Abstract

一种简易裁断机,包括机座,驱动单元和刀架单元,其特征在于:所述机座(1)为矩形钢板,根据计算钢板一侧设置驱动单元,另一侧布置刀架单元,所述驱动单元包括驱动装置和支柱,所述刀架单元包括刀架和刀片(13),刀架设有两条平行排列的固定座(14),固定座(14)焊接固定在刀架支座(15)上,刀架支座通过螺栓与机座(1)固定连接。本发明的简易裁断机具有装置结构简单、制作方便,代替人工进行橡胶、铁皮(如彩钢)、塑料等制品的裁剪,能大大提高劳动效率,装置制作成本较低和安全无污染的优点。

一种简易裁断机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种材料切割裁断机,具体地说,是一种简易裁断机。
背景技术
在工业生产中,裁断机用途非常广泛,其功能主要是利用成型刀模,通过冲裁动作而获得人们所需的片材或半成品。目前裁断机的种类繁多,大部分都是利用液压系统传动实现裁割,大量被采用的是吨位在8-20吨的摇臂式裁断机。平板式和龙门裁断机多数用于比较大型的生产厂家,更适合于对皮革、人造非金属材料的冲切。由于制造业工业现代化程度的提高,全自动裁断机在我国已经开始使用。
目前市场上的裁断机大多为轻工业所用,机器为半自动或集成化,系统复杂、制造成本较高。可是对于重工业,特别是冶金行业日常的机修来说成本过高,不太实用。在冶金工业生产中,特别是设备检修、维护时需要大量裁断各种轻质材料,如橡胶类的皮带、塑料板、铁皮、薄铁皮等等,需要批量切割制作皮带邦皮、垫块以及回收旧皮带。若用人工进行裁断耗时耗力、且不安全、效率低,若用主流市场的裁断机又不经济。
因此已知的裁断机存在着上述种种不便和问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提出一种安全可靠的简易裁断机。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种简易裁断机,包括机座,驱动单元和刀架单元,其特征在于:
所述机座为矩形钢板,根据计算钢板一侧设置驱动单元,另一侧布置刀架单元,且在相应位置设置槽孔作为驱动单元和刀架单元的安装固定孔;
所述驱动单元包括驱动装置和支柱,支柱为槽钢,槽钢底端与支柱底板固焊,使槽钢垂直于支柱底板,支柱底板用螺栓与机座连接,槽钢底端设有加强筋板;槽钢上端设有连接孔,连接孔与驱动单元底座活动连接,驱动单元设有电机,电机与油缸连接,电机与油缸和控制手柄连接;油缸的活塞杆顶端设置连接杆,连接杆设有通孔;控制手柄实现电机正转、反转、给电、断电;活塞杆位移行程为600-1000mm,活塞杆推力≥1750n.m;
所述刀架单元包括刀架和刀片,刀架设有两条平行排列的固定座,固定座焊接固定在刀架支座上,刀架支座通过螺栓与机座固定连接;两条固定座的一端中间设有通孔;所述刀片的两端设有通孔,刀片一端的通孔与两条固定座一端中间的通孔用螺栓连接,使刀片位于两条固定座的中间,刀片另一端的通孔与连接杆的通孔用螺栓连接。
本发明的简易裁断机还可以采用以下的技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的简易裁断机,其中所述刀片与固定座的背面打磨光滑,刀片刀刃经淬火热处理,使刀刃增强硬度。
前述的简易皮带裁断机,其中所述刀片与固定座之间的间隙能用垫片调整控制在0.5-1mm,以保证裁断的力度。
前述的简易皮带裁断机,其中所述活塞杆带有行程限位开关,以调节活塞杆拉伸、收缩的极限长度,起安全保护作用。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的简易裁断机具有以下优点:
1、装置结构简单、制作方便;
2、代替人工进行橡胶、铁皮(如彩钢)、塑料等制品的裁剪,能大大提高劳动效率;
3、装置制作成本较低、安全无污染。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及其附图对本发明作更进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明的简易裁断机,包括机座,驱动单元和刀架单元。
现请参阅图1,图1为本发明实施例的机座结构示意图。如图所示,所述机座1为矩形钢板,根据计算钢板一侧设置驱动单元,另一侧布置刀架单元,且在相应位置设置槽孔2作为驱动单元和刀架单元的安装固定孔。
图2为本发明实施例的简易裁断机结构示意图,简易裁断机处于刀片抬起,放置待裁断材料操作阶段。所述驱动单元包括驱动装置和支柱,支柱3为槽钢,槽钢底端与支柱底板4固焊,使槽钢垂直于支柱底板,支柱底板用螺栓与机座1连接,槽钢底端设有加强筋板5;槽钢上端设有连接孔,连接孔与驱动单元底座12活动连接,驱动单元设有电机6,电机与油缸7连接,电机与油缸和控制手柄11连接;油缸的活塞杆8顶端设置连接杆9,连接杆设有通孔;控制手柄11实现电机正转、反转、给电、断电;活塞杆位移行程为800mm,活塞杆推力为1750n.m;所述活塞杆8带有行程限位开关,以调节活塞杆拉伸、收缩的极限长度,起安全保护作用。
图3为本发明实施例的刀片与固定座配合和刀片与连接杆配合结构示意图。所述刀架单元包括刀架和刀片13,刀架设有两条平行排列的固定座14,固定座14焊接固定在刀架支座15上,刀架支座通过螺栓与机座1固定连接;两条固定座14的一端中间设有通孔;所述刀片13的两端设有通孔,刀片一端的通孔与两条固定座一端中间的通孔用第2螺栓16连接,使刀片位于两条固定座的中间,刀片另一端的通孔与连接杆的通孔用第1螺栓10连接;所述刀片与固定座的背面打磨光滑,刀片刀刃经淬火热处理,使刀刃增强硬度。所述刀片与固定座之间的间隙能用垫片调整控制在0.5-1mm,以保证裁断的力度。
本发明的裁断机工作原理:
裁断机的电液推杆以电动机为动力源,通过双向齿轮泵输出压力油,经油路集成块的控制,至油缸,实现活塞杆的往复运动。裁断机的支柱固定电液推杆,工作时用操作用手柄控制电液推杆的上下往复运动,电液推杆推动传动杆,传动杆带动刀片上下运动,从而将支座上的材料进行裁断。在放置需要裁断的材料时,裁断机操作控制手柄使电液推杆收缩,刀片抬高,如图2所示,裁断材料时,操作控制手柄使电液推杆拉伸,刀片下压,材料被裁断。图4为本发明实施例的刀片切入固定座,待裁断材料被裁断的操作阶段。
本发明的裁断机操作步骤如下:
第一步:确定裁断机安置就绪。
第二步:将裁断机电液推杆通电,开、关操作手柄,看裁断机动作是否灵活、协调一致。
第三步:将需裁断的物料放入刀架,如图3所示。
第四步:通过手柄操作,控制电液推杆的拉伸、收缩实现物料的裁断,如图4所示。

