Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种自热食品罐头,它是利用CaO+H2O=Ca(HO)2+热的原理,在罐头下部增加一层生石灰和水袋。当用刀具沿开口处扎破罐头皮和水袋时,水渗入生石灰,利用此化学反应产生的热能使罐头食品加热。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种不需外部能源即可热食的食品罐头。
市面上见到的食品罐头均为冷食。对于鱼罐头和午餐肉一类的罐头,冷食觉得很有滋味,但是对于清蒸猪、牛、羊肉罐头,红烧肉、扣肉之类的罐头及一般含汁水较多的蔬菜罐头,吃冷的有时会感到不舒服,尤其是在冬天里,若要吃热食只有在家里或的加热条件的地方才能办到。当气温不是很高时人们有兴外出野餐,当部队野营、训练或在硝烟弥漫的战埸上,人们若能吃一点香喷喷的热罐头食品,那该有多好!
鉴于上述愿望,本实用新型的目的是设计一种不需柴禾,不需锅、灶和火源就能加热的自热食品罐头。
本实用新型是采取以下措施达到上述目的的:
在罐头底部增添一层密封的生石灰和一袋水,在生石灰和水袋外部仍有一层罐头层,要求生石灰与水的比重为3-5:1,按此比例配制,反应时产生的热量最大。由于氧化钙与镀锌铁皮不起任何化学反应,故无需对罐头进行特殊处理。
本实用新型利用一氧化钙加水生成氢氧化钙,并释放出大量热能这一化学现象,使户外野餐食用的罐头食品得以加热。

食品1与生石灰2和水袋3之间由隔离层4完全隔离。该隔离层为罐头用铁皮。自热食品罐头底部有一凹槽5,槽内卡入一小刀片6并遮去开口7。食用之前,先取下刀具6,沿槽内开口处将罐头和水袋扎破,使水袋中的水渗入生石灰,数秒钟后将罐头正放,5分种后打开罐头,即可取食加热到70℃左右的热罐头食品。

Claims (3)

1、一种自热食品罐头,其特征在于罐头分为密封的两层,上层是食品,下层是生石灰和密封的水袋。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自热食品罐头,其特征在于罐头底部有一凹槽,凹槽内卡有一刀具,并用刀具遮住凹槽内的开口。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的自热食品罐头,其特征在于生石灰与水的比例为3-5:1。
