技术领域
[0001]本实用新型涉及废旧锂电池回收技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种废旧锂电池回收 撕碎处理设备。
背景技术
[0002]废旧电池回收利用是指把使用过的电池通过回收再次利用,国内使用最多的工业 电池为铅蓄电池,铅占蓄电池总成本50 %以上,主要采取火法、湿法冶金工艺以及固相电解 还原技术。外壳为塑料,可以再生,基本实现无二次污染。小型二次电池使用较多的有镍镉、 镍氢和锂离子电池,镍镉电池中的镉是环保严格控制的重金属元素之一,锂离子电池中的 有机电解质,镍镉、镍氢电池中的碱和制造电池的辅助材料铜等重金属,都构成对环境的污 染。小型二次电池目前国内的使用总量只有几亿只,且大多数体积较小,废电池利用价值较 低,加上使用分散,绝大部分作生活垃圾处理,其回收存在着成本和管理方面的问题,再生 利用也存在一定的技术问题。
[0003] 通常采用的废旧电池处理方式大致有三种:固化深埋、存放于废矿井、回收利用, 目前市场上做锂电池回收大部分采用化学分离法,其处理工艺如下:将其内含金属成分分 离,以到达到回收再利用,但是化学分离法对环境和水的污染存在很大的弊端,不能够达到 相应的环保要求,也不适合大批量的生产。
[0004] 还有一部分做的是物理破碎分离法,但是目前破碎分离法在生产过程中由于将废 旧的锂电池直接放入至破碎室的内部,在破碎刀的挤压、破碎过程中极易产生火花从而发 生爆炸现象,对于废旧处理的工作人员极其危险,粉尘废气污染也相当严重,缺乏相应的粉 尘处理系统,粉尘大量排放至空气中导致在回收过程中极为不环保。 实用新型内容
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理设备以达 到安全对锂电池进行破碎分解、可大批量投产处理废旧锂电池以及处理回收过程中极为环 保的目的,解决了现有的回收处理过程中达不到环保要求、不能够进行大批量的生产以及 回收处理过程易发生安全事故的问题。
[0006] 为了实现上述技术效果,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种废旧锂电池回收 撕碎处理设备,包括物理分解设备、第二双轴撕碎机、隧道式热风循环烘箱、粉碎机、振动筛 选机、旋风分离器、封闭式输送机,所述物理分解设备包括水箱、第一双轴撕碎机和螺杆输 送机,所述第一双轴撕碎机包括撕碎室和驱动电机,所述撕碎室和驱动电机分别置于水箱 的水中和水面上方,且撕碎室与驱动电机相传动连接;所述撕碎室的出料口与第二双轴撕 碎机的进料口之间通过所述螺杆输送机相传输连通,第二双轴撕碎机的出料口与隧道式热 风循环烘箱的进料口传输连通,隧道式热风循环烘箱的出料口与粉碎机的进料口传输连 通,粉碎机的出料口与振动筛选机的进料口传输连通,振动筛选机的出料口与封闭式输送 机的进料口连通;所述封闭式输送机的内部输送通道上方设有与其相对应的强力磁铁;所 述旋风分离器的吸料口位于所述振动筛选机的筛网上方。
[0007] 进一步地,还包括第一自动输送机、第二自动输送机、第三自动输送机、第四自动 输送机、第五自动输送机,所述第一自动输送机的进料端上方设有进料斗,其出料端位于所 述第一双轴撕碎机的进料口上方;所述第二自动输送机的进料端和出料端分别与所述螺杆 输送机的出料口和第二双轴撕碎机的进料口连通;所述第三自动输送机的进料端和出料端 分别与第二双轴撕碎机的出料口和隧道式热风循环烘箱的进料口连通;所述第四自动输送 机的进料端和出料端分别与隧道式热风循环烘箱的出料口与粉碎机的进料口传输连通;所 述第五自动输送机的进料端和出料端分别与粉碎机的出料口与振动筛选机的进料口连通。
[0008] 进一步地,所述隧道式热风循环烘箱包括第一隧道式热风循环烘箱和第二隧道式 热风循环烘箱,所述第一隧道式热风循环烘箱的出料口和第二隧道式热风循环烘箱进料口 之间通过第六自动输送机传输连通。
