Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,包括依次传动的齿轮箱总成、动力端总成和液力端总成,所述液力端总成包括盘根和柱塞,所述动力端总成包括曲轴、连杆、滑轨和十字头,动力从十字头传递到柱塞,所述柱塞和十字头之间设有拉杆和挡泥板,拉杆固定在十字头上,柱塞固定到拉杆上,挡泥板位于拉杆和柱塞之间通过柱塞进行固定,挡泥板的外径大于柱塞和拉杆的外径。本实用新型能够解决现有技术中的液力端总成中的工作介质沿柱塞倒喷到动力端总成内部、更换盘根不便、连杆大头轴瓦润滑不足等问题。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油气钻采设备领域,具体涉及一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵。
背景技术
往复式三缸柱塞泵属于容积泵,其借助于工作腔内容积周期性变化来达到输送液体的目的。在工作时,机械能经柱塞泵直接转化为输送液体的压力能。往复式柱塞泵被广泛用于油气田领域,是油气田固井、酸化、压裂等设备的关键部件。
往复式三缸柱塞泵一般都会通过背靠背的方式安装到车或者撬上,当以背靠背的形式安装时,两台泵的总宽度不能超过道路要求。例如,在中国和俄罗斯的道路上行驶时,设备的总宽度不能超过2550mm。往复式三缸柱塞泵为了在背靠背安装时总宽度能够满足道路要求,整体结构非常紧凑。
现有技术中的柱塞直接安装到动力端总成内部的十字头上,一方面,当液力端总成中用于密封柱塞的盘根发生损坏后,液力端总成内部的高压工作介质就会直接沿柱塞泄漏,进而接触并破坏动力端总成处的密封件,最终液力端总成内部的工作介质就会倒喷到动力端总成内部;另一方面,盘根为了能够密封住液力端总成内部的高压工作介质,其与柱塞的过盈量非常大,即盘根会紧紧地抱住柱塞,柱塞长时间工作后表面会发生磨损,会出现一道道比较深的沟痕,盘根损害后泄漏出来的工作介质会随柱塞的往复运动沿着沟痕进入到动力端总成内部。液力端总成内的工作介质进入到动力端总成内部后,会污染润滑油,最终导致动力端总成和齿轮箱总成的损坏。
现有技术中的盘根处的操作空间非常狭小,由于密封柱塞的盘根属于易损件,需要经常更换,每次更换盘根时都需要先将动力端的密封件拆卸下来,然后才能更换盘根,操作不便。现有技术中的曲轴内部没有润滑油油道,连杆大头轴瓦处于末端润滑,存在润滑不足的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中的液力端总成中的工作介质沿柱塞倒喷到动力端总成内部、更换盘根不便、连杆大头轴瓦润滑不足等问题,提供一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:
一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,包括依次传动的齿轮箱总成、动力端总成和液力端总成,所述液力端总成包括盘根和柱塞,所述动力端总成包括曲轴、连杆、滑轨和十字头,动力从十字头传递到柱塞,所述柱塞和十字头之间设有拉杆和挡泥板,拉杆固定在十字头上,柱塞固定到拉杆上,挡泥板位于拉杆和柱塞之间通过柱塞进行固定,挡泥板的外径大于柱塞和拉杆的外径。
进一步地,所述动力端总成还包括动力端壳体、拉杆油封、拉杆油封座和拉杆油封挡板,拉杆油封座和拉杆油封挡板固定在动力端壳体上,拉杆油封安装到拉杆油封座内部,并通过拉杆油封挡板固定。
进一步地,所述连杆的一端与曲轴连接,另一端与十字头连接,所述滑轨固定在动力端壳体上,十字头在滑轨内部往复运动,十字头通过拉杆带动柱塞在液力端总成内部往复运动,进行液体的吸入与排出工作。
