本发明公开了一种环保型隧道窑,包括窑体、运料车、加热装置、脱硝装置、换热器、脱硫除尘装置,窑体的一端设置有进料口,窑体的另一端设置有出料口,窑体由进料口到出料口依次设置有毛坯区、预热区、燃烧区、烟气预热模块区,进料口处设置有封闭门,毛坯区、预热区、燃烧区、烟气预热模块区之间通过隔热门隔开,窑体的底侧铺设有轨道,运料车可沿轨道由进料口穿过窑体到出料口;本发明结构简单,充分利用隧道窑对毛坯砖料烧制过程中产生的废气对毛坯砖料进行预热,充分利用了能源,降低了毛坯砖料加热梯度,节能环保,且根据烟气的温度梯度在毛坯区对毛坯砖料缓慢加热,其内部结构强度缓慢增强,降低了毛坯砖料的开裂度及气孔率。

Description

一种环保型隧道窑
技术领域
本发明涉及隧道窑环保领域,尤其涉及一种环保型隧道窑。
背景技术
隧道窑始于1765年,当时只能烧陶瓷的釉上彩,到了1810年,有可以用来烧砖或陶器的,从1906年起,才用来烧瓷胎。最初著名的隧道窑,是福基伦式,到了1910年以后,就渐渐有了许多改进的方式。隧道窑一般是一条长的直线形隧道,其两侧及顶部有固定的墙壁及拱顶,底部铺设的轨道上运行着窑车。燃烧设备设在隧道窑的中部两侧,构成了固定的高温带--烧成带,燃烧产生的高温烟气在隧道窑前端烟囱或引风机的作用下,沿着隧道向窑头方向流动,同时逐步地预热进入窑内的制品,这一段构成了隧道窑的预热带。在隧道窑的窑尾鼓入冷风,冷却隧道窑内后一段的制品,鼓入的冷风流经制品而被加热后,再抽出送入干燥器作为干燥生坯的热源,这一段便构成了隧道窑的冷却带。在台车上放置装入陶瓷制品的匣钵,连续地由预热带的入口慢慢地推入(常用机械推入),而载有烧成品的台车,就由冷却带的出口渐次被推出来(约1小时左右,推出一车)。由于隧道窑是连续性窑炉,热利用较好,且多数隧道窑使用的助燃空气采取的是自然风或在冷却带吹入冷风,从而使空气变热。虽然余热利用,但因为抽出的热空气中,混入有非常多高温带燃烧过的废气,所以导致助燃空气中氧气不足,燃烧效果不佳。
现在市场上隧道窑应用较多,但由于隧道窑在烧制中产品大量废气需要处理,对环境污染严重,通知废气中蕴含大量热能,造成能量浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,公开了一种环保型隧道窑,其充分利用废气中的预热对毛坯进行预热,节能环保。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种环保型隧道窑,包括窑体、运料车、加热装置、脱硝装置、换热器、脱硫除尘装置,所述窑体的一端设置有进料口,所述窑体的另一端设置有出料口,所述窑体由进料口到出料口依次设置有毛坯区、预热区、燃烧区、烟气预热模块区,所述进料口处设置有封闭门,所述毛坯区、预热区、燃烧区、烟气预热模块区之间通过隔热门隔开,所述窑体的底侧铺设有轨道,所述运料车可沿轨道由进料口穿过窑体到出料口,所述窑体的内侧顶部由毛坯区至燃烧区向下倾斜10度,所述毛坯区、预热区、燃烧区的上侧设置有通风道,所述毛坯区的上侧设置有毛坯出气口,所述烟气预热模块区的下侧设置有A进气口,所述毛坯出气口通过管道与A进气口连接且管道上设置有气泵,所述烟气预热模块区的上侧设置有A出气口,所述A出气口通过管道与脱硝装置连接,所述脱硝装置的下侧设置有换热器,所述换热器的一端设置有净气进口,所述换热器的另一端通过管道与预热区连接,所述脱硝装置的下端通过管道与脱硫除尘装置连接,所述燃烧区的内侧设置有加热器,所述窑体的外侧设置有中央控制箱、警报器,所述毛坯区、预热区、燃烧区、烟气预热模块区的内侧均设置有温度传感器,所述警报器、温度传感器、气泵分别与中央控制箱电连接。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述毛坯区长度为七米。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述预热区长度为七米且预热区由毛坯区至燃烧区温度逐步升高。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述烟气预热模块区长度为七米。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述窑体的外侧设置有方钢管支架,所述窑体的外壁镶烤瓷板,所述窑体的内侧设置有保温内衬,所述保温内衬采用气硬性胶泥砌筑而成。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述预热区的内侧设置有温度补偿器,所述温度补偿器与中央控制箱电连接。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式:所述脱硫除尘装置为玻璃钢旋流脱硫塔。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明能够充分利用废气中的预热对毛坯进行预热,节能环保;
2、通过脱硝装置和脱硫除尘装置能够将烟气净化,防止污染空气;
3、通过换热器能够使清洁空气吸收废气中的热量,方便对预热区进行预热,根据烟气的温度梯度及毛坯砖料烧制过程中所需温度梯度,在毛坯区和预热区对毛坯砖料缓慢加热,使其内部结构强度缓慢增强,降低了瞬间高温下毛坯砖料的开裂度及气孔率,保证了其质量。

