带100被安装于轴承环102,或者轴承环的部件壳体。轴承环102,或轴承环的部件壳体,是已经存在的部件并且不是本实用新型的一部分。拉紧力被施加到带,其避免了由所述轴承环提供的空间在使用中扭曲。
在图2至8中示出的实用新型的示例中,所述带部件108包括一个或多个构件,例如所示出的绳,并且在使用中这些围绕所述轴承环102的圆周。此外,连接器106a被示出为经由槽106b连接至安装板104。技术人员应当理解同样的总体效果将通过直接地并且永久地连接所述安装板至所述带108的一端来实现。

现在参照图11A-D,其示出安装板104的其它视图,通道132、134和136被形成在拉紧器105中,其用于保持带部件在适当位置并且当带部件被拉紧时,还防止由所述拉紧器中的尖锐边缘对带造成伤害。如在图11D中特别示出,通道110b经过拉紧器105。
带100可以在轴承被附接到其它机器部件之前或之后被安装。
在描述的实施例中,当被拉紧时,拉紧装置被保持在轴承环的适当位置;安装装置不是必要的。
在另一个实施例中,拉紧装置包括保持器用来将绳定位在轴承环的圆周上。如果带部件将要断裂,这些用来保持安装板并且进一步防止缆绳从轴承环掉落。
尽管在示例中示出的带部件108包括绳,其它适当的带部件108可以例如包括链或条。
类似地,用于施加拉力的装置可以例如包括棘轮或齿轮。
棘轮拉紧器是众所周知的,并且图12中示出典型的棘轮拉紧器1200。它包括线轴1210、棘轮和相关联的齿轮1230以及把手1220,并且是通常被用来绷紧带108的机械装置,。
其它的带/拉紧器装置包括软管夹、T型螺栓夹,以及具有预先形成的孔和带扣的带。
在另一个示例中,公开了包括所述拉紧装置的风轮机轴承。特别地,所述拉紧装置被接合围绕位于叶片和转子毂之间的叶片桨距轴承的外周界,并且由钢支架104保持在适当位置。这向轴承引入压缩力,其减小了在轴承环中的张应力并且提高了桨距轴承的寿命。
Claims (23)
1.一种用于轴承环的拉紧装置,包括:
带,其中所述带包括在第一端的第一连接器和在第二端的第二连接器;
拉紧器,其中所述拉紧器包括:
用于连接到所述连接器的装置;以及
用于向所述带施加拉力的装置;
其特征在于,在使用中,所述带被连接到所述拉紧器并且被布置在所述轴承环的周围,并且所述拉紧器的致动减小接触所述轴承环的带的周长并且增加所述带中的拉力,由此向所述轴承环的旋转中心施加足够防止所述轴承环扭曲的压缩力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述第一连接器包括螺柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述第二连接器包括螺纹螺柱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述第一连接器包括环。
5.根据权利要求4所述的拉紧装置,其中所述环由所述带形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述连接器中的一个是至所述拉紧器的直接连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述用于连接的装置包括用于接受所述带的一端的通道。
8.根据权利要求7所述的拉紧装置,其中所述通道包括槽。
9.根据权利要求7所述的拉紧装置,其中所述连接器包括型锻螺柱并且所述型锻螺柱由所述槽紧固至所述拉紧器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的拉紧装置,其中所述连接器包括螺纹螺柱并且其中所述螺纹螺柱由螺母固定至所述拉紧器。
11.根据权利要求10所述的拉紧装置,其中所述用于施加拉力的装置包括绷紧所述螺母以增加所述带中的拉力。
12.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述拉紧器包括用于接受所述带的第一端的多个通道。
13.根据权利要求12所述的拉紧装置,其中所述第一连接器包括环并且其中所述环被安装在所述通道上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的拉紧装置,其中所述第二连接器包括螺纹构件并且其中所述螺纹构件由螺母固定至所述拉紧器。
15.根据权利要求14所述的拉紧装置,其中所述用于施加拉力的装置包括绷紧所述螺母以增加所述带中的拉力。
16.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述用于施加拉力的装置包括螺纹和螺母装置。
17.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述用于施加拉力的装置包括齿轮装置。
18.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述用于施加拉力的装置包括棘轮装置。
19.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述用于施加拉力的装置包括液压装置。
20.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述带包括一个或多个绳、链和条。
21.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述拉紧器增加所述带中的拉力至大于25kN。
22.根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置,其中所述拉紧器包括安装板,其中在使用中,所述安装板接触所述轴承环。
23.一种风轮机,包括轴承和轴承环,其特征在于,其中根据权利要求1所述的拉紧装置被布置为围绕所述轴承环的外周界。