1.一种简易裁断机,包括机座,驱动单元和刀架单元,其特征在于:
所述机座(1)为矩形钢板,根据计算钢板一侧设置驱动单元,另一侧布置刀架单元,且在相应位置设置槽孔(2)作为驱动单元和刀架单元的安装固定孔;
所述驱动单元包括驱动装置和支柱,支柱(3)为槽钢,槽钢底端与支柱底板(4)固焊,使槽钢垂直于支柱底板,支柱底板用螺栓与机座(1)连接,槽钢底端设有加强筋板(5);槽钢上端设有连接孔,连接孔与驱动单元底座(12)活动连接,驱动单元设有电机(6),电机与油缸(7)连接,电机与油缸和控制手柄(11)连接;油缸的活塞杆(8)顶端设置连接杆(9),连接杆设有通孔;控制手柄(11)实现电机正转、反转、给电、断电;活塞杆位移行程为600-1000mm,活塞杆推力≥1750n.m;
所述刀架单元包括刀架和刀片(13),刀架设有两条平行排列的固定座(14),固定座(14)焊接固定在刀架支座(15)上,刀架支座通过螺栓与机座(1)固定连接;两条固定座(14)的一端中间设有通孔;所述刀片(13)的两端设有通孔,刀片一端的通孔与两条固定座一端中间的通孔用第1螺栓(16)连接,使刀片位于两条固定座的中间,刀片另一端的通孔与连接杆的通孔用第1螺栓(10)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的简易裁断机,其特征在于,所述刀片与固定座的背面打磨光滑,刀片刀刃经淬火热处理,使刀刃增强硬度。
3.如权利要求1所述的简易裁断机,其特征在于,所述刀片与固定座之间的间隙能用垫片调整控制在0.5-1mm,以保证裁断的力度。
4.如权利要求1所述的简易裁断机,其特征在于,所述活塞杆(8)带有行程限位开关,以调节活塞杆拉伸、收缩的极限长度,起安全保护作用。
