背景技术
目前，汽车发动机排气歧管仅仅起到尾气排放导向的作用。随着油耗、环保等法规日益严格，人们对经济性轿车、环境等越来越重视，这就要求排气歧管不仅要起到尾气排放导向的作用，还应起到一定的消除排气噪声、净化排气的作用，同时现有的排气歧管装置还存在着废气在排气管道内产生涡流，使部分废气残留在排气管道内的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种能够消除排气噪声、具有净化排气作用、能够避免废气在管道内产生涡流的新型等长气道排气歧管装置。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种新型等长气道排气歧管装置，包括进气法兰盘、排气法兰盘、排气歧管、三元催化器、前氧传感器座、后氧传感器座、进气锥体及排气锥体，所述排气歧管的多个排气支管均为弯管，且多个排气支管的中心线的弯曲长度相同，排气歧管的每个排气支管的进气端与进气法兰盘连通，排气歧管的排气端与三元催化器进气端通过进气锥体连通，所述前氧传感器座安装在三元催化器的壳体上，所述新型等长气道排气歧管装置还包括波纹管、管一及管二，所述多个排气支管的出气端截面相同，所述三元催化器出气端与管一一端通过排气锥体连通，所述管一另一端与波纹管一端连通，所述波纹管另一端与管二一端连通，所述管二另一端与排气法兰盘连通，所述后氧传感器座安装在管一上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
1.本实用新型通过管一、管二及波纹管增加了排气歧管的长度，能够避免废气在管道内产生涡流，使废气尽可能地完全排出管外。
2.本实用新型的波纹管能够起到减振降噪、方便安装和延长排气消声系统寿命的作用，能够吸收和补偿排气歧管的热胀冷缩、防止钢性件破裂。
3.本实用新型的排气歧管通过对紧耦式排气歧管结构设计的改进，提高了排气歧管的气流流畅性以及催化转化器内流场分布的均匀性，并降低了压力损失，对增强整体性能，减小对发动机性能的影响有重要意义；且排气歧管流通阻力小，整体内部气流顺畅，使三元催化器内部气流分布具有很高的均匀性。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示，一种新型等长气道排气歧管装置，包括进气法兰盘1、排气法兰盘15、排气歧管3、三元催化器8、前氧传感器座4、后氧传感器座16、进气锥体7及排气锥体9，所述排气歧管3的多个排气支管3-1均为弯管，且多个排气支管3-1的中心线的弯曲长度相同，排气歧管3的每个排气支管3-1的进气端与进气法兰盘1连通，排气歧管3的排气端与三元催化器8进气端通过进气锥体7连通，所述前氧传感器座4安装在三元催化器8的壳体上，所述新型等长气道排气歧管装置还包括波纹管12、管一11及管二13，所述多个排气支管3-1的出气端截面相同，所述三元催化器8出气端与管一11一端通过排气锥体9连通，所述管一11另一端与波纹管12一端连通，所述波纹管12另一端与管二13一端连通，所述管二13另一端与排气法兰盘15连通，所述后氧传感器座16安装在管一11上。
所述新型等长气道排气歧管装置还包括隔热罩安装支架2、催化器支架10及吊钩总成14，所述隔热罩安装支架2安装在进气法兰盘1上，所述催化器支架10安装在三元催化器8上，所述吊钩总成14安装在管二13上。其作用是：吊钩总成14将管二13有效安全地固定在车体底部。
所述进气法兰盘1、排气歧管3及三元催化器8的壳体以及波纹管12、管一11、管二13及排气法兰盘15均采用不锈钢材质制成。

1.一种新型等长气道排气歧管装置，包括进气法兰盘（1）、排气法兰盘（15）、排气歧管（3）、三元催化器（8）、前氧传感器座（4）、后氧传感器座（16）、进气锥体（7）及排气锥体（9），所述排气歧管（3）的多个排气支管（3-1）均为弯管，且多个排气支管（3-1）的中心线的弯曲长度相同，排气歧管（3）的每个排气支管（3-1）的进气端与进气法兰盘（1）连通，排气歧管（3）的排气端与三元催化器（8）进气端通过进气锥体（7）连通，所述前氧传感器座（4）安装在三元催化器（8）的壳体上，其特征在于：所述新型等长气道排气歧管装置还包括波纹管（12）、管一（11）及管二（13），所述多个排气支管（3-1）的出气端截面相同，所述三元催化器（8）出气端与管一（11）一端通过排气锥体（9）连通，所述管一（11）另一端与波纹管（12）一端连通，所述波纹管（12）另一端与管二（13）一端连通，所述管二（13）另一端与排气法兰盘（15）连通，所述后氧传感器座（16）安装在管一（11）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型等长气道排气歧管装置，其特征在于：所述新型等长气道排气歧管装置还包括隔热罩安装支架（2）、催化器支架（10）及吊钩总成（14），所述隔热罩安装支架（2）安装在进气法兰盘（1）上，所述催化器支架（10）安装在三元催化器（8）上，所述吊钩总成（14）安装在管二（13）上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型等长气道排气歧管装置，其特征在于：所述进气法兰盘（1）、排气歧管（3）及三元催化器（8）的壳体以及波纹管（12）、管一（11）、管二（13）及排气法兰盘（15）均采用不锈钢材质制成。
