本实用新型属于汽车座椅技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车座框骨架。
背景技术
座椅骨架主要由靠背骨架和座框骨架组成,两者多为管框式结构。如图2所示,现有的座框骨架主要由左侧滑轨1、右侧滑轨2、“U”形管3、前横管4、后横管5、座框左侧边板6、座框右侧边板7组成。座框骨架的外侧包覆座垫泡沫,但使用过程中发现,由于座框前端受力最大,在座垫泡沫的前端很容易产生变形,需要对该座框骨架进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决座框骨架在包覆座垫泡沫后,座垫泡沫前端受重压时的变形问题。
为此,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种带前端撑形钢丝的座框骨架,包括左侧滑轨、右侧滑轨、“U”形管、前横管、后横管、座框左侧边板、座框右侧边板和座垫前端撑形钢丝,所述座垫前端撑形钢丝位于“U”形管的前水平管的正下方,座垫前端撑形钢丝整体左右对称,座垫前端撑形钢丝的中部向上拱起呈“n”形,且“n”形的顶部抵在前水平管上,座垫前端撑形钢丝的左右两端头分别向上折弯后焊接在“U”形管的底部,座垫前端撑形钢丝除两端头和“n”形拱起外,其余任一位置处与前水平管的距离相等。
作为上述方案的优选,所述座垫前端撑形钢丝除两端头均带有水平折弯头,以增大与“U”形管的焊接面积,保证焊接的牢固性。
本实用新型的有益效果:通过增设座垫前端撑形钢丝,有效解决了座框骨架在包覆座垫泡沫后,座垫泡沫前端受重压时的变形问题;由于座垫前端撑形钢丝采用钢丝弯形而成,为保证撑形效果,要求座垫前端撑形钢丝与前水平管的等距设置,同时由于撑形钢丝的长度较大,为保证撑形钢丝自身不变形,有效利用空间在撑形钢丝中部增设了“n”形拱起,并且“n”形拱起的顶部抵在前水平管上。

如图1所示,一种带前端撑形钢丝的座框骨架,主要由左侧滑轨1、右侧滑轨2、“U”形管3、前横管4、后横管5、座框左侧边板6、座框右侧边板7和座垫前端撑形钢丝8组成。
“U”形管3由钢管弯形而成,包括前水平管3a和左侧管、右侧管。座垫前端撑形钢丝8位于“U”形管3的前水平管3a的正下方,正好对应座垫泡沫的前端变形位置。
座垫前端撑形钢丝8整体左右对称,座垫前端撑形钢丝8的中部向上拱起呈“n”形,且“n”形的顶部抵在前水平管3a上。座垫前端撑形钢丝8的左右两端头分别向上折弯后焊接在“U”形管3的底部,座垫前端撑形钢丝8除两端头和“n”形拱起外,其余任一位置处与前水平管3a的距离相等。
最好是,座垫前端撑形钢丝8除两端头均带有水平折弯头,以增大与“U”形管3的焊接面积。
