一种新型风能电动房车,包括车身、行走系统、电动机、风力发电机和畜电池,所述风力发电机设在车身的房车车顶上,风力发电机的涡轮风叶设在房车车顶前进方向迎风面的进风口内,该房车车顶的进风口上还设有测风速装置,涡轮风叶的轮轴上设有自动变桨系统和手动刹车装置,在风叶的进风口上设有测风速的仪器;风力发电机的输出端经逆变电源控制器后与蓄电池输入端相连,蓄电池输出端经多功能电源转换调节器、数字化多层次显示仪和操作台后与驱动电动机相连接。本房车的风力发电机风叶涡轮轴设在房车车顶的进风口上,既保持现有房车的外观结构和美感,又充分利用了行车时产生的风能;既节能又安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风能电动房车,属于电动汽车技术领域。
背景技术
为解决全球石油资源紧缺和汽车尾气严重污染大气的现实,市场上已推出了不少不燃烧油/气或代用品的电动汽车。电动汽车,虽然不需石油资源,也不产生有害尾气,是一种经济、无污染的新型动力汽车,但目前的电动汽车还存在一些急需进一步解决的问题,主要表现在:①需要经常用市电充电,且每次充电时间较长,一般要充8-10小时,一旦停电就无法运行,既使有市电,也不能长时间的连续运行;②由于汽车所带蓄电池少,且蓄电池的容量有限,因此行车的距离短,一般只能行驶40-50公里。为了解决上述缺陷,后来有人公布了一种风能电动房车方案,它是在电动汽房车上增设风力发电机,当房车行进时,用风力发动机发出的电能给蓄电池充电,以延长蓄电池的供电时间,增加房车的行程。但上述方案,经本发明人二年多的研究分析,认为还有值得改进和完善之处,表现在:①风力发电机的风叶轮设在车体表面,既增加了汽车的阻力,又影响了汽车的整体美观;②风力发电机和蓄电池少且发电机对蓄电池充电与蓄电池对电动机放电同时进行,使充电速度跟不上放电速度,直接影响电动房车的行驶速度;③在房车上没有专门设置数字化显示装置,且风力发电机未设自动变档和手动刹车装置,使驾驶员对电池剩余量了解不确切,不能根据风量变档和刹车,行车过程中容易发生意外事故,给人以不安全的感觉。
发明内容
为克服现有电动房车的上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能率高、供电稳定、行程长、安全性好、操作方便的新型风能电动房车。
为解决其技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:设计出的新型风能电动房车,包括:包括车身、行走系统、电动机、风力发电机和畜电池,它的特点是:1、所述风力发电机设在房车的车顶上,风力发电机的涡轮风叶设在房车车顶前进方向迎风面的进风口内,该房车车顶的进风口上还设有测风速装置,涡轮风叶的轮轴上设有自动变桨系统和手动刹车装置;风力发电机的输出端经逆变电源控制器后与蓄电池的输入端相连,蓄电池的输出端经多功能电源转换调节器、数字化多层次显示仪和操作台后与驱动电动机相连接。
2、所述逆变电源控制器,采用具有欠压、过压、过载、短路全自动保护功能的两组芯片控制器或采用两组三菱1GPT智能模块脉宽调制的稳压器输出,输出功率为10KW~30KW。
3、所述蓄电池为三组,规格200AH/12V。
4、所述多功能电源转换调节器,是由控制台操作的电源转换开关,该开关设有两组输入端,分别连接到两组蓄电池的输出端,该开关设有一组输出端,该输出端通过导线与电动机的电源输入端相连接,工作中当一组蓄电池的电快用完时,可人工转换到另一组蓄电池继续供电。
与现有电动房车相比,本实用新型有如下进步:
①由于本房车的风力发电机风叶涡轮轴设在房车车顶的进风口上,既不增加汽车的行进阻力,有利于保持现有房车的外观结构和美感,又充分利用了行车时产生的风能;
②由于本风力发电机在风叶轴上设有测风速和自动/变桨系统和手动刹车装置,在行车途中遇到大风可以部分或全部限制风叶旋转,用以保护风力发电机乃至整车的安全;
③由于本实用新型设有三组蓄电池,其中一组为工作电池,另二组为备用电池,每组蓄电池分别连接一台风力发电机的输出端,当工作电池的电量快用完时,司机通过电源转换器,将一组备用电池换成工作电池,将原工作电池转为备用电池,同时继续充电,有利于增加汽车的行程;
④由于本实用新型的逆变电源控制器采用有欠压、过压、过载、短路全自动保护功能的智能芯片,能使输出的电压稳定、安全,有利于提高整体的行车安全。
⑤由于在司机操作台上设有数字化显示屏,便于司机根据车的运行状态和蓄电池的电量大小,采取相应的措施。

具体实施方式
参照附图:在有天窗13的电动房车车顶12上设有两台风力发电机3,每台发电机的功率为20KW,额定电压240V,整流后输出电压220/380V每台风力发电机3的涡轮风叶1设在房车车顶12前进方向迎风面的进风口内,该房车进风口上还设有测风速装置,涡轮风叶的轮轴上设有自动变桨和手动刹车装置2,当行车风速超过20m/s时,自动变桨装置起作用,当行车风速超过30m/s时需手动刹车,用以确保行车安全;每台风力发电机3的主轴上设计有集电环4、该集电环的输出端通过电刷5和导线与逆变电源控制器6的输入端相连,该逆变电源控制器的容量为20KW,在房车车内设有三组蓄电池7,在房车车身两侧设有各设有一台7,在房车车尾还设有另一组蓄电池7,每一台逆变电源控制器6分别与这三组蓄电池7的输入端相连接,每组蓄电池的输出端均与电源转换调节器8的输入端相连,该电源转换调节器的输出端均经导线与驾驶室和显示屏9的用电器相连接,同时还与设在房车后部滚轮轴上的驱动用电动机10输入端相连,该驱动电动机10旋转时驱动房车的两后滚轮11旋转,驱动汽车前进或后退。

1.一种新型风能电动房车,包括车身、行走系统、电动机、风力发电机和畜电池的风能电动房车,其特征是:风力发电机设在车身的房车车顶上,风力发电机的涡轮风叶设在房车车顶前进方向迎风面的进风口内,该房车车顶的进风口上还设有测风速装置,涡轮风叶的轮轴上设有自动变桨系统和手动刹车装置,在风叶的进风口上设有测风速的仪器;风力发电机的输出端经逆变电源控制器后与蓄电池输入端相连,蓄电池输出端经多功能电源转换调节器、数字化多层次显示仪和操作台后与驱动电动机相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型风能电动房车,其特征是:所述逆变电源控制器,采用具有欠压、过压、过载、短路全自动保护功能的两组芯片控制器或采用两组三菱1GPT智能模块脉宽调制的稳压器输出,输出功率为10KW~30KW。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型风能电动房车,其特征是:所述蓄电池为三组,规格200AH/12V。
