Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,把半轴上圆柱直齿渐开线外花键改为圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键,采用很小的螺旋角,装配时,车轮安装支架只能装配进去一部分(即内、外花键只能装配进去一部分),然后靠螺母扭紧力将未装配到位部分装配到位,这样就完全消除配合间隙问题,经过多种车型多轮路试,结果均未发现此处有螺母松动等问题。此结构对螺母锁紧力要求也降低,方便装配、维修。本实用新型还公开了一种应用上述半轴与车轮安装支架连接结构的汽车。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车技术领域,特别涉及一种半轴与安装支架的连接结构和应用其的汽车。
背景技术
现有车型的半轴与车轮安装支架之间通过圆柱直齿渐开线内、外花键连接,传递到半轴上的驱动力通过内、外花键传递到车轮,使车轮正常工作。
为了满足装配,圆柱直齿渐开线内、外花键精度再高也会存在配合间隙。
这样一来,车辆在加、减速度较大或收到冲击时,由于内、外花键存在配合间隙,会使内、外花键相对运动,锁紧螺母则在、内外花键来回相对运动时慢慢松脱,最终有可能会导致安全事故。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,解决了配合间隙问题,消除了安全隐患,同时方便装配、维修。
本实用新型提供了一种应用上述半轴与车轮安装支架连接结构的汽车。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,在车轮安装支架的装配孔内设置有圆柱直齿渐开线内花键;在半轴与所述装配孔相对应部位的外周面设置有圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键;所述半轴能够通过所述圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键部分装配进所述车轮安装支架的圆柱直齿渐开线内花键;
所述半轴的末端外周面设置有外螺纹,螺母能够与所述半轴末端外螺纹配合,并与所述车轮安装支架相抵,通过所述螺母的扭紧力将内、外花键未装配到位部分装配到位。
优选的,在所述半轴的末端安装有用于紧固所述螺母的开口销。
一种汽车,半轴与车轮安装支架采用上述的连接结构。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型提供的半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,把半轴上的圆柱直齿渐开线外花键改为圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键;装配时,车轮安装支架只能装配进去一部分(即内、外花键只能装配进去一部分),然后靠螺母扭紧力将未装配到位部分装配到位。这样一来,就完全解决配合间隙问题,经过多种车型多轮路试,结果均未发现此处有螺母松动等问题消除,从而消除了安全隐患;同时,此结构对螺母锁紧力要求也降低,方便装配、维修。本实用新型提供了一种应用上述半轴与车轮安装支架连接结构的汽车。

其中,1为半轴,11为圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键;2为轮轴支座;3为车轮安装支架,31为圆柱直齿渐开线内花键;4为轮辋;5为螺母;6为开口销;7为轮胎。
具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,把半轴上的圆柱直齿渐开线外花键改为圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键;装配时,车轮安装支架只能装配进去一部分(即内、外花键只能装配进去一部分),然后靠螺母扭紧力将未装配到位部分装配到位。这样一来,就完全解决配合间隙问题,经过多种车型多轮路试,结果均未发现此处有螺母松动等问题消除,从而消除了安全隐患;同时,此结构对螺母锁紧力要求也降低,方便装配、维修。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本实用新型实施例提供的半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,其核心改进点在于,在车轮安装支架3的装配孔内设置有圆柱直齿渐开线内花键31;在半轴1与装配孔相对应部位的外周面设置有圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键11,采用很小的螺旋角;上述螺旋角是根据内外花键配合长度和公差等级的综合定值,在本方案中可以具体为15′~20ˊ;半轴1能够通过圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键11部分装配进车轮安装支架3的圆柱直齿渐开线内花键31;其结构可以参照图2、图3a和图3b所示,半轴1依次穿过轮轴支座2和车轮安装支架3的装配孔,此时其圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键11还有部分留在外面,没能够完全装配进入圆柱直齿渐开线内花键31;
半轴1的末端外周面设置有外螺纹,螺母5能够与半轴1末端的外螺纹配合,并与车轮安装支架3相抵,即图中螺母5的左侧端部平面与车轮安装支架3装配孔的右侧壁端部平面配合,通过螺母5的扭紧力将内、外花键未装配到位部分装配到位;其结构可以参照图3b和图3c所示,在螺母5的扭紧力作用下,将车轮安装支架3沿轴向(图中为自右向左)顶紧,使得各部件装配到位。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用实施例新型提供的半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,把半轴1上的圆柱直齿渐开线外花键改为圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键11;装配时,车轮安装支架3只能装配进去一部分(即内、外花键只能装配进去一部分),然后靠螺母5扭紧力将未装配到位部分装配到位。这样一来,就完全解决配合间隙问题,经过多种车型多轮路试,结果均未发现此处有螺母松动等问题消除,从而消除了安全隐患;同时,此结构对螺母5锁紧力要求也降低,方便装配、维修。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,在半轴1的末端沿径向开设有销孔,在该销孔内安装有用于紧固螺母5的开口销6,从而提高结构的可靠性。
作为优选,车轮安装支架3装配孔的外侧端面为圆环平面,以便于用螺母5的端面相抵扭紧配合,其结构可以参照图2和图3b所示。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种汽车,其核心改进点在于,半轴与车轮安装支架采用上述连接结构,如图1所示,4为轮辋;7为轮胎。

Claims (3)

1.一种半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,其特征在于,在车轮安装支架(3)的装配孔内设置有圆柱直齿渐开线内花键(31);在半轴(1)与所述装配孔相对应部位的外周面设置有圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键(11);所述半轴(1)能够通过所述圆柱斜齿渐开线外花键(11)部分装配进所述车轮安装支架(3)的圆柱直齿渐开线内花键(31);
所述半轴(1)的末端外周面设置有外螺纹,螺母(5)能够与所述半轴(1)末端的外螺纹配合,并与所述车轮安装支架(3)相抵,通过所述螺母(5)的扭紧力将内、外花键未装配到位部分装配到位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半轴与车轮安装支架的连接结构,其特征在于,在所述半轴(1)的末端安装有用于紧固所述螺母(5)的开口销(6)。
3.一种汽车,其特征在于,半轴与车轮安装支架采用如权利要求1或2所述的连接结构。
