本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,公开了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括背板、外框、位于所述背板显示侧的显示面板、位于所述背板非显示侧的驱动电路板;以及位于所述背板与所述外框之间、连接所述驱动电路板和所述显示面板的柔性电路;位于所述柔性电路与所述外框之间的导热结构,所述导热结构与所述柔性电路相接触、且与所述外框相接触。上述显示装置中,柔性电路产生的热量可以通过导热结构传导到外框,进而可以实现使柔性电路的热量及时发散出去。因此,该显示装置中的柔性电路的散热效果较好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
现有技术的一种显示装置中,液晶面板位于背板的显示侧,用于驱动液晶面板显示的驱动电路板(PCB)一般设置在背板背离液晶面板的一侧或者设置在背板的一个侧边一侧,液晶面板与驱动电路板之间通过柔性电路相连,柔性电路横跨过设置于背板周边的胶框将液晶面板与驱动电路板之间连接起来。上述显示装置,在其液晶面板工作时,柔性电路产生的热量往往非常多、且由于这些热量无法及时散开,进而,柔性电路很容易由于高温导致其工作失常、甚至发生自烧毁现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种显示装置,用于提升显示装置柔性电路的散热效果。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
一种显示装置,包括背板、外框、位于所述背板的显示侧的显示面板、位于所述背板非显示侧的驱动电路板;以及
位于所述背板与所述外框之间、连接所述驱动电路板和所述显示面板的柔性电路;
位于所述柔性电路与所述外框之间的导热结构,所述导热结构与所述柔性电路相接触、且与所述外框相接触。
上述显示装置中,柔性电路与外框之间设有导热结构,该导热结构同时与柔性电路和外框相接触,所以,柔性电路产生的热量可以通过该导热结构传导到外框,进而可以实现使柔性电路的热量及时散出去。因此,该显示装置中的柔性电路散热效果较好。另外,由于该导热结构可以选用软质材料,具有一定的弹性,因此,利用该导热结构可以避免柔性电路与外框直接接触从而产生磨损不良。
优选地,所述导热结构包括与所述外框接触的散热层和与所述柔性电路接触的导热层。
优选地,所述散热层为硅胶垫片,所述导热层为导热纸,且所述导热纸粘贴在硅胶垫片上。
优选地,所述导热结构的材料为软质材料。
优选地,所述外框包括用于对所述显示面板的出光面边缘进行限位的前边框以及设置于所述显示面板和背板周边的侧边框;所述导热结构与所述外框的侧边框相接触。
优选地,所述显示装置还包括位于所述背板与所述外框之间、且围绕所述背板周边设置的胶框,所述胶框设有限位槽;所述柔性电路跨过所述胶框、且限位于所述限位槽内。
优选地,所述柔性电路为驱动电路芯片,且所述柔性电路包括:位于所述背板朝向所述显示面板一侧、与所述显示面板相连的第一部分;位于所述背板背离所述显示面板一侧、与所述驱动电路板相连的第二部分;位于所述胶框与所述外框的侧边框之间、连接所述第一部分与所述第二部分的第三部分;所述第三部分位于所述胶框的限位槽内。
优选地,所述导热结构架设于所述胶框的限位槽上。
优选地,所述导热结构粘贴于所述外框的侧边框上。
优选地,所述侧边框为形成于所述前边框上、与所述背板设有柔性电路的一侧侧边相对设置的侧板。
优选地,所述侧边框为围绕所述背板和所述显示面板的侧边设置的框体。
优选地,所述外框的侧边框设有凸起部,所述导热层粘贴于所述凸起部上。
优选地,所述凸起部与所述外框为一体式结构。

如图1~图5所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种显示装置,可以包括背板1、位于背板1一侧的显示面板2、位于背板1背离显示面板2一侧的驱动电路板3、围绕背板1与显示面板2的周边设置的外框4;以及
位于背板1与外框4之间、连接驱动电路板3和显示面板2的柔性电路5;
位于柔性电路5与外框4之间的导热结构6,导热结构6与柔性电路5相接触、且与外框4相接触。
上述显示装置中,柔性电路5与外框4之间设有导热结构6,该导热结构6可以与柔性电路5和外框4相抵从而实现同时与柔性电路5和外框4相接触,所以,柔性电路5产生的热量可以通过该导热结构6传导到外框4,进而实现使柔性电路5的热量及时散出。因此,该显示装置中的柔性电路5散热效果较好。
如图1~图5所示,一种具体的实施例中,该导热结构6可以为软质材料,具有一定的弹性,因此,利用该导热结构6可以避免柔性电路5与外框4直接接触从而产生磨损不良。
如图1~图3所示,在上述实施例的基础上,一种具体的实施例中,本实用新型的显示装置还可以包括位于背板1与外框4之间、且围绕背板1周边设置的胶框7,该胶框7可以设有可容纳柔性电路5的限位槽71;柔性电路5跨过该胶框7、且限位于限位槽71内。
柔性电路5限位于胶框7的限位槽71内,可以使柔性电路5与胶框7相对固定,从而可以避免柔性电路5移动,进而有利于柔性电路5与软质导热结构6之间保持接触。
如图4所示,进一步地,本实用新型的显示装置还可以包括位于背板1与显示面板2之间、用于为显示面板2提供背光的背光源8。
如图4和图5所示,在上述实施例的基础上,一种具体的实施例中,本实用新型的显示装置中,外框4可以包括用于对显示面板12的出光面边缘进行限位的前边框41,以及沿显示面板12和背板1的侧边设置的侧边框42;导热结构6与外框4的侧边框42相接触。一种优选的实施例中,如图4所示,侧边框42可以为围绕背板1的侧边与显示面板2的侧边设置、用于对背板1的侧边与显示面板2的侧边进行限位的框体;或者,如图5所示,侧边框42也可以仅包括与所述背板设有柔性电路5的一侧侧边相对设置的侧板,此时,背板1的侧边与显示面板2的侧边可以通过显示装置的后盖9进行限位。
