技术领域

背景技术
本申请人已经提出了不规则的四面体包装,例如在 WO2014/154623中。简而言之,不规则的四面体包装由包装材料管制成,优选被构造成封装液体食品。包装通过将包装材料的平坦卷材重整为圆筒形管、用产品填充管并且将管以规则的间隔横向密封和切割成单独的包装而形成。

应当理解的是,图1仅仅是用于说明目的的示意图,以解释用于生产不规则四面体包装的密封夹22a-b,24a-b的公知功能,并且本实用新型不一定限于任何特别设置或成角度的密封夹22a-b,24a-b。
图3a至3c分别示出根据示例的用于向包装材料管12提供横向密封6的密封夹组件100的俯视图。如下所述,密封夹组件100因此可以形成前面关于图1所述的一对密封夹22a-b,24a-b。密封夹组件100包括至少一对相对的密封夹,当管穿过所述一对相对的密封夹130,140之间时,所述一对相对的密封夹130,140能够相对于彼此移动以向管12提供横向密封6(参见图1)。一对相对的密封夹130,140包括第一密封夹130,其具有突出超过第一密封夹130的密封表面132的第一引导配合构件131。第二密封夹140设有第二引导配合构件141,第二引导配合构件141用于当第一密封夹130和第二密封夹140朝向彼此移动(如图3b和3c所示)时,接收第一引导配合构件131,由此适当地对齐至少一对相对的密封夹130,140。
如图3b和3c所示,第二引导配合构件141在第一密封夹130和第二密封夹140达到它们的操作位置(即它们的密封终止位置)之前以接纳第一引导配合构件131以提供横向密封,如图3c所示。以这种方式,第一密封夹130和第二密封夹140可以相对于彼此适当对齐。
如图3b和3c所示,当两个密封夹130,140朝向彼此移动时,管 12被压在一起。
在密封夹130,140相对于水平面倾斜一定角度的情况下,适当的对准是特别重要的。这里的倾斜意味着每个密封夹130,140的宽度方向相对于水平面倾斜。在这种倾斜配置中密封夹130,140之间的水平密封表面不对齐将对密封以及用于执行密封的部件具有不利的影响。在密封夹130,140沿水平面布置的常规系统中,即宽度方向平行于水平面的情况下,两个密封夹之间的水平密封表面未对准将不会以相同的负面方式影响密封或部件。
第二引导配合构件141可以包括用于接收第一引导配合构件131 的突起133的开口142。
基于图3a-3c,参照图5a和5b,第二引导配合构件141可以包括至少一个邻近开口142布置的倒角边缘143,倒角边缘143用于当第一密封夹130和第二密封夹140朝向彼此移动时将突起133引导到开口142中。
如图5a所示,突起133可以包括圆形的端部部分134。当密封夹 130,140达到它们的密封位置之前,突起133被开口接收时,开口142可以具有用于提供紧密的滑动配合的形状,如图3c所示。这意味着,由于第一引导配合构件131可以在平行于管12的纵向延伸长度L的平面内沿着弧形路径接近第二引导配合构件,所以开口142不必具有与突起133的精确对应的倒圆部分。因此,引导构件131,141可以以不同的角度连接在一起,在水平和/或垂直平面内相互偏移,但是仍然使得密封夹130,140对齐以彼此垂直闭合。
如图5a和图5b所示,相应的引导配合构件131,141可以通过穿过其提供的螺纹孔而附接到其相关的密封夹130,140。因此可以使用常规的螺钉(未示出)将每个引导配合构件131,141附接到相关联的密封夹130,140的相应的所述表面。
第一密封夹130或第二密封夹140可以包括用于向管提供横向密封6的感应加热回路。而且,第一密封夹130或第二密封夹140可以包括用于沿着横向密封6切割管的刀。
图4示出了处于如图3c所示的密封位置的两个密封夹130,140的侧视图。在图4中,注意到处于密封位置的密封夹相对于水平轴线H倾斜,这意味着它们的宽度方向相对于水平面以角度α成角度。管12的纵向延伸由图4中的虚线L表示。即使密封夹130,140相对于水平轴线H倾斜,也应该注意的是,第一引导配合构件131和第二引导配合构件141布置成配合在平行于包括弧形路径的平面的平面中,在使用中,两个密封夹130,140沿着该弧形路径朝向和远离彼此移动。对于大多数系统来说,该弧形路径平行于竖直轴线设置,而竖直轴线又平行于管12的纵向延伸长度L。图4示出了这种布置。
如图3a至3c所示,开口142可以具有两个平行布置的相对的内侧壁,该内侧壁平行于包括弧形路径的平面延伸,两个密封夹130,140在使用中沿着该弧形路径移动。类似地,突起133可以具有两个平行的相对的外表面,这两个平行的外表面也被布置成平行于包括弧形路径的平面,两个密封夹130,140在使用中沿该弧形路径移动。在配合时,开口的平行相对的内表面将接收突起133的平行相对的外表面,由此防止第一引导配合构件131 和第二引导配合构件132在垂直于包括弧形路径的平面的方向上移动,两个密封夹130,140在使用中沿着该弧形路径移动。当密封夹130,140沿着设置在与竖直方向平行的平面中的弧形路径移动时,第一引导配合构件和第二引导配合构件132之间的配合提供了两个密封夹130,140之间的对齐,并且防止密封夹130,140在水平面内彼此相对移动。
这种对齐降低了系统的整体磨损,并大大降低了刀具、感应加热系统和与提供横向密封件相关的其他部件的损坏风险。
如上所述,引导配合构件解决方案对于密封夹组件是特别有利的,所述密封夹组件当布置在它们的操作位置以提供横向密封时,朝向水平方向或垂直于管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜一定角度,然而引导配合构件解决方案也可以用于平行于水平方向的密封夹。
相应地,每个密封夹130,140当处于可操作用于提供横向密封的配合的端部密封位置中时,可以以垂直于管12的纵向轴线的角度倾斜。该角度可以在15-30°之间,或者优选在20-25°之间。
无论密封夹130,140是否倾斜,第一密封夹130和第二密封夹140 移动所沿着的相应的电弧路径将优选地布置在共同的平面中。
用于向包装材料管12提供横向密封的方法可以包括以下步骤:提供第一对相对的密封夹130,140,所述第一对相对的密封夹130,140在激活时可相对于彼此移动,其中第一密封夹130具有第一引导配合构件131,该第一引导配合构件131从第一密封夹130的密封表面132突出,并且第二密封夹140具有用于在第一密封夹130和第二密封夹140朝向彼此移动时接收第一引导配合构件131的第二引导配合构件141,由此适当地对准至少一对相对的密封夹130,140。该方法可以进一步包括激活所述第一对密封夹,以便当管穿过密封夹130,140之间时提供横向密封6到管12。
尽管为了简单起见已经相对于单个相对的一对密封夹130,140示出了附图,但是应该理解,可以使用任何数量的密封夹对而不脱离本实用新型的创造性方面,只要至少一个这样的密封夹对设置有如所附权利要求所公开的第一和第二引导配合构件即可。

