本发明公开了一种摩托车排气消声器,包括消声器筒体和排气管,所述消声器筒体内设有直通气道,所述直通气道的外侧包覆有钢丝网,所述钢丝网和消声器筒体内壁之间设有消音棉,所述消声器筒体内的消声腔被一隔板分割成第一腔室和第二腔室;所述直通气道设于第一腔室内,其后端设于隔板上,并与所述第二腔室连通;所述排气管的后端与消声器筒体的前端相连,所述排气管上设有前催化转化器。本发明在直通气道的外侧包覆有钢丝网,并在钢丝网和消声器筒体内壁之间设置消音棉,消音效果好,并以此为基础在排气管上设置催化转化器,净化流经排气筒主体的废气,保证排放气体为环保气体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种摩托车配件,具体涉及一种摩托车排气消声器。
背景技术
为减少摩托车发动机排气的噪声污染,各型摩托车都设置有消声器,消声器是一种允许气流通过而衰减噪声的装置,是摩托车的一个重要部件。传统的摩托车消声器一般都是在摩托车的排气筒中安装几级金属挡板,采用金属挡板将排气筒的腔体隔断,使其形成几个气室,摩托车发动机的排气气流经过各个气室时,通过气流在各气室的膨胀或回旋,从而达到降低排气噪声的目的,但是这种结构的消声器在对发动机排出的高压废气、烟体等进行逐级减缓的同时,其所产生的反冲阻力在启动、变速、变档过程中影响动力的平稳,发动机功率损耗大。
为解决上述问题,中国发明专利201220017684.2公开了一种摩托车排气消声器,包括排气筒主体,所述的排气筒主体的腔体中固设有一直通气道,该直通气道包括前消声管、后消声管和出气管,后消声管的两端分别与前消声管和出气管的一端连接,前消声管和出气管的另一端分别与排气筒主体的前端和后端连接,前消声管和后消声管上分别设有密集气孔的气孔通道,后消声管上气孔通道的气孔密度大于前消声管上气孔通道的气孔密度。前述后消声道外表面上可按需套设钢丝网,在钢丝网的外表面与排气筒主体内壁之间设置耐热吸音棉。本发明结构简单,工作可靠,消声效果好,降低了对发动机功耗的影响。但是流经该排气筒主体的废气未被有效的净化处理,排放后会造成环境污染。
另外,消声器使用一段时间后,在尾罩内会有积水,容易锈蚀消声器,致其寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种废气净化处理彻底、排放无污染、消声器使用寿命长的摩托车排气消声器。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种摩托车排气消声器,
包括消声器筒体和排气管,所述消声器筒体内设有直通气道,所述直通气道的外侧包覆有钢丝网,所述钢丝网和消声器筒体内壁之间设有消音棉,其特征在于,所述排气管的外侧套装有防烫罩,所述消声器筒体内的消声腔被一隔板分割成第一腔室和第二腔室;
所述直通气道设于第一腔室内,其后端设于隔板上,并与所述第二腔室连通;
所述排气管的后端与消声器筒体的前端相连,所述排气管上设有前催化转化器;
所述消声器筒体的后端设有尾盖,所述尾盖的中心安装有螺母,所述螺母内安装有兼顾排气作用的变音调节管;
所述前催化转化器前侧的排气管为双层管,所述排气管的内、外管之间设有消声粘。
其中,所述直通气道上设有复数个气孔。
其中,所述变音调节管的前端可分离式连接有后催化转化器。
进一步,所述尾盖上还设有至少一个声音调节螺栓。
其中,所述后催化转化器的进气端罩设有防火罩。
上述的摩托车排气消声器还包括尾罩,其上设有排气孔,所述变音调节管的后端插设于排气孔内;
所述消声器筒体的后端焊接有3个螺母,所述尾罩上对应设有3个螺栓过孔,所述尾罩通过穿过螺栓过孔与螺母螺接的螺栓安装于所述消声器筒体的后端。
其中,所述消声器筒体的后端设有排水孔。
上述的摩托车排气消声器还包括沿消声器长度方向延伸的护罩,所述护罩的前端与排气管固定连接,中部与消声器筒体固定连接,后端与尾罩卡接。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:
1.本发明在直通气道的外侧包覆有钢丝网,并在钢丝网和消声器筒体内壁之间设置消音棉,消音效果好,并以此为基础在排气管上设置催化转化器,净化流经排气筒主体的废气,保证排放气体为环保气体。
