Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于设置打印设备与表面之间的预定距离的器具,所述器具包括:第一部分;用于接触一表面的第二部分;和用于指示在打印设备和表面之间的预定距离已被设置的指示组件;其中,在使用中,所述第二部分被构造成相对所述第一部分运动,以便所述指示组件指示所述预定距离已被设置。本申请还涉及一种具有上述器具的打印系统。本实用新型能够提供良好的打印;减少对专业安装人员的需求,改善打印质量;改善能源消耗;减小热量浪费;减小打印设备和相邻部件之间的影响。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于打印设备的器具,尤其是但不限于热转印套印机(TTO)。
背景技术
热转印套印机通常使用色带(也可被称作色条)来输送为实施打印操作所需的墨。打印头将色带压紧在基片上,之后印刷头内的加热元件被启动而将色带上的墨熔化并使其转移至所述基片上。当所述印刷头和基片相互运动时,选定的印刷头加热元件被启动以在所述基片上形成所需的图画。
热转印套印机的整体构成包括色带,所述色带从供给卷轴被传送至卷收(或废料)卷轴。所述色带被固定的辊子引导在所述卷轴之间并经过所述打印头。目标基片由表面(可是压纸滚筒)支撑。所述打印头可移动,以将所述移动的色带压紧至所述目标基片。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种器具,其用于准确地设置所述打印设备和所述表面之间的预定距离。
根据本实用新型的用于设置打印设备与表面之间的预定距离的器具,其包括:
第一部分;
用于接触一表面的第二部分;和
用于指示在打印设备和表面之间的预定距离已被设置的指示组件;
其中,在使用中,所述第二部分被构造成相对所述第一部分运动,以便所述指示组件指示所述预定距离已被设置。
优选地,所述指示组件包括与所述第一部分关联的第一测量装置和与所述第二部分关联的第二测量装置。
优选地,所述第二部分可弹性偏压,从而所述器具被构造成呈现在所述第一测量装置和第二测量装置之间的距离对应于所述预定距离的第一构型。
优选地,所述第二部分可运动,以克服所述弹性偏压,从而所述器具被构造成呈现在所述第一测量装置和第二测量装置之间的距离指示所述预定距离已被设置的第二构型。
优选地,还包括用于将所述器具附接或可拆卸地附接至打印设备的附接机构。
优选地,所述附接机构包括卡接接头。
优选地,还包括一个或多个突部,在使用中,所述突部朝向所述打印设备。
优选地,所述器具基本呈L形状,从而其能围绕所述打印设备的边缘安装。
此外,本实用新型还提出一种打印系统,所述打印系统包括前述的器具,所述打印系统还包括打印设备和表面,其中,所述打印设备可被定位成邻近所述器具的第一部分,并且所述器具的第二部分可与所述表面接触。
优选地,所述打印设备是热转印套印机。
通过使用本实用新型的技术方案,准确地设置所述打印设备和所述表面之间的预定距离。此外,本实用新型还具有以下优点:
可为大部分使用提供良好的打印;
可简单地将打印设备定位于其需要的位置;
减少对专业安装人员的需求;
改善的打印质量;
改善的能源消耗;
减小热量浪费;和
减小打印设备和相邻部件之间的影响。

优选将打印设备12准确地定位成与支撑待打印基片的表面30具有预定距离。所述表面30可以为例如压纸滚筒、衬垫或任何其他在本领域中已知的支撑装置。将打印设备12设置成与表面30具有预定距离可使打印质量达到最佳。本实用新型的器具10还允许使用者一致地重复设置所述预定距离。所述预定距离可以为2毫米。
在一些实施例中,指示组件28可包括与第一部分14关联的第一测量装置28a和与第二部分16关联的第二测量装置28b。
在一些实施例中,第二部分16可以被弹性偏压,从而器具10可被构造成呈现所述第一测量装置28a和第二测量装置28b之间的距离对应于所述预定距离的第一构型(示出于图5A)。

在一些实施例中,所述附接机构20可包括卡接接头。所述附接机构20可包括盒体容纳部分,该盒体容纳部分被构造成容纳打印设备12的盒体的边缘24。
在一些实施例中,器具10可包括一个或多个突部22,其在使用中朝向打印设备12。优选地,所述或者每个突部22便于在所述器具10和打印设备12之间形成紧配合。

进一步移动打印设备12,直至所述第一测量装置28a和第二测量装置28b对齐(见图5B);
保持整个所述打印设备12和表面30(比如压纸滚筒或衬垫)位于其相对位置,并拧紧支架螺钉(未示出)以相对所述表面30固定所述打印设备12。

其中,在使用中,所述第二部分被构造成相对所述第一部分运动,以便所述指示组件指示所述预定距离已被设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,所述指示组件包括与所述第一部分关联的第一测量装置和与所述第二部分关联的第二测量装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的器具,其特征在于,所述第二部分可弹性偏压,从而所述器具被构造成呈现所述第一测量装置和第二测量装置之间的距离对应于所述预定距离的第一构型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的器具,其特征在于,所述第二部分可运动,以克服所述弹性偏压,从而所述器具被构造成呈现所述第一测量装置和第二测量装置之间的距离指示所述预定距离已被设置的第二构型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,还包括用于将所述器具附接或可拆卸地附接至打印设备的附接机构。

7.根据权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,还包括一个或多个突部,在使用中,所述突部朝向所述打印设备。
8.根据权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,所述器具基本呈L形状,从而其能围绕所述打印设备的边缘安装。
9.一种打印系统,所述打印系统包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的器具,所述打印系统还包括打印设备和表面,其特征在于,所述打印设备可被定位成邻近所述器具的第一部分,并且所述器具的第二部分可与所述表面接触。
10.根据权利要求9所述的打印系统,其特征在于,所述打印设备是热转印套印机。