进一步地,所述动力端总成还包括十字头销轴、十字头销轴端盖、连杆小头轴瓦、连杆上轴瓦和连杆下轴瓦,连杆上轴瓦、连杆下轴瓦安装在连杆中,连杆小头轴瓦固定到十字头内部,十字头销轴端盖安装在十字头两侧,用于支撑十字头销轴,连杆的小头内部装有十字头轴套,并通过十字头销轴和十字头连接在一起。
进一步地,所述十字头销轴两侧通过轴用弹性挡圈进行限位;十字头和拉杆之间添加有用于防止动力端总成内部的润滑油泄漏到外部的O型圈。
进一步地,所述曲轴中设有润滑油道,曲轴连接有曲轴旋转接头,曲轴旋转接头安装在动力端壳体上,润滑油通过曲轴时对连杆大头处的轴瓦进行润滑。
进一步地,所述拉杆经过表面硬化处理。
进一步地,所述拉杆油封挡板底部开有将拉杆油封挡板底部残留的少量工作介质排掉的排污槽。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的优点是:
在十字头与柱塞之间添加拉杆和挡泥板,拉杆表面经过硬化处理,耐磨性好,可以长时间使用;
挡泥板的外径比拉杆和柱塞的外径都要大,盘根损坏后,沿柱塞泄漏出来的工作介质会被挡泥板有效阻挡,工作介质不会接触到拉杆外圆面和拉杆油封,进而阻挡了工作介质倒喷到动力端内部;
拉杆油封挡板底部开有排污槽,可以将拉杆油封挡板底部残留的少量工作介质排掉;
增大了更换盘根的操作空间,更换盘根时无需将拉杆油封座拆卸下来,同样更换拉杆油封时也无需拆卸盘根盒;
曲轴中有润滑油道,并在曲轴一侧安装曲轴旋转接头,润滑油通过曲轴对连杆大头轴瓦进行充分润滑,提高了连杆大头轴瓦的寿命。

具体实施方式
现有技术如图2、图3所示,柱塞30通过柱塞连接螺栓33直接安装到动力端总成内部的十字头34上,一方面,当液力端总成3中用于密封柱塞30的盘根6发生损坏后,液力端总成3内部的高压工作介质就会直接沿柱塞30泄漏,进而接触并破坏动力端总成1处的密封座总成31中的密封件,最终液力端总成3内部的工作介质就会倒喷到动力端总成1内部;另一方面,盘根6为了能够密封住液力端总成3内部的高压工作介质,其与柱塞30的过盈量非常大,即盘根6会紧紧地抱住柱塞30,柱塞30长时间工作后表面会发生磨损,会出现一道道比较深的沟痕,盘根6损害后泄漏出来的工作介质会随柱塞30的往复运动沿着沟痕进入到动力端总成1内部。液力端总成3内的工作介质进入到动力端总成1内部后,会污染润滑油,最终导致动力端总成1和齿轮箱总成2的损坏。
如图1、图4-8所示,本实用新型包括动力端总成1、齿轮箱总成2和液力端总成3;齿轮箱总成2和液力端总成3通过螺栓固定在动力端总成1上,齿轮箱总成2的输出端与动力端总成2的曲轴25连接。滑轨18通过螺栓固定到动力端壳体27上,连杆小头轴瓦19用内六角圆柱头螺钉16和压板15固定在十字头17上,十字头销轴端盖28可以直接安装到十字头17上,将十字头17、内六角圆柱头螺钉16、压板15、连杆小头轴瓦19、十字头销轴端盖28一起安装到动力端壳体27内的滑轨18上,轴承26安装在曲轴25上,将轴承26和曲轴25一起固定到动力端壳体27上,将十字头轴套20、连杆上轴瓦24、连杆下轴瓦23安装在连杆22中,连杆22一端与曲轴25连接,另一端通过十字头销轴21与十字头17连接在一起,十字头销轴21两端用轴用弹性挡圈29进行限位,将O型圈14安装到十字头17上,用于防止动力端总成1内部的润滑油泄漏到外部,拉杆9用内六角圆柱头螺钉8固定到十字头17上,将拉杆油封13、O型圈11安装到拉杆油封座12上,将拉杆油封座12、拉杆油封13和O型圈11一起安装到动力端壳体上,用拉杆油封挡板10固定拉杆油封13,用内六角圆柱头螺钉将拉杆油封座12、拉杆油封挡板10一起固定到动力端壳体27上,拉杆9通过螺钉固定在十字头17上;柱塞5一端有外螺纹,可以直接固定到拉杆9上;挡泥板7位于拉杆9和柱塞5中间,通过柱塞5进行固定,挡泥板7的外径比柱塞5和拉杆9的外径都大,可以防止从液力端总成3内部倒喷出来的工作介质接触到拉杆9外圆面和拉杆油封13,进而阻挡了工作介质倒喷到动力端总成1内部。曲轴旋转接头4安装到动力端壳体上,并和曲轴25连接,用于通过曲轴25为连杆大头处的连杆下轴瓦23和连杆上轴瓦24提供润滑油。