2.本发明在消声器筒体的后端设置排水孔,尾罩内不会有积水,消声器不容易被锈蚀,提高其使用寿命。

实施例一:参见图1、图2所示,一种摩托车排气消声器,包括消声器筒体1和排气管2,所述排气管2的外侧套装有防烫罩10。
所述消声器筒体1内设有直通气道10,其上设有复数个气孔。
所述直通气道10的外侧包覆有钢丝网11,所述钢丝网11和消声器筒体1内壁之间设有消音棉12,所述消声器筒体1内的消声腔被一隔板13分割成第一腔室和第二腔室。
所述直通气道10设于第一腔室内,其后端设于隔板13上,并与所述第二腔室连通。
所述排气管2的后端与消声器筒体1的前端相连,所述排气管2上设有前催化转化器3。
所述消声器筒体1的后端设有尾盖4,所述尾盖4的中心安装有螺母,所述螺母内安装有兼顾排气作用的变音调节管5。
所述变音调节管5的前端可分离式连接有后催化转化器6。
所述尾盖4上可根据实际情况设置至少一个声音调节螺栓,以调节尾气排放时的声音。
所述后催化转化器6的进气端可根据实际情况罩设防火罩7。
本实施例中,所述前催化转化器3前侧的排气管2可设计为双层管,并在所述排气管2的内、外管之间设置消声粘。
上述的摩托车排气消声器还包括图3所示的尾罩8,其上设有排气孔80,所述变音调节管5的后端插设于排气孔80内。
所述消声器筒体1的后端焊接有3个螺母,所述尾罩8上对应设有3个螺栓过孔,所述尾罩8通过穿过螺栓过孔与螺母螺接的螺栓安装于所述消声器筒体1的后端。
所述消声器筒体1的后端设有排水孔,避免在消声器筒体内积水。
上述的摩托车排气消声器还包括沿消声器长度方向延伸的护罩9,所述护罩9的前端与排气管2固定连接,中部与消声器筒体1固定连接,后端与尾罩8卡接。
本发明在直通气道的外侧包覆有钢丝网,并在钢丝网和消声器筒体内壁之间设置消音棉,消音效果好,并以此为基础在排气管上设置催化转化器,净化流经排气筒主体的废气,保证排放气体为环保气体。

1.一种摩托车排气消声器,包括消声器筒体和排气管,所述消声器筒体内设有直通气道,所述直通气道的外侧包覆有钢丝网,所述钢丝网和消声器筒体内壁之间设有消音棉,其特征在于,所述排气管的外侧套装有防烫罩,所述消声器筒体内的消声腔被一隔板分割成第一腔室和第二腔室;
所述直通气道设于第一腔室内,其后端设于隔板上,并与所述第二腔室连通;
所述排气管的后端与消声器筒体的前端相连,所述排气管上设有前催化转化器;
所述消声器筒体的后端设有尾盖,所述尾盖的中心安装有螺母,所述螺母内安装有兼顾排气作用的变音调节管;
所述前催化转化器前侧的排气管为双层管,所述排气管的内、外管之间设有消声粘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车排气消声器,其特征在于,所述直通气道上设有复数个气孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车排气消声器,其特征在于,所述变音调节管的前端可分离式连接有后催化转化器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车排气消声器,其特征在于,所述尾盖上还设有至少一个声音调节螺栓。
5.根据权利要求3所述的摩托车排气消声器,其特征在于,所述后催化转化器的进气端罩设有防火罩。
6.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车排气消声器,其特征在于,还包括尾罩,其上设有排气孔,所述变音调节管的后端插设于排气孔内;
所述消声器筒体的后端焊接有3个螺母,所述尾罩上对应设有3个螺栓过孔,所述尾罩通过穿过螺栓过孔与螺母螺接的螺栓安装于所述消声器筒体的后端。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的摩托车排气消声器,其特征在于,所述消声器筒体的后端设有排水孔。
8.根据权利要求6所述的摩托车排气消声器,其特征在于,还包括沿消声器长度方向延伸的护罩,所述护罩的前端与排气管固定连接,中部与消声器筒体固定连接,后端与尾罩卡接。
