背景技术
开顶集装箱也称开顶柜，该类型的集装箱由折叠式顶梁支撑的软质或者硬质顶棚带代替刚性硬顶，装运时用防水布覆盖顶部，其水密要求和干货箱一样，可用起重机从箱顶上面装卸货物，适合于装载体积高大的大型物和需吊装的重物，敞顶集装箱如玻璃板等。现有的硬开顶集装箱通常包括水平放置的底架、沿该底架的两侧竖立的两侧板、沿该底架的前端设置的端墙以及沿该底架的后端设置门端以及可整体装拆的顶盖，该顶盖能够与两侧板、端墙及门端扣合在一起，该顶盖是一个整体，现有的结构顶盖太大不方便移动，如果想要打开顶部必须全部打开，不能只打开局部，而且顶侧梁的强度不是很好，不能承重。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足，提出一种集装箱防水硬开顶结构，可以有效改善防水性能及顶盖的分块拆装：
本实用新型提供了一种集装箱防水硬开顶结构，其结构包括硬开顶顶盖、顶横梁防水槽和顶侧梁防水槽；所述顶横梁防水槽设置于集装箱顶横梁的顶部；所述顶侧梁防水槽设置于集装箱顶侧梁的顶部，所述顶侧梁防水槽在顶侧梁与顶横梁相交的位置处设置有与顶横梁防水槽的横截面形状匹配的缺口；所述顶横梁防水槽的一端架设于缺口上；所述硬开顶顶盖设置于顶横梁防水槽和顶侧梁防水槽上部。
优选的，所述顶横梁的两端均设置有连接板；所述顶侧梁的底部设置有固定板；所述连接板通过螺栓与固定板连接。
优选的，所述硬开顶顶盖盖板上设置有加强梁。
优选的，所述顶横梁防水槽采用折弯件焊接于顶横梁上。
本实用新型中集装箱防水硬开顶结构的顶横采用方管作为主要骨架，顶横梁防水槽焊接在顶横梁的上方，主要起到排水作用，另外还有两件固定连接板焊接到顶横梁的两端，顶侧梁相应位置也焊接固定连接板，顶横梁安装到顶侧梁上以后采用螺栓将两块固定连接板连接起来以达到加固顶侧梁的作用。本实用新型中提供的硬开顶及防水结构，其通过顶部加装顶横梁及排水槽，有效的实现了顶部硬开顶的模块化，轻便化，实现了硬开顶的顶部防水，顶侧梁加强。

如附图1和2所示，本实施例提供了一种集装箱防水硬开顶结构，其结构包括硬开顶顶盖1、顶横梁防水槽3和顶侧梁防水槽5；所述顶横梁防水槽3设置于集装箱顶横梁2的顶部；所述顶侧梁防水槽5设置于集装箱顶侧梁4的顶部，所述顶侧梁防水槽5在顶侧梁4与顶横梁2相交的位置处设置有与顶横梁防水槽3的横截面形状匹配的缺口51；所述顶横梁防水槽5的一端架设于缺口51上；所述硬开顶顶盖1设置于顶横梁防水槽3和顶侧梁防水槽5上部；所述顶横梁2的两端均设置有连接板21；所述顶侧梁4的底部设置有固定板41；所述连接板21通过螺栓与固定板41连接；所述硬开顶顶盖盖板1上设置有加强梁；所述顶横梁防水槽3采用折弯件焊接于顶横梁2上。