本实用新型的实施过程:
如图1、图4-8所示,动力端壳体27通过轴承26支撑住曲轴25,齿轮箱总成2带动曲轴25转动,曲轴25带动连杆22,连杆22通过十字头销轴21带动十字头17,十字头17在滑轨18内部往复运动,十字头17通过拉杆9带动柱塞5在液力端总成3内部往复运动,进行液体的吸入与排出工作。
当盘根6损坏后,液力端总成3内部的高压工作介质就会沿柱塞5泄漏到外部,与挡泥板7直接接触,由于挡泥板7的外径比拉杆9和柱塞5的外径都要大,因此沿柱塞5泄漏出来的工作介质会被挡泥板7有效阻挡,液体不会接触到拉杆9外圆面和拉杆油封13,最终防止了液力端总成3内部的工作介质倒喷到动力端总成1内部。此外,在柱塞5往复运动过程中,挡泥板7也会随柱塞5在拉杆油封挡板10内往复运动,因此盘根6损坏后沿柱塞5泄漏出来的工作介质会沿挡泥板7流到拉杆油封挡板10的底部,由于挡泥板7外径与拉杆油封挡板10内径之间的间隙非常小,因此沿挡泥板7流到拉杆油封挡板10底部的绝大部分工作介质会被挡泥板7推出,残留下的少量工作介质可以沿拉杆油封挡板10底部的排污槽38排到外部。
Claims (8)
1.一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,包括依次传动的齿轮箱总成、动力端总成和液力端总成,所述液力端总成包括盘根和柱塞,所述动力端总成包括曲轴、连杆、滑轨和十字头,动力从十字头传递到柱塞,其特征在于:所述柱塞和十字头之间设有拉杆和挡泥板,拉杆固定在十字头上,柱塞固定到拉杆上,挡泥板位于拉杆和柱塞之间通过柱塞进行固定,挡泥板的外径大于柱塞和拉杆的外径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述动力端总成还包括动力端壳体、拉杆油封、拉杆油封座和拉杆油封挡板,拉杆油封座和拉杆油封挡板固定在动力端壳体上,拉杆油封安装到拉杆油封座内部,并通过拉杆油封挡板固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述连杆的一端与曲轴连接,另一端与十字头连接,所述滑轨固定在动力端壳体上,十字头在滑轨内部往复运动,十字头通过拉杆带动柱塞在液力端总成内部往复运动,进行液体的吸入与排出工作。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述动力端总成还包括十字头销轴、十字头销轴端盖、连杆小头轴瓦、连杆上轴瓦和连杆下轴瓦,连杆上轴瓦、连杆下轴瓦安装在连杆的大头处,连杆小头轴瓦固定到十字头内部,十字头销轴端盖安装在十字头两侧,用于支撑十字头销轴,连杆的小头内部装有十字头轴套,并通过十字头销轴和十字头连接在一起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述十字头销轴两侧通过轴用弹性挡圈进行限位;十字头和拉杆之间添加有用于防止动力端总成内部的润滑油泄漏到外部的O型圈。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述曲轴中设有润滑油道,曲轴连接有曲轴旋转接头,曲轴旋转接头安装在动力端壳体上,润滑油通过曲轴时对连杆大头处的轴瓦进行润滑。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述拉杆经过表面硬化处理。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种油气田用往复式三缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述拉杆油封挡板底部开有将拉杆油封挡板底部残留的少量工作介质排掉的排污槽。
