背景技术
鼓式刹车片的基本构造为刹车蹄和摩擦材料,摩擦材料固定粘接在刹车蹄表面,摩擦材料具有鼓起来的弧形摩擦表面。在摩擦材料粘接到刹车蹄表面时,需要对摩擦材料进行夹紧,这样才能保证粘接的牢固度。现有技术对摩擦材料进行的夹紧,存在夹紧操作不方便,不能很好保证粘接质量,效率低的不足。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种专用于鼓式刹车片的粘接夹紧,结构简单,夹紧操作方便,保证粘接质量,提高效率的鼓式刹车片粘接夹具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实施的:
鼓式刹车片粘接夹具,其特征在于:包括围框和设于围框中央的左右夹紧推块,围框所围成内侧空间的左右框边设有弧面以匹配鼓式刹车片的刹车表面,左右夹紧推块之间设有压缩弹簧,在压缩弹簧的推动作用下,左夹紧推块将放置于围框内侧空间左边的鼓式刹车片压紧到左框边弧面上,右夹紧推块将放置于围框内侧空间右边的鼓式刹车片压紧到右框边弧面上。
左右夹紧推块通过导套导孔与导杆之间的滑动配合来进行相互的活动导向,导套连接在右夹紧推块上,导杆连接在左夹紧推块上。
所述围框由弹簧钢带制成,具有弹性。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型结构简单,夹紧操作方便,首先通过外力推动左右夹紧推块相互靠近使压缩弹簧被压缩,围框内侧空间就会留出足够位置以放入左右两个鼓式刹车片,当左右两个鼓式刹车片放置到位后,外力去除,然后在压紧弹簧的回位推动作用下,左夹紧推块将左边的鼓式刹车片压紧到左框边弧面上,左边鼓式刹车片的刹车表面与左框边弧面贴紧,右夹紧推块将右边的鼓式刹车片压紧到右框边弧面上,右边鼓式刹车片的刹车表面与右框边弧面贴紧,这样就实现对两个鼓式刹车片的粘接夹紧,并保证粘接质量。由于可同时对两个鼓式刹车片进行粘接夹紧,而且夹紧操作方便,所以可大大提高效率。另外,围框的弹性设计使左右框边的弧面能够更好地贴合鼓式刹车片的刹车表面,保证粘接质量。

如图1所示,本实用新型的鼓式刹车片粘接夹具,包括围框1和设于围框1中央的左夹紧推块2、右夹紧推块7,所述围框1由弹簧钢带制成,具有弹性,围框1所围成内侧空间8的左框边11、右框边12设有弧面以匹配鼓式刹车片A的刹车表面,左右夹紧推块之间设有压缩弹簧4,在压缩弹簧4的推动作用下,左夹紧推块2将放置于围框内侧空间8左边的鼓式刹车片A压紧到左框边11弧面上,右夹紧推块7将放置于围框内侧空间8右边的鼓式刹车片A压紧到右框边12弧面上,左右夹紧推块通过导套导孔5与导杆3之间的滑动配合来进行相互的活动导向,导套6连接在右夹紧推块7上,导杆3连接在左夹紧推块2上。
夹紧工作时,首先通过左爪块9和右爪块10推动左右夹紧推块相互靠近使压缩弹簧4被压缩,围框内侧空间8就会留出足够位置以放入左右两个鼓式刹车片A,当左右两个鼓式刹车片A放置到位后,爪块回位,然后在压紧弹簧4的推动作用下,左夹紧推块2将左边的鼓式刹车片压紧到左框边11弧面上,右夹紧推块7将右边的鼓式刹车片压紧到右框边12弧面上,同时实现对两个鼓式刹车片的高质量的粘接夹紧。
