汽车防撞梁一般安装在保险杠的内侧,由于现有的防撞梁多配合大量的钢管来实现安装,现有的钢管整体在实际使用时边角位置易受到磨损,从而使得整体的安装强度达不到要求。

一种汽车防撞梁用的管材,包括管材本体,其中管材本体采用热轧无缝钢管,管材本体的右上边采用弧形结构,且管材本体的右上边采用加厚弧边,其中加厚弧边的厚度大于管材本体的壁厚,因此利用加厚弧边可以降低管材本体所受到的顶角磨损,这样管材本体所使用的寿命更长;所述管材本体的底面上设有前后走向的卡槽,利用卡槽卡在特定的凸起位置使得整体更加稳定,且不易出现翻倒的情况;管材本体的内侧还填充有发泡缓冲装置,其中发泡缓冲装置采用聚氨酯硬质发泡材料一次发泡而成,利用发泡缓冲装置产生的溃缩吸能使得整个管材本体还可以起到有效的吸能作用。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述卡槽的宽度为1.5cm-2.2cm。
