本实用新型涉及一种印刷机，尤其是一种用于瓦楞纸板的印刷机。
背景技术
印刷机是将文字和图案通过印版将印刷浆料涂覆在瓦楞纸板上的一种工具。在现有的工业生产中，瓦楞纸板在印刷完成后，还存在人工搬运的情况，这就增加了工人的工作量，同时也降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中存在的问题，提供一种效率高、自动化的用于瓦楞纸板的印刷机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种用于瓦楞纸板的印刷机，包括印刷头、位于印刷头前端用于对瓦楞纸板进行除尘的除尘装置、用于输送瓦楞纸板的输送装置，还包括收纸装置，所述收纸装置包括设置于输送装置端部的挡板、输送带；所述挡板形成收纳瓦楞纸板的中空空间，输送带设置于中空空间的下方。
优选的，所述挡板的底部与输送带之间留有容纳瓦楞纸板的通道。
优选的，与输送装置相对的挡板高于输送装置的水平面。
印刷后的瓦楞纸板随着输送装置前行，受到挡板的阻挡，落入挡板形成的中空空间，被挡板下方的输送带输送至其他工作区域。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：降低了工人的劳动强度，同时提高了工作效率。

下面结合附图1对本实用新型做进一步详述：
一种用于瓦楞纸板的印刷机，包括印刷头1、置于引导台4上用于输送瓦楞纸板7的输送装置2，输送装置上用于吸住瓦楞纸板的抽吸槽3，所述抽吸槽沿着输送装置的行进方向纵向延伸，设置于引导台上与抽吸槽相对应的抽吸口5；在所述引导台上位于印刷头的前端部的除尘装置，所述除尘装置包括吸风机6，所述吸风机的吸风口60置于输送装置上端且与输送装置的行进方向形成45°角，所述吸风机吸风口的截面形状为与瓦楞纸板行进方向垂直的长方形，为了吸附效果更好，吸风口的截面长度最好与输送装置的纵向长度接近；所述收纸装置8包括设置于输送装置端部的挡板80、输送带81，靠近输送装置的挡板与输送装置齐平，其余三面略高，挡板形成收纳打印后瓦楞纸板的中空空间，输送带设置于中空空间的下方，挡板的底部略高于输送带的顶部，为了减少瓦楞纸板落入输送带后的任意移动，最好挡板与输送带之间形成的通道高度略高于瓦楞纸板的厚度；输送带是独立个体，可以根据生产需要调整输送带的方向。
当瓦楞纸板7放入输送装置2上时，随着输送装置向印刷头1行进，抽吸槽3与抽吸口5形成短暂的真空，将瓦楞纸板7吸附于输送装置2上，使之稳固的随着输送装置2前行，瓦楞纸板经过除尘装置中的吸风口时，瓦楞纸板7上的灰尘被吸风口吸附，经过印刷头1后，瓦楞纸板随着输送装置前行，受到挡板80的阻挡，落入挡板形成的中空空间，被挡板下方的输送带81输送至其他工作区域。

1.一种用于瓦楞纸板的印刷机，包括印刷头、位于印刷头前端用于对瓦楞纸板进行除尘的除尘装置、用于输送瓦楞纸板的输送装置，其特征在于：还包括收纸装置，所述收纸装置包括设置于输送装置端部的挡板、输送带；所述挡板形成收纳瓦楞纸板的中空空间，输送带设置于中空空间的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于瓦楞纸板的印刷机，其特征在于：所述挡板的底部与输送带之间留有容纳瓦楞纸板的通道。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于瓦楞纸板的印刷机，其特征在于：与输送装置相对的挡板高于输送装置的水平面。