[0009] 进一步地,还包括滤筒除尘器,所述粉碎机的排尘口与所述滤筒除尘器的进料口 相连。

[0013] 1 •本实用新型的新型物理分离方法用于锂电池回收行业,通过分解优化系统将锂 电池置于水中进行破碎工序,既能够防止污染,又避免了在物理破碎的过程中,因高温或者 产生火花而发生爆炸,而目前市场中现有的物理撕碎破碎锂电池时都存在爆炸的危险性, 对于工作人员存在安全性的威胁;
[00M] 2•本公司生产的产品可以大批量投产(每小时可处理废旧锂电池约4〇〇kg),相对 于现有的化学分离法和其他物理分离法都可大批量投产于电池回收行业;
[0015] 3 •本申请在镍鈷锂物料优化形成系统中通过第一隧道式热风循环烘箱、第二隧道 式热风循环烘箱分别对物料进行高温烘干工序,把含有水分的锂电池碎片进行彻底的高温 烘干,为后续的提炼物料中的贵金属元素提供良好的加工保障;
[0016] 4.本实用新型在通过分解优化系统和中碎分化系统进行处理原料时,需严格控制 撕碎物料和输出物料的时间设置,保证生产中不会产生过多的废气以导致空气环境污染, 而且整机采用不锈钢制作,对于废旧锂电池的回收加工具有防腐蚀的作用;
[0017] 5 •本申请在粉碎的加工过程中,采用粉尘处理系统对粉碎机加工产生的粉尘进一 步对回收处理过程中的粉尘进行过滤排放,以实现对废旧电池的回收处理过程中的粉尘排 放进行有效管控,以符合国家规定的排放标准。

具体实施方式
[0022]下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细介绍,以下文字的目的在于说明 本实用新型,而非限制本实用新型的保护范围。
[0023]如图1-图4所示,本实用新型可按照如下方式实施,一种废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理 设备,包括物理分解设备2、第二双轴撕碎机4、隧道式热风循环烘箱、粉碎机11、振动筛选机 13、与振动筛选机13相对应的旋风分离器14、封闭式输送机15,所述物理分解设备2包括水 箱、第一双轴撕碎机和螺杆输送机,所述第一双轴撕碎机包括撕碎室和驱动电机18,所述撕 碎室和驱动电机18分别置于水箱的水中和水面上方,且撕碎室与驱动电机18相传动连接; 所述撕碎室的出料口与第二双轴撕碎机4的进料口之间通过所述螺杆输送机相传输连通, 所述螺杆输送机的进料口位于所述撕碎室的出料口下方,由于在水中进行撕碎加工的废旧 电池的贵金属碎片会直接沉入至底部并通过下方的所述螺杆输送机进行传输输送至下一 加工工序中,第二双轴撕碎机4的出料口与隧道式热风循环烘箱的进料口传输连通,隧道式 热风循环烘箱对含有水分的锂电池碎片进行高温烘干,隧道式热风循环烘箱的出料口与粉 碎机11的进料口传输连通,粉碎机11的出料口与振动筛选机13的进料口传输连通,粉碎机 11对上一工序的锂电池碎片进行超细粉碎加工,即粉碎机11是通过活动刀盘和固定刀盘间 的高速相对运动,使被粉碎的物料经活动刀盘和固刀盘间的冲击、剪切、摩擦及物料彼此间 的撞击等综合作用获得物料的粉碎;所述振动筛选机13包括筛选机架、位于筛选机架上的 筛网,所述振动筛选机13的筛网上方设有所述旋风分离器14的吸料口 17,旋风分离器14对 混杂于物料中的较轻纸屑或者薄膜进行分离排出,混杂于物料中的轻料在振动筛选机13的 强力振动作用下浮出表面,会被吸入至所述旋风分离器14的吸料口 17内,振动筛选机13的 出料口与封闭式输送机15的进料口连通;所述封闭式输送机15的内部输送通道上方设有与 其相对应的强力磁铁,所述强力磁铁采用10000高斯的强力磁铁,可将物料中的铁分离出 来。其中,在实际生产过程中,封闭式输送机15的出料口物料可进入至涡电流分选机i6,所 述涡电流分选机16的工作原理如下:利用导体在高频交变磁场中产生感应电流的原理进行 设计的,工作时,在分选磁辊表面产生高频交变的磁场,当有导电性的有色金属经过磁场 时,会在有色金属内感应出涡电流,此涡电流本身会产生与原磁场方向相反的磁场,有色金 属(如铜、铝等)则会因为磁场的排斥力作用而沿其运输方向向前飞跃,实现与其他非导体 物或非金属类物质的分离,达到分选的目的。