如图4和图5所示,在上述实施例的基础上,一种具体的实施例中,本实用新型的显示装置中,柔性电路5可以为驱动电路芯片,且该柔性电路5具体可以包括:位于背板1朝向显示面板2一侧、与显示面板2相连的第一部分51;位于背板1背离显示面板2一侧、与驱动电路板3相连的第二部分52;以及,位于胶框7与外框4的侧边框42之间、连接第一部分51与第二部分52的第三部分53;其中,第三部分53位于胶框7的限位槽71内。
如图1~图3所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,一种具体的实施例中,导热结构6可以包括与外框4接触的散热层和与柔性电路5接触的导热层;一种优选的实施例中,散热层为硅胶垫片61,导热层为导热纸62,导热纸62贴附于硅胶垫片61朝向柔性电路5一侧。当然,导热结构6并不限于上述两种材料结构,本实用新型的导热结构6也可以通过其它软质导热材料构成。
在上述实施例的基础上,一种优选的实施例中,如图1和图2所示,导热结构6可以架设于胶框7的限位槽71上,具体地,导热结构6中,导热纸62与柔性电路5的第三部分53相接触、硅胶垫片61与外框4的侧边框42相接触;或者,如图3~图5所示,导热结构6的硅胶垫片61可以粘贴于外框4的侧边框42上,且导热纸62与柔性电路5的第三部分53相接触。
如图3~图5所示,一种具体的实施例中,外框4的侧边框42朝向柔性电路5一侧可以设有凸起部43;且当导热结构6粘贴于外框4的侧边框42上时,具体地,导热结构6可以粘贴于该凸起部43上。
导热结构6位于外框4的侧边框42与柔性电路5之间,朝向柔性电路5一侧凸起的凸起部43可以确保导热结构6能够同时与柔性电路5和凸起部43相抵,进而可以确保导热结构6与柔性电路5和外框4同时相接触。
优选地,凸起部43与外框4可以为一体式结构。
本领域技术人员可以想到的是,本实用新型另一实施例的显示装置中,当驱动电路板(PCB)设置在背板的一个侧边一侧(即与显示侧表面垂直的四个侧面中的一个侧面一侧)时,柔性电路可以只包括位于背板的显示侧、用于连接显示面板的部分,和位于背板的侧面一侧、用于连接驱动电路板的弯折部;而此时,软质的导热结构可以粘贴在外框的前边框一侧,并与柔性电路位于背板的显示侧的部分接触。
需要说明的是,本实用新型的显示装置中,用于连接驱动电路板3和显示面板2的柔性电路5的个数可以为一个、两个或者多个,相应地,每一个柔性电路5与外框4之间都可以设有上述导热结构6。
另外,当外框4为金属材质时,通过较小尺寸的导热结构6即可以将热量传输至外框4,从而为柔性电路5提供较大散热面积和较好散热效果,因此,此时导热结构6的尺寸可以较小;而当外框4为非金属材质时,可以将导热结构6的尺寸适当增大,以辅助散热。
显然,本实用新型的技术方案可以应用在LCD、OLED等多种显示产品中。本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围。这样,倘若本实用新型的这些修改和变型属于本实用新型权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (13)
1.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括背板、外框、位于所述背板的显示侧的显示面板、位于所述背板非显示侧的驱动电路板;以及,
位于所述背板与所述外框之间、连接所述驱动电路板和所述显示面板的柔性电路;
位于所述柔性电路与所述外框之间的导热结构,所述导热结构与所述柔性电路相接触、且与所述外框相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述导热结构包括与所述外框接触的散热层和与所述柔性电路接触的导热层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述散热层为硅胶垫片,所述导热层为导热纸,且所述导热纸粘贴在硅胶垫片上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述导热结构的材料为软质材料。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述外框包括用于对所述显示面板的出光面边缘进行限位的前边框以及设置于所述显示面板和背板周边的侧边框;
所述导热结构与所述外框的侧边框相接触。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括位于所述背板与所述外框之间、且围绕所述背板周边设置的胶框,所述胶框设有限位槽;
所述柔性电路跨过所述胶框、且限位于所述限位槽内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性电路为驱动电路芯片,且所述柔性电路包括:
位于所述背板朝向所述显示面板一侧、与所述显示面板相连的第一部分;
位于所述背板背离所述显示面板一侧、与所述驱动电路板相连的第二部分;
位于所述胶框与所述外框的侧边框之间、连接所述第一部分与所述第二部分的第三部分;所述第三部分位于所述胶框的限位槽内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述导热结构架设于所述胶框的限位槽上。
9.根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述导热结构粘贴于所述外框的侧边框上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述侧边框为形成于所述前边框上、与所述背板设有柔性电路的一侧侧边相对设置的侧板。
11.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述侧边框为围绕所述背板和所述显示面板的侧边设置的框体。
12.根据权利要求9~11任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述外框的侧边框设有凸起部,所述导热层粘贴于所述凸起部上。
13.根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述凸起部与所述外框为一体式结构。