如图1所示,其示出了本发明的具体实施例,包括窑体1、运料车2、加热装置3、脱硝装置4、换热器5、脱硫除尘装置6,所述窑体1的一端设置有进料口7,所述窑体1的另一端设置有出料口8,所述窑体1由进料口7到出料口8依次设置有毛坯区9、预热区10、燃烧区11、烟气预热模块区12,所述进料口7处设置有封闭门,所述毛坯区9、预热区10、燃烧区11、烟气预热模块区12之间通过隔热门隔开(可允许气流通过),所述窑体1的底侧铺设有轨道13,所述运料车2可沿轨道13由进料口7穿过窑体1到出料口8,所述窑体1的内侧顶部由毛坯区9至燃烧区11向下倾斜10℃,所述毛坯区9、预热区10、燃烧区11的上侧设置有通风道,所述毛坯区9的上侧设置有毛坯出气口14,所述烟气预热模块区12的下侧设置有A进气口15,所述毛坯出气口14通过管道与A进气口15连接且管道上设置有气泵16,所述烟气预热模块区12的上侧设置有A出气口17,所述A出气口17通过管道与脱硝装置4连接,所述脱硝装置4的下侧设置有换热器5,所述换热器5的一端设置有净气进口18,净气进口18可向其鼓入新鲜空气,所述换热器5的另一端通过管道与预热区10连接,所述脱硝装置4的下端通过管道与脱硫除尘装置6连接,即:从净气进口18鼓入的新鲜空气与经由A进气口15进入脱硝装置4内经脱硝后的烟气(温度可达280℃左右)进行换热,换热后新鲜空气温度可加热至150℃左右,经脱硝后的热烟气经换热后降温至120℃左右进入脱硫除尘装置6内,保证了热烟气脱硫除尘顺利进行,热烟气经脱硫除尘排空。经换热后的新鲜空气通过管道进入预热区10内,在预热区10引风机和毛坯区9引风机的作用下,热烟气由预热区10运动至毛坯区9,在运动的过程中热烟气的温度也随之下降,热烟气与毛坯砖料的运动方向相反,即:毛坯砖料由毛坯区9运动至预热区10,热烟气由预热区10运移至毛坯区9(温度随着运移呈下降的趋势),毛坯砖料预热为缓慢预热,避免了其内部结构由于突然高温加热而导致的结构强度降低,开裂及砂眼等缺陷。运动至毛坯区9的热烟气在气泵16的作用下从毛坯区9抽至烟气预热模块区12内,经预热后达到脱硝温度,从管道进入脱硝装置4内进行脱硝。
燃烧区11的内侧设置有加热器,所述窑体的外侧设置有中央控制箱、警报器,所述毛坯区9、预热区10、燃烧区11、烟气预热模块区12的内侧均设置有温度传感器,所述警报器、温度传感器、气泵15分别与中央控制箱电连接,所述毛坯区9长度为七米,所述预热区10长度为七米且预热区10由毛坯区9至燃烧区11温度逐步升高,所述烟气预热模块区12长度为七米,在砖块毛坯烧制过程中产生的烟气进入烟气预热模块区12后可将烟气预热至350℃左右,保证烟气在该温度下进入脱硝装置4中(烟气在该温度下脱销效果好),所述窑体1的外侧设置有方钢管支架,所述窑体1的外壁镶烤瓷板,所述窑体1的内侧设置有保温内衬,所述保温内衬采用气硬性胶泥砌筑而成,所述预热区10的内侧设置有温度补偿器,所述温度补偿器与中央控制箱电连接,所述脱硫除尘装置6为玻璃钢旋流脱硫。
本发明在具体实施时,燃烧区10内平均温度900℃,窑体1的内部上侧由毛坯区9到燃烧区11倾斜向下10℃,高温烟气由预热区10流到毛坯区9,在气泵16的作用下通过毛坯出气口14流到A进气口15,经过烟气预热模块区12预热后,再通过A出气口17进入脱硝装置4,脱硝后的烟气在换热器5作用下降温,进入脱硫除尘装置6,换热器5对净气进口18进入的空气进行加热,加热后的气体进入预热区10,从而对预热区10和毛坯区9内的毛坯进行预热,节能环保,工艺可控,操作简单,设备已于维修控制,利用烟气的温度梯度对各个烧制区间的毛坯砖块进行预热,保证了砖块的质量和强度,降低了其开裂度及砂岩率。