[0024]所述封闭式输送机15包括自动输送机构和包覆于自动输送机构外部的滚筒,所述 自动输送机构包括传送带和驱动传送带运动的托辊,所述滚筒的内部设有与传送带相对应 的所述强力磁铁,强力磁铁可对传送于传送带上的铁粉进行吸附分离,分离出来的铁粉通 过太空包19对其进行封装。
[0025]所述旋风分离器14的工作原理如下:物料通过所述振动筛选机13的出料口排出 时^风分离器14将轻料(薄膜/纸碎等)进入旋风分离区,当轻料(薄膜/纸碎等)进入旋风 分离管后,气流受导向叶片的导流作用而产生强烈旋转,气流沿筒体呈螺旋形向下进入旋 风筒体,轻料(薄膜/纸碎等)在离心力作用下被甩向器壁,并在重力作用下,沿筒壁下落输 出,旋转的气流在筒体内收缩向中心流动,向上形成二次涡流经设备顶部出口输出。
[0026]所述振动筛选机13的工作原理如下:直线振动筛利用振动电机激振作为振动源, 使物料在筛网上被抛起,同时向前作直线运动,物料从给料机均匀地进入筛分机的进料口, 通过多层筛网产生数种规格的筛上物、筛下物、分别从各自的出口排出。具有耗能低、产量 高、结构简单、易维修、全封闭结构,无粉尘溢散,并进行自动排料。
[0027]还包括第一自动输送机1、第二自动输送机3、第三自动输送机5、第四自动输送机 9、第五自动输送机12,所述第一自动输送机1的进料端上方设有进料斗,其出料端位于所述 第一双轴撕碎机的进料口上方;所述第二自动输送机3的进料端和出料端分别与所述螺杆 输送机的出料口和第二双轴撕碎机4的进料口连通;所述第三自动输送机5的进料端和出料 端分别与第二双轴撕碎机4的出料口和隧道式热风循环烘箱的进料口连通;所述第四自动 输送机9的进料端和出料端分别与隧道式热风循环烘箱的出料口与粉碎机11的进料口传输 连通;所述第五自动输送机12的进料端和出料端分别与粉碎机11的出料口与振动筛选机13 的进料口连通。
[G028]所述隧道式热风循环烘箱包括第一隧道式热风循环烘箱6和第二隧道式热风循环 烘箱8,所述第一隧道式热风循环烘箱6的出料口和第二隧道式热风循环烘箱8进料口之间 通过第六自动输送机7传输连通,第一隧道式热风循环烘箱6和第二隧道式热风循环烘箱8 对物料分别进行初步烘千处理和二次烘干优化。第一隧道式热风循环烘箱6和第二隧道式 热风循环烘箱8的工作原理如下:当物料在设备内部进行输送的过程中,同时机械内部安装 有电热管和风机;电热管产生热风作用到原料上,所产生的热湿气被吹入回收器内,回收器 内设有滤清器,将热风中含带的粉尘过滤,湿气自然蒸发排出机外,干净的热风再次被风机 吹回机内循环工作,到达对物料进行循环加热烘干的效果。
[0029]还包括滤筒除尘器10,所述粉碎机11的排尘口与所述滤筒除尘器1〇的进料口相 连。所述粉碎机11的排尘口排出的粉尘由滤筒除尘器10中筒体的侧面进入,粉尘被所述滤 筒除尘器10内部的滤筒截留后,洁净气体穿过滤筒由排风管排出到空气中。随着过滤工况 的进行,当滤筒除尘器10运行达到一定时间时,开启滤筒除尘器10内部的电磁脉冲阀进行 喷吹,抖落滤筒上的粉尘和纤维并进入到积灰桶中;当积灰桶内积尘达到一定量时,停机以 拆清积灰桶。
[0030]所述撕碎室内部转动设置有第一切碎刀辊和与第一切碎刀辊传动连接的第二切 碎刀辊,所述驱动电机18通过链条与所述第一切碎刀辊传动连接,所述第一切碎刀辊和第 二切碎刀辊均通过不锈钢轴承转动设置于撕碎室上,第一切碎刀辊和第二切碎刀辊的相对 转动以达到对废旧电池进行撕碎处理工序。作为优选的,可在所述不锈钢轴承上加装与其 相适配的轴承密封圈,轴承密封圈防止撕碎污染的水进入到不锈钢轴承,对不锈钢轴承产 生损坏。