Claims (34)

1.一种用于向包装材料管提供横向密封的密封夹组件,所述密封夹组件包括:
至少一对相对的密封夹,所述至少一对相对的密封夹能相对于彼此移动,以在所述包装材料管布置在所述密封夹之间时为所述包装材料管提供横向密封,
其中所述至少一对相对的密封夹包括:
第一密封夹,其具有第一引导配合构件,所述第一引导配合构件具有从所述第一密封夹的密封表面突出的部分;以及
第二密封夹,其具有第二引导配合构件,所述第二引导配合构件用于当第一密封夹和第二密封夹朝向彼此移动时接收所述第一引导配合构件,从而对齐所述至少一对相对的密封夹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述第二引导配合构件包括用于接收所述第一引导配合构件的突起的开口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述第二引导配合构件包括布置在所述开口附近的至少一个倒角边缘,所述至少一个倒角边缘用于当所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹朝向彼此移动时将所述突起引导到开口中。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的密封夹组件,其中所述突起包括圆形端部。
5.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹或所述第二密封夹包括感应加热回路,所述感应加热回路用于向所述包装材料管提供所述横向密封。
6.根据权利要求4所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹或所述第二密封夹包括感应加热回路,所述感应加热回路用于向所述包装材料管提供所述横向密封。
7.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹或所述第二密封夹包括用于沿着所述横向密封切割所述包装材料管的刀具。
8.根据权利要求4所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹或所述第二密封夹包括用于沿着所述横向密封切割所述包装材料管的刀具。
9.根据权利要求5所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹或所述第二密封夹包括用于沿着所述横向密封切割所述包装材料管的刀具。
10.根据权利要求6所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹或所述第二密封夹包括用于沿着所述横向密封切割所述包装材料管的刀具。
11.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
12.根据权利要求4所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
13.根据权利要求5所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
14.根据权利要求6所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
15.根据权利要求7所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
16.根据权利要求8所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
17.根据权利要求9所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
18.根据权利要求10所述的密封夹组件,其中所述第一密封夹和所述第二密封夹被布置成沿着各自的弧形路径移动,所述弧形路径被包括在共同的平面中。
19.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
20.根据权利要求4所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
21.根据权利要求5所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
22.根据权利要求6所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
23.根据权利要求7所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
24.根据权利要求8所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
25.根据权利要求9所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
26.根据权利要求10所述的密封夹组件,其中,所述密封夹在被布置在用于提供横向密封的操作位置时相对于垂直于所述包装材料管的纵向轴线的平面倾斜。
