为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实现的：该种膏状调味品冷却设备，包括有冷却罐和冷却水塔，其特征在于所述冷却罐具有冷却水夹层，所述冷却罐内设置有搅拌轴，所述冷却罐上端连接有进料管，所述冷却罐的下端设置有出料管，所述冷却水夹层的上端连接有出水管，所述冷却水夹层的下端连接有冷水管，所述冷却水塔包括有水箱，所述水箱由上至下依次设置有风扇、除水器、洒水器及导流板，所述水箱的最下端为储水腔，所述储水腔连接有进水管，所述水箱上开设有溢流孔，所述冷水管与储水腔接通，所述出水管与洒水器的水管接通。

下面结合附图进一步描述本实用新型的工作原理及其有关细节。参照附图，该种膏状调味品冷却设备，包括有冷却罐6和冷却水塔，所述冷却罐6具有冷却水夹层5，即冷却罐6为双层结构，冷却罐的罐体具有外层和内层，冷却水夹层5设置在外层和内层之间，罐体的内层则形成物料腔7；所述冷却罐6内设置有搅拌轴3，所述冷却罐上端连接有进料管1，所述冷却罐的下端设置有出料管8，即物料腔内设置有搅拌轴3，物料腔7连接有进料管1和出料管8，所述冷却水夹层5的上端连接有出水管9，所述冷却水夹层5的下端连接有冷水管10；所述搅拌轴3上安装有搅拌框4，所述搅拌轴的上端穿过冷却罐与电机2连接，所述搅拌轴3下端通过轴承与冷却罐的底面连接，所述搅拌框4与冷却罐的竖截面形状吻合，搅拌轴3转动时带动搅拌框4转动，对罐体内的物料进行搅拌，这样不仅可以提高散热效果，而且避免罐体的调味品水与膏体分离。
所述冷却水塔包括有水箱11，所述水箱由上至下依次设置有风扇12、除水器13、洒水器14及导流板15，所述除水器13则防止洒水器喷洒的水溅到风扇12，避免风扇受损；所述导流板15的水流通道为波浪形，从而延长水流的行程及水流时间，使水在流通过程中完全冷却；所述水箱11的最下端为储水腔18，所述储水腔连接有进水管17，该进水管则持续给水箱供水、补给，防止储水腔内的水不足，所述水箱上开设有溢流孔16，所述溢流孔设置在导流板的下方，溢流孔要比进水管的进水口的孔径大，这样储水腔18内水过多时则从溢流孔16流出，避免储水腔内的水过满，为了开源节流，所述进水管17和溢流孔16通过水管与一储水腔连接，这样可以循环利用，减少浪费，附图未画出；所述冷水管10与储水腔18接通，所述出水管9与洒水器14的水管接通。
本实用新型工作时，冷却夹层5内的冷水对罐体内的物料进行冷却，冷却夹层上端的水较热，通过出水管9排出，进入冷却水塔，由洒水器14喷洒而下并进入导流板15，风扇12持续作业，对喷洒出的水进行风冷，水从洒水器喷出经导流板进入储水腔18时已被风扇吹冷，如此实现风冷；冷却后的水进入储水腔18后，被供给给冷却夹层5，如此循环，使得冷却夹层5持续由冷水进入，大大提高冷却效果。

1.一种膏状调味品冷却设备，包括有冷却罐（6）和冷却水塔，其特征在于所述冷却罐具有冷却水夹层（5），所述冷却罐内设置有搅拌轴（3），所述冷却罐上端连接有进料管（1），所述冷却罐的下端设置有出料管（8），所述冷却水夹层的上端连接有出水管（9），所述冷却水夹层的下端连接有冷水管（10），所述冷却水塔包括有水箱（11），所述水箱由上至下依次设置有风扇（12）、除水器（13）、洒水器（14）及导流板（15），所述水箱的最下端为储水腔（18），所述储水腔连接有进水管（17），所述水箱上开设有溢流孔（16），所述冷水管与储水腔接通，所述出水管与洒水器的水管接通。
