本实用新型属于真空镀膜技术,具体涉及一种e型电子枪蒸发源。
背景技术
蒸发源是用来加热膜材使之气化蒸发的装置。目前,所用的蒸发源主要有电阻加热、电子束加热、感应加热、电弧加热和激光加热等形式。有很多材料不能用电阻加热的形式蒸发,在这种情况下,必须采用电子束加热方式。电子枪所用电源大小更多的取决于蒸发材料的导热性,而不是其蒸发温度。电源功率一般在4-10KV之间,对于大多数绝缘材料,4KW是比较理想的功率条件。
电子枪的阴极电子发射材料一般是选用灯丝,灯丝的缺点是发热温度高,易熔断,需要经常更换,且电子束不稳定。

本实用新型为了克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种新型阴极材料,有效地提高阴极的使用效率。
一种e型电子枪蒸发源,包括熔池、阴极、屏蔽装置和偏转系统,其特征在于:所述阴极由阴极基底上表面沉积石墨烯组成。
所述阴极石墨烯的开启电压3-5V。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,电子位于熔池1下面的阴极2发出,这种结构避免了阴极被蒸发材料的污染。阴极2发出的电子经过屏蔽装置3的筛选,再经过偏转系统4的电压作用,轰击熔池1内的材料。该装置的阴极2由阴极基底22表面沉积石墨烯21组成。该电子束在电磁线圈的磁场中可沿E×B的方向偏转。
