Description

本实用新型属于动力机构技术领域。
我国现广泛使用的能实现直线往复运动的通用动力机构都是采用气缸,或油压缸,或电动推杆,这些通用动力机构在具体使用时都存在一些不足;电动推杆带负荷启动困难,工作平稳性差,高速冲击性大,且同一台电动推杆,其推、拉力及速度都无法调节;气缸、油压缸虽然能克服电动推杆存在的不足,但附属设备投资较大,配置很不灵活,从而影响了使用。
本实用新型的目的就在于设计一种电、液结合的推杆,既具有电动推杆的体积小、配置灵活,易于实现自动控制的特点,又具有油压缸工作平稳,可靠性高、高速冲击力小,且推、拉力及速度在一定的范围内可无级调节的特点。
本实用新型的技术内容:
本实用新型是由电机、联轴器、双向齿轮泵、油路集成块、油缸、溢流阀及外壳组成,且联轴器、双向齿轮泵、油路集成块、油缸及溢流阀都密封在外壳内。本实用新型是通过电机做动力,油压缸作执行元件来实现往复直线运动的。电动机与油压缸之间通过双向齿轮泵有机地结合在一起,双向齿轮泵与油压缸之间是一液压油路集成块,可使整体结构更为紧凑,且不易泄漏。为了控制系统总压力,保护油泵并调节油压缸的推、拉力,在油路上装了一只溢流阀。本实用新型的外壳是园筒状的。
本实用新型的技术特点:
1、结构紧凑,配置灵活;由于采用了全封闭的结构,所以能适应环境恶劣的工况。
2、同一台电液推杆,其推、拉力都可无级调节,且具有防超力行调节。
3、由于采用了液压执行元件,所以工作平稳,在相同速度下,比电动推杆冲击小得多。

图1中1是外壳,2是油压缸,3是油路集成块,4是溢流阀,5是双向齿轮泵,6是弹性联轴器,7是电机。
如图1所示,电机7通过联轴器6与双向齿轮泵5相连,齿轮泵5上有一管道与油路集成块3相连,油路集成块3上另外两个通道分别通过油管与油压缸2相上的进油口与出油口相通。在油路集成块上还有一溢流阀4,可保证油路系统压力和防止过载。

1、一种电液推杆,其特征在于它是由电动机,联轴器、双向齿轮、油路集成块、油压缸、外壳及溢流阀所组成,且联轴器、双向齿轮泵、油压缸、油路集成块、溢流阀、都密封在一个壳体内。
2、根据权利要求1所叙述的电液推杆,其特征在于壳体是一园筒状。
