背景技术
小型泵车在新农村建设中的应用越来越广泛，但是高成本，超重，空间紧凑等问题一直制约的泵车的发展，尤其是现有泵车的高压清洗水箱，体积大，增加了泵车重量，影响小型泵车的发展。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种固定塔隐藏式高压清洗水箱，用固定塔的原有箱型结构代替高压水箱，降低了泵车重量，节省了成本，又增加了泵车的检修空间。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种固定塔隐藏式高压清洗水箱，包括固定塔支腿焊合结构和设于固定塔支腿焊合结构两端的隔板，两块隔板之间形成封闭水箱，水箱底部设有出水口，还包括设于固定塔支腿焊合结构的侧板上的液位计和液位显示护罩，两水箱之间通过气管连通，所述气管上设三通球阀。
进一步的，所述两水箱之间通过连接水管连接。
进一步的，所述固定塔支腿焊合结构内侧板上焊接筋板。
进一步的，所述三通球阀与泵车底盘储气罐相通。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型优点在于：结构简单，用固定塔的原有箱型结构代替高压水箱，降低了泵车重量，节省了成本，又增加了泵车的检修空间。

一种固定塔隐藏式高压清洗水箱，包括固定塔支腿焊合结构1和设于固定塔支腿焊合结构1两端的隔板2，两块隔板2之间形成封闭水箱10，水箱10底部设有出水口9，本固定塔隐藏式高压清洗水箱，还包括设于固定塔支腿焊合结构1的侧板上的液位计7和液位显示护罩8，液位计7用来显示水箱10中的水位，液位显示护罩8用来保护液位计7受到落物的损坏。
两侧水箱10之间通过连接水管4连接，两水箱10之间通过气管6连通，气管6上设三通球阀5，三通球阀5与泵车底盘储气罐相通。
固定塔支腿焊合结构1内侧板上焊接筋板3，拉住固定塔支腿焊合结构1的侧板，防止气压使侧板发生鼓包。
本实用新型的工作方式：加水时旋转三通球阀5，水箱10与大气相通，从出水口9加入水，通过液位计7观察，确定水位；需要清洗料斗时旋转三通球阀5使水箱10与泵车底盘的储气罐相通，储气罐中的高压气经过调压阀减压进入水箱10，给水箱10内的水加压，水便可从出水口9到达水枪进行清洗工作。
综上所述，本实用新型结构简单，用固定塔的原有箱型结构代替高压水箱，降低了泵车重量，节省了成本，又增加了泵车的检修空间。

1.一种固定塔隐藏式高压清洗水箱，其特征在于：包括固定塔支腿焊合结构和设于固定塔支腿焊合结构两端的隔板，两块隔板之间形成封闭水箱，水箱底部设有出水口，还包括设于固定塔支腿焊合结构的侧板上的液位计和液位显示护罩，两水箱之间通过气管连通，所述气管上设三通球阀。
