参考图6,示出了指示器34的另一个实施例,并且其结构与图5所示的类似。在所示的实施例中,图标38通过移印工艺来限定,并且限定图标38的盖66的部分包括嵌入其中或以其它方式连接到其上的一种或多种光致发光材料。例如,可以提供第一光致发光材料88并且第一光致发光材料88配置为响应于来自第一和第二LED 82、84中之一的激发光以第一可见颜色发光。另外,提供第二光致发光材料90并且第二光致发光材料90配置为响应于来自第一和第二LED 82、84中另一者的激发光以视觉上与第一可见颜色可区分的第二可见颜色发光。在一个实施例中,第一光致发光材料88是发红光的并且第二光致发光材料90是发绿光的,而第一LED 82发射UV光并且第二LED 84发射蓝光。在这样的配置中,处理器52可以用与上面参考图5描述的相同的方式操作第一和第二LED 82、84,以实现红色、绿色或它们混合的图标38的发光。关于参考图5和图6描述的实施例,在替代实施例中,光源64可以包括单个LED,其中,挡风玻璃12的相对温度替代地由图标38被照亮的强度水平来指示。
应该理解,在不背离本实用新型内容的情况下,可以对上述结构进行变化和修改,并且可以进一步理解,除非另外指定,否则这些内容被权利要求所覆盖。
Claims (10)
1.一种挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,包括:
挡风玻璃;
加热元件,所述加热元件热连接到所述挡风玻璃;以及
指示器,所述指示器热连接到所述挡风玻璃并且具有用于照亮图标的光源,所述图标指示所述加热元件的激活状态和所述挡风玻璃的相对温度中的至少一个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述指示器包括具有处理器的印刷电路板,所述处理器与连接到所述印刷电路板的热通孔结构热通信。
3.根据权利要求2所述的挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述印刷电路板通过与所述热通孔结构热通信的导热粘合剂连接到所述挡风玻璃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述图标是透光的并且被限定在设置于所述印刷电路板的顶上的盖中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述光源设置在所述印刷电路板上并且构造成侧面发射器,并且其中,所述盖包括光学构件,所述光学构件构造成将从所述光源发射的光朝向所述图标引导。
6.根据权利要求1所述的挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述光源包括:配置为发射第一可见颜色的光的第一发光二极管、以及配置为发射第二可见颜色的光的第二发光二极管,所述第二可见颜色与所述第一可见颜色视觉可区分,并且其中,所述挡风玻璃的相对温度基于以所述第一可见颜色、所述第二可见颜色或它们的组合照明的所述图标。
7.根据权利要求1所述的挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,进一步包括:连接到所述图标并且配置为响应于由所述光源提供的光激发而发光的光致发光结构。
8.一种挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,包括:
挡风玻璃,所述挡风玻璃具有玻璃料;以及
指示器,所述指示器热连接到所述挡风玻璃以在视觉上与所述玻璃料一致并且可操作地照亮以指示所述挡风玻璃的相对温度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的挡风玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述指示器与配置为对所述挡风玻璃进行除霜的加热元件结合操作。
10.一种挡风玻璃的指示器,其特征在于,包括:
印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板具有热连接到所述挡风玻璃的处理器;
光源,所述光源设置在所述印刷电路板上用于发射光;以及
图标,所述图标由所述光源照亮以指示所述挡风玻璃的相对温度。
