背景技术
普通的手持式发动机其储油箱均设在发动机体内,如此增加了发动机体的体积,不便携带;此设计还导致手持的重心,与安装在发动机上的工具重心之间有很大的偏移量,使其在使用时不能很好的掌控,操作不方便。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种体积小的便携式四冲程发动机。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种便携式四冲程发动机,发动机体、飞轮和储油箱,所述发动机内设有气门分配室和曲轴室,所述曲轴室内设有曲轴,所述飞轮与曲轴连接,所述储油箱设在发动机体上,并位于飞轮的上方,所述储油箱用于储存润滑油,气门分配室内设有凸轮和摇臂机构,所述凸轮用于驱动摇臂机构。
进一步的,所述储油箱包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱体与发动机体一体成型。
进一步的,所述箱盖上设有加油孔,所述加油孔内设有密封盖以密封加油孔。
进一步的,所述密封盖上设有机油尺。
进一步的,所述摇臂机构包括进气摇臂、出气摇臂和摇臂轴,所述摇臂轴设于发动机体上,所述进气摇臂和出气摇臂均设在摇臂轴上,所述凸轮驱动进气摇臂和出气摇臂。

本实用新型便携式四冲程发动机将储油箱设在发动机外,并位于飞轮的上方,合理利用飞轮与发动机形成的空隙,使其整个发动机的体积减小,在使用时能更好的控制发动机,操作性提高。同时,采用单个摇臂轴,减小了发动机的宽度,进气摇臂和出气摇臂呈X形设置,在保证摇臂和气门拉杆之间的配合时,同时也确保了摇臂能设在更贴近缸头的位置,降低了发动机的高度,进一步的减小发动机的体积。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明四冲程发动机润滑系统的较佳实施方式包括带有缸头一体的发动机体1,缸头盖2和储油箱3,所述缸头盖2和储油箱3均设在发动机体1的上端,所述储油箱3位于发动机体1外。
参考图2至图5,所述在发动机体1内设有曲轴室11、气门分配室12以及所述曲轴室11下方设置的阀门室13,阀门室13内设有单向阀131,所述曲轴室11与气门分配室12之间通过阀门室13连通。所述发动机体1上端设有缸头盖2,所述发动机体1下端还设有飞轮 14;所述缸头盖2与大气相通,所述缸头盖2设有出气孔211,所述出气孔211与气门分配室12连通,使其气门分配室12的上端与大气相通。所述储油箱3位于飞轮14的上方,合理利用了飞轮14与发动机空缺,相比现有设计将储油箱3设在发动机体1内,减小了整个发动机占用空间,使其发动机体1积减小,用作剪切机或链锯的动力源时,整个器械的重心更靠近人体的中心,使用更加方便和便于控制。

结合图6和图7参考,所述气门分配室12内设有气门分配机构,气门分配机构包含有正时齿轮121、同步带122、凸轮129、凸轮轴 123、摇臂轴124、进气摇臂125和排气摇臂126,所述摇臂轴124和凸轮轴123均设在发动机体1上,所述进气摇臂125和排气摇臂126 均设在摇臂轴124上,俯视时进排气摇臂126呈X状,所述凸轮凸轮轴123上,凸轮129带动凸轮轴123转动,所述同步带122一端与凸轮连接,同步带122的另一端与正时齿轮121连接。所述同步带 122将气门分配室12内的润滑油雾带入凸轮轴123一端,以润滑上端的零部件。所述进气摇臂125和排气摇臂126安装于一根轴上,直接减少了发动机的宽度,同时还能将摇臂轴124的安装位置下移,且还能保持摇臂与活塞的适配性,相比现有的两根摇臂轴124的发动机体1积更小。同时只使用一根摇臂轴124,进气门127和排气门128 之间的夹角变小,使得整个摇臂机构的全部空间缩小,进气门127和排气门128的角度能接近垂直,也因此可以将进气气道设计成接近垂直,使进气能更顺畅的流入气缸内,如此可以获得更高性能的发动机,尤其是在发动机高转速时,进气顺畅,使发动机之空燃比在适当范围内,发挥良好的性能。

