本实用新型是涉及一种热处理加热炉的改进。
背景技术
现有的热处理加热炉一般都是一个炉门，进行热处理时在台车上放好物料，将台车推入炉膛进行处理，处理完毕后，再退台车，重新装车进行下一批物料的热处理。然而这种方式，台车卸料、装料的时间相对较长，且热处理加热炉在此过程中收到环境影响出现降温现象，因此效率比较低，且浪费热量。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可提高作业效率的一种热处理加热炉。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：一种热处理加热炉，包括炉体，其特征在于：炉体前后两侧均设有炉门，在炉体中部设有可移动的板状分隔层，与板状分隔层相对应的在炉体上端中部设有出口，板状分隔层上端穿过所述出口，在板状分隔层上端设有用于盖住出口的密封盖板，在炉体上端设有与板状分隔层相连的提升结构；炉体底部设有轨道，板状分隔层两侧的炉体内分别设有台车，台车的滚轮置于轨道内，台车上端设有垫铁；所述的炉体自内向外依次为耐火砖层、耐火纤维层和外部钢板；在炉体上端设有喷嘴，喷嘴朝向台车停放方向；所述喷嘴与燃气进管和助燃管相连，与助燃管相对应的设有加热结构。
作为一种优选方案，炉体底部设有与板状分隔层相对应的凹槽；板状分隔层下落时置于凹槽内；便于密封。
作为另一种优选方案，所述的加热结构为缠绕在助燃管外部的电热丝；通过电热丝加热助燃管内的空气，使得进入炉体内的空气温度升高，避免出现炉体内温度下降，生产效率下降的问题。
作为又一种优选方案，所述的提升结构为提升机或卷扬机。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型通过板状分隔层将炉体分隔为两个炉腔，两边可同时进行作业，大大提升效率；减少了开炉次数，减少热量的浪费。

根据附图1所示，一种热处理加热炉，包括炉体3，其特征在于：炉体3前后两侧均设有炉门，在炉体3中部设有可移动的板状分隔层9，与板状分隔层9相对应的在炉体3上端中部设有出口，板状分隔层9上端穿过所述出口，在板状分隔层9上端设有用于盖住出口的密封盖板，在炉体3上端设有与板状分隔层9相连的提升结构8；炉体3底部设有轨道，板状分隔层9两侧的炉体3内分别设有台车1，台车1的滚轮置于轨道内，台车1上端设有垫铁2；所述的炉体3自内向外依次为耐火砖层、耐火纤维层和外部钢板；在炉体3上端设有喷嘴4，喷嘴4朝向台车1停放方向；所述喷嘴4与燃气进管7和助燃管5相连，与助燃管5相对应的设有加热结构6。
炉体3底部设有与板状分隔层9相对应的凹槽；板状分隔层下落时置于凹槽内；便于密封。
所述的加热结构6为缠绕在助燃管外部的电热丝；通过电热丝加热助燃管内的空气，使得进入炉体内的空气温度升高，避免出现炉体内温度下降，生产效率下降的问题。
所述的提升结构8为提升机或卷扬机。

1.一种热处理加热炉，包括炉体（3），其特征在于：炉体（3）前后两侧均设有炉门，在炉体（3）中部设有可移动的板状分隔层（9），与板状分隔层（9）相对应的在炉体（3）上端中部设有出口，板状分隔层（9）上端穿过所述出口，在板状分隔层（9）上端设有用于盖住出口的密封盖板，在炉体（3）上端设有与板状分隔层（9）相连的提升结构（8）；炉体（3）底部设有轨道，板状分隔层（9）两侧的炉体（3）内分别设有台车（1），台车（1）的滚轮置于轨道内，台车（1）上端设有垫铁（2）；所述的炉体（3）自内向外依次为耐火砖层、耐火纤维层和外部钢板；在炉体（3）上端设有喷嘴（4），喷嘴（4）朝向台车（1）停放方向；所述喷嘴（4）与燃气进管（7）和助燃管（5）相连，与助燃管（5）相对应的设有加热结构（6）。
