本发明公开了一种双触媒式摩托车消声器,包括排气管和消声器筒体,消声器筒体内设有串联的前、后催化转化器,前催化转化器的前端与排气管相连,消声器筒体内设有第一、第二和第三隔板,将消声器筒体的内部空间分割成从前到后依次布置的第一、第二、第三、第四腔室;后催化转化器的后端连接有位于第二腔室内的进气管,进气管的管壁上设有复数个气孔;消声器筒体内还设有第一连通管、第二连通管和尾管;尾管的进气端位于第三腔室,排气端伸出消声器筒体;第二腔室内还设有第四隔板,第四隔板上设有气管,消声器筒体、第一隔板和第四隔板围设成谐振腔。本发明在第一腔室内设置谐振腔,并在第二腔室内设置消音棉,消声效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消声装置,具体涉及一种双触媒式摩托车消声器。
背景技术
摩托车消声器是用于处理摩托车发动机废气排放的装置,以降低发动机产生的噪音和废气排放对环境造成的污染。排气消声器由排气管和消声筒连接而成,并且在排气管或消声筒内安装有触媒。触媒为中间呈蜂窝状的圆柱体,用于净化发动机排放的废气。
随着欧Ⅲ排放标准的实行,摩托车消声器中加双触媒的越来越多,如中国发明专利CN103147824A公开了一种摩托车回转式排气消声器,包括排气管和消声器,所述消声器的外筒内设置有两个隔板,将外筒分割成从右到左依次布置的第一、第二、第三腔室,在外筒内还设置有垂直于隔板的第一、第二、第三插管,所述第一插管、第二插管、第三插管、尾管的直径逐渐减小,构成一个多次回转的气流通道。本发明中,所述三元催化器共两个,串联在一起,在两个三元催化器之间设置有补气管,所述补气管一端伸到外筒外。本发明具有结构简单、降噪效果显著的特征,并保证了发动机的功率,提高了驾乘舒适性。但是该回转式排气消声器结构的特点是消声频率段较宽,但消声量不足,同时也不能针对某些噪声峰值频率进行衰减,所以不能得到较好的消声效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种消声效果好的双触媒式摩托车消声器。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种双触媒式摩托车消声器,包括排气管和消声器筒体,所述消声器筒体内设有串联的前催化转化器和后催化转化器,所述前催化转化器的前端与排气管相连,所述消声器筒体内设有第一、第二和第三隔板,将消声器筒体的内部空间分割成从前到后依次布置的第一、第二、第三、第四腔室,所述前催化转化器位于第一腔室内,所述后催化转化器插设于所述第二隔板上,所述后催化转化器的后端连接有位于第二腔室内的进气管,所述进气管的管壁上设有复数个气孔;
所述消声器筒体内还设有第一连通管、第二连通管和尾管;
所述第一连通管安装于第二隔板和第三隔板上,其进气端位于第二腔室、排气端位于第四腔室;
所述第二连通管安装于第三隔板上,其进气端位于第四腔室、排气端位于第三腔室;
所述尾管的进气端位于第三腔室,排气端伸出消声器筒体;
所述第二腔室内还设有位于进气管前方、第一隔板后方的第四隔板,所述第四隔板上设有气管,所述消声器筒体、第一隔板和第四隔板围设成谐振腔;
所述消声器筒体的后端底部设有排水孔,所述排气管的外侧套装有防烫罩,所述排气管上设有与润滑油腔相连通的防蚀孔。
其中,所述第二腔室的筒体内设有消音棉。
其中,所述排气管为双层管,所述排气管的内、外管之间的孔腔为消声器初级腔,排气管的内管上设置有和初级腔相连通的初级进气口。
其中,所述进气管的后端设有端盖,所述端盖上设有气流过孔。
其中,所述消声器筒体的外侧沿其轴向套装有防烫筒,所述防烫筒与消声器筒体之间留有通风间隙,所述防烫筒靠近所述消声器筒体进口端处面向摩托车的前进方向一侧设有进风口。

