背景技术
涡轮增压器环型箍带，采用耐热不锈钢材料，通常为1Cr18Ni9Ti。其位于废气涡轮增压器的涡轮壳与中间体的结合部位，通过拉紧螺栓将箍带收紧，使涡轮壳及中间体紧密配合。
原环型箍带的缺点：原环型箍带为一个整体结构，当需要连接的零件尺寸较大时，需要把箍带开口张到很大才能安装，这样很容易使环型箍带产生扭曲形变，导致被连接的涡轮壳和中间体不能紧密接触，从而降低环型箍带的连接效果，进而导致增压器寿命降低和损坏。
