Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种后摇臂轴承安装装置,采用的是自润滑的向心关节轴承。将轴承压入摇臂前部安装管,即摇臂轴套,中间采用隔套顶住左轴承和右轴承的内圈进行限位,两端采用油封同时可以加上防尘罩的方式密封,外缘用左衬套和右衬套分别将左轴承与右轴承的内圈顶死从而与车架安装钣金刚性连接。此安装结构能承受较大的径向与轴向载荷,安装精度良好。轴承为带自润滑的向心关节轴承,无需添加黄油。

目前沙滩车双横臂式摇臂使用的橡胶或尼龙套加衬套的安装方式不能承受较大的载荷,装配精度不够,不适用于单纵臂式后摇臂的安装。
因此,如何提供一种后摇臂轴承安装装置,以提高承载能力和装配精度,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。

一种后摇臂轴承安装装置,包括摇臂轴套、后摇臂轴、左轴承、左衬套、左油封、右轴承、右衬套、右油封和隔套,其中,所述摇臂轴套中具有供所述后摇臂轴穿过的腔体,所述腔体的左端内部自内向外依次安装有所述左轴承和所述左衬套,所述左衬套为L型且自身第一凹槽朝向所述左轴承设置,所述左油封设置在所述第一凹槽中,所述腔体的右端内部自内向外依次安装有所述右轴承和所述右衬套,所述右衬套为L型且自身第二凹槽朝向所述右轴承设置,所述右油封设置在所述第二凹槽中,所述腔体中设置有隔套且位于所述左轴承的内圈和所述右轴承的内圈之间,所述左衬套、所述右衬套、所述隔套、所述左轴承和所述右轴承的内孔均同轴且同内径设置,所述后摇臂轴穿过所述左衬套、所述右衬套、所述隔套、所述左轴承和所述右轴承的内孔。
优选的,上述左衬套的外缘以及所述右衬套的外缘均套设有防尘罩。