其中,所述尾管的前端罩设有消音罩。
其中,所述前、后催化转化器之间设有补气管,所述补气管的一端伸到消声器筒体外。
其中,所述消声器筒体后端设有安装支架,所述尾管的后端支撑定位于安装支架上。
其中,所述消声器筒体由直筒和锥筒焊接而成,所述第一、第二和第三隔板设于直筒内;
所述第一隔板具有向前延伸的翻边,所述第二、第三隔板具有向后延伸的翻边。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:
本发明在第一腔室内设置谐振腔,并在第二腔室内设置消音棉,消声效果好。

实施例一:参见图1~图3所示,一种双触媒式摩托车消声器,包括排气管1和消声器筒体2,所述排气管1上设有与润滑油腔相连通的防蚀孔10。
所述消声器筒体2内设有串联的前催化转化器3和后催化转化器4,所述前催化转化器3的前端与排气管1相连,所述消声器筒体2内设有3个隔板20,分别为第一、第二和第三隔板,将消声器筒体2的内部空间分割成从前到后依次布置的4个腔室21,分别为第一、第二、第三、第四腔室,所述前催化转化器3位于第一腔室内,所述后催化转化器4插设于所述第二隔板上,所述后催化转化器4的后端连接有位于第二腔室内的进气管5,所述进气管5的管壁上设有复数个气孔。
本实施例中,所述消声器筒体2由直筒和锥筒焊接而成,所述第一、第二和第三隔板设于直筒内。
所述第一隔板具有向前延伸的翻边,所述第二、第三隔板具有向后延伸的翻边。
所述消声器筒体2内还设有第一连通管6、第二连通管7和尾管8。
所述第一连通管6安装于第二隔板和第三隔板上,其进气端位于第二腔室、排气端位于第四腔室。
所述第二连通管7安装于第三隔板上,其进气端位于第四腔室、排气端位于第三腔室。
所述尾管8的进气端位于第三腔室,排气端伸出消声器筒体2。
所述尾管8的前端罩设有消音罩。
本实施例中,所述消声器筒体2后端设有安装支架25,所述尾管8的后端支撑定位于安装支架25上。
所述消声器筒体2的后端底部设有排水孔26.
所述排气管1的外侧套装有防烫罩12。
所述第二腔室内还设有位于进气管5前方、第一隔板后方的第四隔板22,所述第四隔板22上设有气管23,所述消声器筒体、第一隔板和第四隔板围设成谐振腔24。
所述第二腔室的筒体内设有消音棉9。
如图2所示,所述消声器筒体2的外侧沿其轴向套装有防烫筒10,所述防烫筒10与消声器筒体2之间留有通风间隙,所述防烫筒10靠近所述消声器筒体2进口端处面向摩托车的前进方向一侧设有进风口。
所述进风口上设有防护网。
如图4所示,所述排气管1为双层管,所述排气管1的内、外管之间的孔腔为消声器初级腔,排气管1的内管上设置有和初级腔相连通的初级进气口。
实施例二:如图5所示,本实施例的结构与实施例一的结构基本相同,区别在于:所述进气管5的后端设有端盖50,所述端盖上设有气流过孔。
实施例三:如图6所示,本实施例的结构与实施例一的结构基本相同,区别在于:所述前、后催化转化器之间设有补气管11,所述补气管11的一端伸到消声器筒体2外。
本发明在第一腔室内设置谐振腔,并在第二腔室内设置消音棉,消声效果好。

所述消声器筒体内还设有第一连通管、第二连通管和尾管;
所述第一连通管安装于第二隔板和第三隔板上,其进气端位于第二腔室、排气端位于第四腔室;
所述第二连通管安装于第三隔板上,其进气端位于第四腔室、排气端位于第三腔室;
所述尾管的进气端位于第三腔室,排气端伸出消声器筒体;
所述第二腔室内还设有位于进气管前方、第一隔板后方的第四隔板,所述第四隔板上设有气管,所述消声器筒体、第一隔板和第四隔板围设成谐振腔;