所述油雾产生装置包括转轴、搅油板42和转接套43,所述转接套43套设在转轴上,转轴可相对转接套43转动,所述搅油板42固定转轴上。所述转轴与凸轮轴123一体成型,便于工艺制造和安装。所述转轴和每一搅油板42均设有出油通道,每一搅油板42上的出油通道与转轴上的出油通道连通,所述转轴上的出油通道通过转接套 43与出油管51连接。具体而言,所述搅油板42包括两个异形叶片,每一异形上设有油槽422和安装孔,两个异形叶片固定,两个油槽422组合形成出油通道,所述转轴安装在安装孔内;所述转轴上设有进油孔和出油孔,进油孔和出油孔与转轴内的出油通道连通,所述进油孔位于安装孔内;所述转接套43内设有收集腔和出油腔,收集腔和出油腔连通,所述转轴上的出油通道与收集腔连通,即转轴上的出油孔位于收集腔内,所述出油腔通过出油管51与曲轴室11连通。所述转接套43与储油箱3一体成型,即转接套43、箱体31和发动机体1一体成型,便于工艺制造。
如图8至图12所示,所述缸头盖2包括缸盖本体21、橡胶垫22、呼吸板23和回油板24,所述缸盖本体21、橡胶垫22、呼吸板23和回油板24依次由上至下重叠固定。所述缸盖本体21上设有与大气连通的出气孔211,所述呼吸板23和回油板24上均设有进气孔231、 243,所述呼吸板23的四角边缘上均设有漏油孔233以及漏油柱232,所述漏油柱232设有穿孔,所述回油板24上设有回油槽242以及回油孔241,所述回油孔241与储油箱3的回流通道311连通。所述缸盖本体21和呼吸板23形成沉淀腔,所述呼吸板23和回油板24形成回油腔。当发动机水平放置运行时,油气通过进气孔231、243进入沉淀腔,然后气体通过出气孔211排出,同时随气体进入的油雾通过呼吸板23上的漏油孔233流到回油腔,润滑油在回油腔内,收集到回油槽242内,并通过回油孔241进入回流通道311,从而流回储油箱3。当发动机倒立时,气体同样通过进气孔231、243进入缸头盖2,然后通过出气孔211排出,润滑油通过漏油柱232被吸入回油腔,最后进入储油箱3。同理,当发动机无论向哪个方向倾斜时,润滑油都会通过漏油孔233或漏油柱232吸入储油箱。所述橡胶垫呈U形,用于阻挡油气的流动速度,进一步的避免润滑油随气体排出。
曲轴室11由于活塞上下运动,上行负压最大,因此所以曲轴室 11内的压力小于储油箱3内的压力。阀片室与气门分配室12通过缸头盖2通气孔与大气相连,储油箱3通过回油流道与缸头盖2相连,间接通过缸头盖2与大气相通,因此储油箱3内的压力小于气门分配室12。
在各室中的压力间的关系可用下式表达:

其中:Pc为曲轴室11中的压力,Po为储油箱3内压力,Pv为气门分配室12中的压力,Pt为缸头盖2内的压力。
在发动机工作期间,搅油板42随凸轮轴123转,搅动储油室底部的润滑油使之产生油雾,活塞上行时由于Pc<Po,所以润滑油依次通过搅油、转轴、转接套43和出油管51吸入曲轴室11,对曲轴室 11内的曲轴111连杆机构进行润滑,此时单向阀131关闭。当活塞下行时单向阀131打开,将曲轴室11与阀片室间连通,同时单向阀131 能提高油气分离性,润滑油进入气门分配室12,并通过同步带122 带动对各零部件进行润滑,一部分多余的润滑油通过回油管52回到储油室。发动机体1内的废气通过进气孔进入缸头盖2,在缸头盖2 内油气分离后,气体进入空滤器进行二次利用,润滑油通过缸头盖2 的回油孔241流回储油箱3完成整个润滑过程。当发动机侧翻或倒立,底部的机油面始终低于转接套43上的油孔,同时搅油板42上的出油通道始终有一端位于润滑油所在处,并吸入雾化的润滑油,依次通过出油管51、曲轴室11、阀门室13、气门分配室12后进入缸头盖2,在缸头盖2内油气分离后,润滑油都会通过漏油孔233或漏油柱232 吸入储油箱3内。
储油箱3、曲轴室11、气门分配室12、缸头盖2依次连通,并将气门分配室12与储油箱3直接连通,在曲轴室11和气门分配室 12之间设置单向阀131,当曲轴室11中压力升高时打开,压力降低时关闭,能有效避免润滑油回流。利用曲轴室11中的压力脉冲,使储油箱3中产生的油雾从储油箱3循环至曲轴室11、气门分配室12 和储油箱3。发动机任意翻转时,其润滑油均能从油雾产生装置中流入各腔室并能流回储油箱3完成整个循环。且油雾润滑相比飞溅的润滑方式,能够更彻底的润滑零部件。