[0031] 所述第一双轴撕碎机和第二双轴撕碎机4均采用不锈钢材料制成,可防止在对废 旧电池进行回收处理的过程中起到防腐蚀的作用;所述第一双轴撕碎机和第二双轴撕碎机 4的撕碎室内部均采用双刀剪切式的第一切碎刀辊和第二切碎刀辊配合设计,第一切碎刀 辊和第二切碎刀辊在驱动电机1S的传动带动下对废旧的锂电池进行撕碎。
[0032]作为优选的,以上所述的第一自动输送机1、第二自动输送机3、第三自动输送机5、 第四自动输送机9、第五自动输送机12以及第六自动输送机7均采用皮带传送的方式,其工 作原理如下:由驱动装置拉紧输送带,中部构架和托辊组成输送带作为牵引和承载构件,用 以连续输送物料。
[0033]作为优选的,所述振动筛选机13包括第一振动筛选机和第二振动筛选机,所述第 一振动筛选机的出料口与第二振动筛选机的进料口连通,且第二振动筛选机的出料口与所 述旋风分离器I4的进料口连通,通过第一振动筛选机和第二振动筛选机分别对物料中的 镍、钴、锂粉进行初步筛选和二次优化筛选的工序,两次筛选过程中均及时对筛选出来的 镍、姑、锂粉通过太空包19进行封装。

1. 一种废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理设备,其特征在于,包括物理分解设备、第二双轴撕碎 机、隧道式热风循环烘箱、粉碎机、振动筛选机、旋风分离器、封闭式输送机,所述物理分解 设备包括水箱、第一双轴撕碎机和螺杆输送机,所述第一双轴撕碎机包括撕碎室和驱动电 机,所述撕碎室和驱动电机分别置于水箱的水中和水面上方,且撕碎室与驱动电机相传动 连接;所述撕碎室的出料口与第二双轴撕碎机的进料口之间通过所述螺杆输送机相传输连 通,第二双轴撕碎机的出料口与隧道式热风循环烘箱的进料口传输连通,隧道式热风循环 烘箱的出料口与粉碎机的进料口传输连通,粉碎机的出料口与振动筛选机的进料口传输连 通,振动筛选机的出料口与封闭式输送机的进料口连通;所述封闭式输送机的内部输送通 道上方设有与其相对应的强力磁铁;所述旋风分离器的吸料口位于所述振动筛选机的筛网 上方。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理设备,其特征在于,还包括第一自动 输送机、第二自动输送机、第三自动输送机、第四自动输送机、第五自动输送机,所述第一自 动输送机的进料端上方设有进料斗,其出料端位于所述第一双轴撕碎机的进料口上方;所 述第二自动输送机的进料端和出料端分别与所述螺杆输送机的出料口和第二双轴撕碎机 的进料口连通;所述第三自动输送机的进料端和出料端分别与第二双轴撕碎机的出料口和 隧道式热风循环烘箱的进料口连通;所述第四自动输送机的进料端和出料端分别与隧道式 热风循环烘箱的出料口与粉碎机的进料口传输连通;所述第五自动输送机的进料端和出料 端分别与粉碎机的出料口与振动筛选机的进料口连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理设备,其特征在于,所述隧道式热风 循环烘箱包括第一隧道式热风循环烘箱和第二隧道式热风循环烘箱,所述第一隧道式热风 循环烘箱的出料口和第二隧道式热风循环烘箱进料口之间通过第六自动输送机传输连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理设备,其特征在于,还包括滤筒除尘 器,所述粉碎机的排尘口与所述滤筒除尘器的进料口相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理设备,其特征在于,所述撕碎室内部 转动设置有第一切碎刀辊和与第一切碎刀辊传动连接的第二切碎刀辊,所述驱动电机通过 链条与所述第一切碎刀辊传动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的废旧锂电池回收撕碎处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一双轴撕 碎机和第二双轴撕碎机均采用不锈钢材料制成。
