本实用新型涉及一种专用于刹车片烘干夹紧的夹具。
背景技术
刹车片的基本构造为钢背和粘接固定在钢背表面的摩擦材料,在摩擦材料粘接到钢背表面后,需要将刹车片放到烘箱内进行烘干处理,并在烘干过程中给刹车片以一定的压紧力,避免由于摩擦材料在烘干时的膨胀而使摩擦材料与钢背之间的粘接强度(即刹车片的剪切强度)变差。目前对刹车片的夹紧,都是通过拧紧螺钉方式使上下压板对刹车片进行压紧,由于螺钉拧紧力本身不易精确控制,而且多个拧紧点的拧紧力度也不平衡,所以不能理想地保证夹紧力,因此烘干后的刹车片剪切强度也会有较大差异,另外,上述夹紧方式的夹紧操作也不方便。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种专用于刹车片的烘干夹紧,结构简单,夹紧操作方便,烘干后可保证刹车片剪切强度的刹车片烘干夹紧夹具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实施的:
刹车片烘干夹紧夹具,其特征在于:包括上下压板和压紧弹簧,上压板连接于导杆顶端,下压板上下活动设于导杆外圆,下压板下方的导杆外圆套设压紧弹簧;在对刹车片进行烘干作业时,刹车片放置于上下压板中间,压紧弹簧推动下压板将刹车片上下表面进行平面压紧。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型结构简单,夹紧操作方便,在对刹车片进行烘干作业前,首先利用外力推动下压板使上下压板之间留出距离,然后将刹车片放置于上下压板中间,然后在压紧弹簧的回位作用下,上下压板一起将刹车片上下表面进行平面压紧,由于压紧力由弹簧力进行保证,弹簧力可以预先设置,这样就可实现夹紧力的准确控制,并且由于夹紧力保持平衡,所以能够确保烘干后摩擦材料能够牢固粘接在钢背上,保证刹车片的剪切强度。
作为优选,上压板设有让位孔以留出推动下压板上下活动的空间。
作为优选,上下压板具有相同的外圆形状,所述导杆圆周设有至少三条。

如图1、2所示,本实用新型的刹车片烘干夹紧夹具,包括上下压板和压紧弹簧4,上压板1固定连接于导杆3顶端,下压板2上下活动设于导杆3外圆,下压板2下方的导杆外圆套设压紧弹簧4,上压板1设有让位孔5以留出推动下压板2上下活动的空间,上下压板具有相同的外圆形状,所述导杆3圆周设有四条。如图3、4所示,在对刹车片A进行烘干作业时,刹车片A放置于上压板1和下压板2中间,压紧弹簧4推动下压板2将刹车片A上下表面进行平面压紧。

1.刹车片烘干夹紧夹具,其特征在于:包括上下压板和压紧弹簧,上压板连接于导杆顶端,下压板上下活动设于导杆外圆,下压板下方的导杆外圆套设压紧弹簧;在对刹车片进行烘干作业时,刹车片放置于上下压板中间,压紧弹簧推动下压板将刹车片上下表面进行平面压紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的刹车片烘干夹紧夹具,其特征在于:上压板设有让位孔以留出推动下压板上下活动的空间。
3.如权利要求1所述的刹车片烘干夹紧夹具,其特征在于:上下压板具有相同的外圆形状,所述导杆圆周设有至少三条。
