本实用新型公开了一种带式压滤机，包括机体和水泵，在机体的底部设置有覆盖住底部的储水盒，水泵位于储水盒外侧，在机体底部导网辊的一侧机体上通过管道固定块，固定有两条上下排列且相对的喷水管，每条喷水管上分别设置有多个相对的喷头，且每条喷头的两侧分别支撑有倾斜的导向轮，压滤机机体的滤布贯穿上下导向轮之间的缝隙，使上下的喷头分别位于滤布的上下面，水泵的进水管与储水盒的底部连通，水泵的出水管则与两条喷水管一端连通。传统压滤机的基础上增加了用于冲洗滤布的清洗装置，两条相对的喷水管上分别设置有多个相对的喷头，可以从滤布的上下两面对滤布进行冲洗，冲洗的更彻底；储水盒接住冲洗下来的水，大大提高了水资源的利用率。

本实用新型涉及一种带式压滤机。
背景技术
压滤机是一种常用的固液分离设备，在18世纪初就应用于化工生产，至今仍广泛应用于化工、制药、冶金、染料、食品、酿造、陶瓷以及环保等行业。带式压滤机是继浓缩池后，将浓缩污泥再脱水，从而形成泥饼的高效脱水设备。特点是可自动控制运行、连续生产、无极调速、对多种污泥适用，适用于给水排水、造纸、铸造、皮革、化工、食品等多种行业的污泥脱水。污泥与投加的絮凝剂经充分混合后进入带式压滤机的污泥重力脱水区，依靠污泥本身重力脱去大量水分。重力区设有布泥装置，可将污泥均布于滤带，继而进入上下层网带之间楔形压榨段进行预压缩脱水，最后进入压榨区，形成泥饼。
但目前的带式压滤机框架设计不够合理，滤网循环使用前需要进行清洗才能达到更好的压滤效果，目前的压滤机滤网冲洗的不够彻底。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种带式压滤机，在现有压滤机的基础上进行的改进。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，带式压滤机，包括机体和水泵，在机体的底部设置有覆盖住底部的储水盒，水泵位于储水盒外侧，在机体底部导网辊的一侧机体上通过管道固定块，固定有两条上下排列且相对的喷水管，每条喷水管上分别设置有多个相对的喷头，且每条喷头的两侧分别支撑有倾斜的导向轮，压滤机机体的滤布贯穿上下导向轮之间的缝隙，使上下的喷头分别位于滤布的上下面，水泵的进水管与储水盒的底部连通，水泵的出水管则与两条喷水管一端连通。
本实用新型在传统压滤机的基础上增加了用于冲洗滤布的清洗装置，两条相对的喷水管上分别设置有多个相对的喷头，可以从滤布的上下两面对滤布进行冲洗，冲洗的更彻底；储水盒接住冲洗下来的水，水泵再将冲洗的水再次通过喷管喷出，大大提高了水资源的利用率。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示带式压滤机，压滤机为本领域的常用设备其具体结构再次不在赘述，带式压滤机，包括机体1和水泵2，在机体1的底部设置有覆盖住底部的储水盒3，水泵2位于储水盒3外侧，在机体1底部导网辊4的一侧机体1上通过管道固定块5，固定有两条上下排列且相对的喷水管6，每条喷水管6上分别设置有多个相对的喷头7，且每条喷头7的两侧分别支撑有倾斜的导向轮8，压滤机机体1的滤布贯穿上下导向轮8之间的缝隙，使上下的喷头7分别位于滤布的上下面，水泵2的进水管与储水盒3的底部连通，水泵2的出水管则与两条喷水管6一端连通，每个喷头7的出水端分别位于其两侧的导向轮8之间，且导向轮8与滤布接触，水泵2通过机体顶部的控制箱9供电并控制运转。

1.带式压滤机，其特征在于：包括机体和水泵，在机体的底部设置有覆盖住底部的储水盒，水泵位于储水盒外侧，在机体底部导网辊的一侧机体上通过管道固定块，固定有两条上下排列且相对的喷水管，每条喷水管上分别设置有多个相对的喷头，且每条喷头的两侧分别支撑有倾斜的导向轮，压滤机机体的滤布贯穿上下导向轮之间的缝隙，使上下的喷头分别位于滤布的上下面，水泵的进水管与储水盒的底部连通，水泵的出水管则与两条喷水管一端连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的带式压滤机，其特征在于：每个所述喷头的出水端分别位于其两侧的导向轮之间，且导向轮与滤布接触。
3.如权利要求1所述的带式压滤机，其特征在于：所述水泵通过机体顶部的控制箱供电并控制运转。
