵杆10被顺时针旋转一下时,产生与前车距离加大一挡(例如一挡可设置为2米或5米)的控制信号;成当其中的旋转感应机构感应到操纵杆10被逆时针旋转一下时,产生与前车距离减小一挡的控制信号。用户通过旋转操纵杆10适当的次数,例如根据车速、道路或天气,即可将与前车的距离控制在合适的范围。
以上所述实施例描述了本实用新型的具体实施方式,均为说明性的而非限制性的。本领域技术人员应该理解,针对上述实施例可以做出各种适当的改变和调整而不会背离本实用新型的思想。本实用新型的保护范围应该由权利要求书来限定。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)的操控组件,其中,所述操控组件是在整体上为竖直的方向上独立设置的操纵杆,其内部至少部分地包括多个用于ADAS的操控模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述多个操控模块包括:
限速调节模块,被配置为调节车辆在自适应巡航状态下的最高限速;
并线指示模块,被配置为发出变更车道的并线指示;
车距调节模块,被配置为调节车辆在自适应巡航状态下距离前车的最小距离;以及
疲劳检测激活模块,被配置为激活针对车辆驾驶员的疲劳检测。
3.根据权利要求2所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述限速调节模块包括前后移动感应机构,所述前后移动感应机构与所述操纵杆的底部连接,并针对所述操纵杆的向前推、向后推之动作产生相应的感应信号;所述限速调节模块被配置为根据所述感应信号产生相应地增大或减小车辆最高限速的控制信号。
4.根据权利要求3所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述限速调节模块进一步被配置为当所述前后移动感应机构感应到所述操纵杆的向前推、向后推之动作是较长时间的长推动作时,产生使车辆最高限速有较大增幅或降幅的控制信号;当所述前后移动感应机构感应到所述操纵杆的向前推、向后推之动作是较短时间的短推动作时,产生使车辆最高限速有较小增幅或降幅的控制信号。
5.根据权利要求2所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述并线指示模块包括左右移动感应机构,所述左右移动感应机构与所述操纵杆的底部连接,并针对所述操纵杆的向左推、向右推之动作产生相应的感应信号;所述并线指示模块被配置为根据所述感应信号产生在适当时机相应地向左车道或向右车道并线的控制信号。
6.根据权利要求2所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述车距调节模块包括旋转感应机构,所述旋转感应机构针对所述操纵杆的顺时针或逆时针旋转动作产生相应地增大或减小距离前车的最小距离的控制信号。
7.根据权利要求2所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述疲劳检测激活模块包括触摸感应机构,所述疲劳检测激活模块被配置为当所述触摸感应机构感应到触摸动作时,激活对车辆驾驶员的疲劳检测。
8.根据权利要求7所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述触摸感应机构被设置在所述操纵杆的上方。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述操控组件被设置在车辆的中央通道上以便于操作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的操控组件,其特征在于,所述操控组件被设置在车辆的中央通道上紧邻座椅扶手的位置。
11.一种高级驾驶辅助系统,包括:
权利要求1至10中任一项所述的操控组件;
传感器模块,被配置为检测驾驶员、车辆和/或其它车辆的状态;以及
控制模块,被配置为接收所述操控组件发出的操控信号和所述传感器模块所检测到的传感器数据,并根据所述操控信号和所述传感器数据执行相应的驾驶辅助控制操作。
